Marknadens reaktion när ett företag informerar och annonserar om en eventuell nyemission sägs vara oförutsägbar. Enligt tidigare forskning pressas aktiekursen i de flesta fallen nedåt vid en nyemission. Under det senaste året har en del nyemissioner utförts i synnerhet på grund av den globala lågkonjunkturen då många företag haft för lite kapitalbas. Vad gäller företag på Stockholmsbörsen som valt att nyemittera aktier har även här de flesta fått se sin aktiekurs rasa.Författarna till denna uppsats avser att studera hur marknaden reagerar på ett offentligt tillkännagivande av en kommande nyemission. Det undersöks även om det förefaller någon skillnad mellan tillkännagivanden av nyemissioner genomförda innan eller under lågkonjunkturen och skillnader branscher emellan.Då vi ville se hur denna händelse påverkar ett företags aktiekurser valde vi att göra en eventstudie.

SMTP, the current protocol for sending electronic mail (e-mail) over the Internet, has for many years suffered from several problems and limitations. When it was designed, well over twenty years ago, the requirements for e-mail were very different from those of today. A message was a text message in English, and both user and machine were explicitly named in the address. The protocol was not designed to transfer other types of messages, and no mechanism was included to verify the identity of the sender.In order to solve these shortcomings, a new e-mail protocol needs to be defined. This report specifies a basis for what such a protocol may look like.

Vår uppsats ämnar undersöka om dessa företag är övervärderade på grund av det stora ökade intresset för poker. Vi har genomfört analyser med hjälp av target price och multipelvärdering. Vi har förklarat hur regressioner på dessa bolagen ser ut samt koncentrerat oss ytterligare på vad som driver Unibets aktiekurs. Det resultat vi har kommit fram till är att branschen i sin helhet inte är övervärderad utan snarare korrekt prissatt, med reservation för eventuell undervärdering.

There are various value-influencing factors that have various effects on the value of a cooperative flat for buyers. What generates value is individual and different from buyer to buyer, but also between buyers and real-estate agents. Consequently, the real-estate agents who perform valuations can make incorrect estimates of a residential value. Therefore, it is important to examine which factors are important for buyers to prevent incorrect valuations. To find out which these factors are and which of them that are the most important for potential buyers, previous research has been done in larger cities in both Sweden and other countries.

This thesis is divided into two parts. Part one contains a general description of the flexographic printingtechnique. Glass has sophisticated front properties and are used as facades in high buildings. During cold periods, these glass facades could cause thermal discomfort, due to cold downdraught. Cold downdraught can be countered by placing heaters under glass surfaces. Detta examensarbete har utförts på Sapa Heat Transfer i Finspång och har tagit upp frågan med hur den interna hanteringen av produkterna kan orsaka defekter. I arbetet har en typ av defekt undersökts särskilt och denna defekt kan ses som ett exempel. Företaget tillverkar aluminiumband till värmeväxlare, främst till fordonsindustrin. Banden levereras på rullar med en diameter upp till 1700 mm, och en bredd mellan 12 mm och 1440 mm. Syftet med detta examensarbete är undersöka en defekt som är orsakad av den interna hanteringen, det vill säga det som sker mellan produktionsstegen.

The purpose of this project was to produce signal relay stations that could receive information via 2.4 GHz radio and relay the information to a designated target station. If a relay station was located outside of signal range for the target station it was supposed to utilize other relay stations to transfer the information to the target station, so called multi-hop.The would-be application of the relay stations was orienteering. When an orienteer punches a checkpoint the signal stations would relay information of who punched the control, when it was punched and the checkpoint that was punched to the speaker tower in the goal area.The work resulted in prototypes which fulfilled the statement of purpose and was tested at an orienteering competition with satisfactory results.
