Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva vilka faktorer som kan påverka sjuksköterskans möjligheter att handleda sjuksköterskestudenter under deras verksamhetsförlagda utbildning. Sjuksköterskan handleder studenter dagligen i klinisk praktik. Sjuksköterskan ska kunna hantera sitt arbete och samtidigt vara handledare för studenter. Studien är en litteraturstudie med en beskrivande design i vilken fjorton artiklar granskats. Resultatet visade att i tio av de fjorton artiklarna togs negativt påverkande faktorer upp såsom hög arbetsbelastning och otillräcklig avsatt tid för lärande och återkoppling med studenten i den kliniska miljön.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur nyutbildade intensivvårdssjuksköterskor upplevde introduktionen på intensivvårdsavdelningen (IVA). Data samlades in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer av tio nyutbildade intensivvårdssjuksköterskor. Data analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. I huvudresultatet framkom två teman. Första temat ?Yttre faktorer som påverkar upplevelsen av introduktionen både positivt och negativt? innehöll kategorierna bemötande, checklista/introduktionsprogram, handledning, mentorskap, psykosociala miljön och organisatoriska faktorer.

The aim of this Bachelor?s thesis is to obtain understanding and knowledge about how literary scholars collaborate regarding information. Seven scholars have been studied in the aim to find out social and cultural elements which create particular prerequisites for their practice, with focus on information sharing. The method used has consisted of semi-structured interviews. The informants have been studied from a socio cultural and domain analysis starting point, which means that they are studied in the light of being members in their practice.

This essay aims to examine how safety is reflected in local plans. This was done by describing the physical environments, which are addressed in the local plans and its impact on safety. It has also been undertaken to see if certain physical environments with respect to safety have been addressed differently.The paper is made with the qualitative method Thematic analysis. The method is used to analyze the three local plans that have been available during the essay. The analysis was done with my created themes Traffic separation, Accessibility, High vision, Light and bright and Human presence.The results have shown that the local plans takes up physical environments that are good for safety.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva upplevelser av omvårdnadshandledning, så som den erfarits av sjuksköterskestudenter vid en högskola i södra Sverige under perioden 2007 -2009. Omvårdnadshandledning ingår som en obligatorisk del av utbildningen och påbörjas under utbildningens andra termin i form av regelbundet återkommande gruppträffar, ca fyra gånger per termin, och fortgår sedan under resterande del av studietiden. Då det har noterats att behållningen av omvårdnadshandledning skiljer sig radikalt mellan olika studenter finns det ett intresse hos författarna av att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar densamma. Studien är en kvalitativ intervjustudie. Nio sjuksköterskestudenter deltog i studien som genomfördes med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Vid tolkningsarbetet av datan har författarna låtit sig inspireras av fenomenografin, där olikheter, snarare än likheter belyses.

I answer this question by exploring how social worker proficiency can be developed and grow with the help and support of supervisors, clients and colleagues. Development through professional supervision and in the encounter with clients is an essential part of the work. I also discuss what it means to be new in the field (a novice) in relation to being experienced (a master).

To create a more accessible environment for disabled people, the Swedish government, in the year of 2001, made the national act of easily eliminated obstacles valid. This national act states that all easily eliminated obstacles in the municipalities, in places and in premises that are public, shall be removed before the end of 2010, no matter if the owner of the place or premise is private or public. According to Boverket, most of the municipalities are not going to be able to reach that goal, why? The aim of this thesis is to compare the two municipalities Kalmar and Karlskrona in their way of implementing this national act, to see where it went wrong and why. By using implementation theories and qualitative empirical data in the form of interwievs with the total of eight people from different administrations in both of the municipalities, the subject was analyzed and discussed.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine the function of the budget as a means of control within an organisation in the public sector. To accomplish this, a case study has been conducted on a certain business unit within Luftfartsverket responsible for providing Air Traffic Control services. The thesis is built on a framework of contemporary theories of budgeting and includes a brief discussion of the weaknesses usually associated with the traditional budget. The conclusion of the study is that the use of budget as a means of financial control within Luftfartsverket is not efficient enough at the moment.

