The thesis consists in two parts. The purpose of the first part is to analyse how the court may interpret rules, principles and legal cases to decide whether a reconstructor bears liability towards the debtor and the creditors. In the second part it is discussed and argued for how the reconstructor´s damage liability should be drawn up and applied so that it according to economic theories should be as efficient as possible. In the thesis it is shown that it is not a non-contractual liability or a liability based on authority mission. The reconstructor´s liability is instead based on a commission concerning an intellectual service.

The Swedish institute of racial biology was the first of its kind in the world. The purpose of their activity was to gather information about the different kind of racial characters of the Swedish population. They did this by traveling around the country gathering pictures and statistic information. In 1958 it was decided that the institute was going to get integrated with the University of Uppsala and change its research focus to a more medical genetic. Most of the research material also got integrated into the university?s library.The purpose of this paper is to find out how the institutes collection has been handled through the ages and if there have been any controversy or debate about it.

Studiens övergripande syfte är att undersöka motivation i arbetslivet. Studiens syfte bröts ner i tre frågeställningar. Den första handlar om vilka motivationsfaktorer som kan påverka viljan att gå till jobbet. Den andra handlar om vilka motivationsfaktorer som har störst betydelse och varför dessa tillskrivs den betydelsen. Studiens tredje och sista frågeställning handlar om hur de olika motivationsfaktorerna kan användas för att öka medarbetarnas motivation.Den tidigare forskningen utgår från Maslows och Herzbergs teorier om motivation.

Med hjälp av djupintervjuerna och enkäterna vill vi visa hur pedagoger uppfattar sin arbetssituation.Vårt syfte baseras på två frågeställningar: Vilka copingstrategier har pedagoger i förskolan, grundskolan och fritidshem för att hantera stress? In today's society, the availability of energy plays an integral part in our everyday lives. Unfortunately, the price of energy in Sweden has increased in recent decades. A large part of our energy consumption goes to heating modules for houses, where heating methods that depend on energy sources such as electricity, district heating, fuel oil, gas and biofuels are the most common ones. During the winter period, the increase in energy costs becomes significantly evident, especially for small property owners. This increase in energy cost is most noticeable for home owners with electric heating.This thesis is written at the Halmstad University, in cooperation with a company, which makes parts of this thesis confidential.

This thesis was conducted at Linköping University and Saab Aerostructures DPS, Linköping, and focuses on the possibilities of flexible fixturing in machining applications. The thesis is part of the research project "Koofix", which is collaboration between Linköping University and a number of companies.The thesis is aimed towards small batch production which, for Saab Aerostructures DPS, means diverse part geometry and that parts are manufactured in very small numbers, sometimes just one piece. The result of this is that expensive dedicated fixtures are made for most parts. By introducing more flexible fixturing methods to this kind of production the cost of fixtures and tooling will be reduced, and make the production more efficient.New flexible fixturing methods has been presented and evaluated through the thesis, which has resulted in three different concepts. These concepts have been the result of literature screening and study of current manufacturing process at Saab Aerostructures DPS.

Uppsatsens syfte är att klargöra vad principen novus actus interveniens innebär. Principen kan möjliggöra att det skadeståndsrättsliga ansvaret begränsas och upphävs för den initiala skadevållaren, om en utomstående tredje man medverkar eller orsakar en skadas inträffande. Med hjälp av principen novus actus interveniens bryts orsakssambandet och den tredje mannen övertar ansvaret för skadan som inträffat. En skada som orsakas av extraordinära naturhändelser eller av den skadelidande själv kan också medföra att principen novus actus interveniens kan appliceras. Det råder oklarheter om principen utgör gällande rätt i Sverige och därmed jämförs rättsläget avseende principen novus actus interveniens med den engelska skadeståndsrätten.

This thesis is a study of social alienation in two novels by Sara Lidman, Regnspiran (1958) and Bära mistel (1960). Taking the Swedish ?people?s home? and the normative view of people that it entailed as its point of departure, it examines the different kinds of alienation present in Lidman?s work. The analysis consists of three main parts. Part one examines geographical alienation in the novels, as well as the process of racialization of bodies that are considered out of place.

Mitt syfte med studien har varit att beskriva hur undersköterskorna på en avdelning vid ett äldreboende upplever kommunikationen med boende, anhöriga, enhetschef, sjuksköterskor, sjukgymnast och arbetsterapeut och hur upplevelsen av kommunikationen påverkar arbetsmiljön. Undersökningen har utförts genom sju intervjuer och ett enkätformulär. Enkätformuläret besvarades av undersköterskorna. Intervjuerna gjordes med ett arbetslag, det var sex undersköterskor och en enhetschef vid ett äldreboende. Det undersköterskorna ansåg vara viktigt när det gäller att nå gemensamma mål på arbetsplatsen, var att ha en dialog under tiden.

This study investigates the relationship strategies the group Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification holder has with the forest owners. The (FSC) standard enables an organization to manage a group of forest management units under a single certificate, a process referred to as group certification. Some certificate holders want a close relationship with the forest owner before they are offered to become part of their certificate.