Sverige har sedan miljöbalken blev antagen 1 januari 1999, efter nya EU-direktiv, utövat tillsynen efter denna. Detta som ett led i utvecklingen mot hållbar utveckling. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur miljötillsyn upplevs av företagare och miljöinspektörer och vilka effekter miljöinspektioner har på företag. Det ska även undersökas om eller hur långvarig erfarenhet av inspektioner påverkar företagares attityder och verksamhet. Dokumentanalys och intervjuer har varit grunden till undersökningen. Tre inspektörer och sex företag har blivit besökta och intervjuade. Dokumentanalysen bestod i att analysera tidigare inspektionsloggar och detta lade sedan grunden till intervjufrågorna. Resultaten visar att både inspektörer och företag är relativt nöjda med den tillsyn som bedrivs.

Abstract (in English)The purpose of this work is to find out what the driving instructor who currently works as a transport teachers feel about today´s driving education to transport high school to how it works at driving school. I describe in the study on how to become a transport teachers and on their everyday work. Even what others have written on this topic on driver training. I also interviewed four driving instructor who currently works as a transport teacher, about what they had for opinions on this issue. The method I have used myself of where unstructured questions to get so descriptive answers to questions as possible.

The Anybus CompactCom modules are today using the Anybus NP30 processor. These modules are used for communication between industrial machines and larger network protocols. The communication loads on these systems are increasing every day and the limiting factor for the system is the processor.HMS, the company that develops the Anybus CompactCom, has shown interest for a benchmark test between the old processor and a new processor, ARM Cortex-M3. This project includes that benchmark. To be able to get results that reflect reality a test environment was created to simulate Anybus CompactCom conditions.

The project was carried out together with OC Off Course who manufactureand distribute mainly electric bikes.In today?s society, alternative sources of transportation becomes more andmore present and several bicycle sharing programs arises in major citiesacross the world every year.Something that doesn?t exist too much as of yet is bike sharing programsthat uses electric bikes. An electric bike is a convenient way oftransportation as well as a good way of avoiding traffic. With an electricbike you avoid having to sweat when biking over hills or when you need totravel over longer distances.The goal of this project is to develop a bike sharing station according tothe functions need to be met.This thesis Is based on Fredy Olsson´s methods principkonstruktion aswell as a couple of concept generating methods from Kenneth Österlin.From this, a number of sketches were made that later was evaluated inseveral steps in conjunction to a set of specifications. A 3D model of theselected concept was later made in CatiaV5 for a complete product..

The main issue of the essay were to create a picture of how the Swedish Armed Forces is and are supposed to be controlled with documents within the field of personnel management. The documents that are at hand in the essay´s field of problem, ?personnel idea? and ?personnel policy?, does not show a unitary or apparent picture of how control are meant to be executed; for which reason an explorative examination turned out to be important. Data was collected with interviews as a method. The persons interviewed have had different roles in the essay´s field of problem.

The aim of this study is to investigate how länsstyrelsen as a supervisory authority to private compulsory care-institutions works, to guarantee adequate institutional care of unprivileged children and youth with special problems.In order to reach this aim the following questions are to be answered:? Describe länsstyrelsen´s supervision of private compulsory care-institutions (HVB-hem)? How does the officials at the three chosen county administrative boards find about the responsibilityTo answer the questions of this bachelor thesis I have chosen to apply qualitative methods, by interviewing five supervisory authorities from länsstyrelsen, in three different county administrative boards in Sweden.The findings of the study show that officials sometimes find it hard to know the exact meaning and differences between accountability and to be accountable. It also shows that they tend to think that the relationship between länsstyrelsen and the private compulsory care institutions is complicated. Syftet med denna undersökning var att förstå och beskriva sjökaptensstudenters upplevelser av handledning vid utförandet av uppgifter som krävs för att uppnå lärandemålen under delkursen Fartygsförlagd utbildning 1 (1FF01K). Halvstrukturerade personliga intervjuer genomfördes med åtta förstaårsstudenter mellan den 25:e mars och den 5:e april 2013. Dessa spelades in och transkriberades för att sedan tolkas och struktureras i olika kategorier beroende av upplevelser. Strategiskt urval användes för att välja ut informanterna vilka intervjuades med hjälp av ?critical incident technique?.
