Syftet med mitt arbete har varit att undersöka hur textilläraren kan arbeta tematiskt tillsammans med andra lärare på sin skola. Jag har använt mig av den kvalitativa forskningsmetoden och genomfört intervjuer. Sex lärare har intervjuats på kommunala såsom privata grundskolor. Underökningen omfattar elever i åk 5-6. Mitt resultat visar sex olika exempel på hur ett ämnesintegrerat temaarbete kan utföras.

Using stimuli with identical information in both PR and advertising, this study seeks to explain how content class together with the level of involvement affects the communication effects of marketing messages. There is currently no established way of measuring the value of PR, and contemporary PR metrics do not take into account what effects PR actually generates. PR is often said to have an advantage over advertising due to the effects of third party endorsement, but previous empirical assessments show inconsistent results regarding what effects each content class generates. The result of this study is that PR is stronger at building recall, interest and credibility, and that it has less perceived selling intent than advertising. Results differ somewhat between different levels of involvement, but the conclusion is that this might not be attributable to the level of involvement per se but rather to the type of products being used in stimuli - a conclusion that seems valid for previous research as well.

Sedan år 2000 är romer tillsammans med fyra andra grupper erkända som etniska minoriteter i Sverige, vilket fått konsekvenser bland annat för modersmålsundervisningen i skolorna runt om i landet. Genom examensarbetets intervjuer framkom att det finns en paradox kring bevarandet av kulturell särart och samtidig integration, där skolans personal ställer sig frågande till hur man ska möta en främmande tradition. Trots preciseringen av alla varianter av romani chib som etniska minoritetsspråk visar sig flera informanter ha en oklar bild av skillnaderna mellan de olika språken, vilket leder till att den garanti som finns för att romska elever ska få undervisning på rätt variant inte uppfylls..

In this paper I'm trying to trace, analyze and emphasize Kathy Acker?s Great Expectations and Alison Knowles?s The Big Book in regard to the books in/finite im/possibilities. I analyze them through historical changes in the books format and structure, especially ones proposed by Mallarmé, Duchamp and Fluxus. To analyze the texts more closely attention is directed to how Acker and Knowles challenge the conventional narrative, in regard to the body and language/voice and sound. I give specific emphasizes to thoughts posted by écriture féminine, while also adding Mara Lee?s temporalities in regard to body resistance and time.

The study focus on the development of the bilateral relationship between India and the United States and the Next Step in Strategic Partnership (NSSP) from 2004 and the change in U.S. approach to India's neuclear program. With the rise of China to potential great power status I argue that the cooporation between the two is an act to balance the Chinese influence and to prevent future rivalry and a Chinese dominance of the East Asia. This thesis describes the planning and development of a volume meter of pine and spruce cones. The product was designed and developed for Stigsjö Skog och Frö AB in Härnösand. It was developed taking into account a number of requirements set by the supervisor David Zetterlund. The main requirements were that the volume measurement would be fast and give accurate results. These are two requirements that are missing in today's volume measuring method which is very problematic for the company.The plant was visited several times in Härnösand, mainly to discuss the generated concepts with the supervisor and perform tests on the prototype.

The purpose of this paper is to bring a British mural painting that originated in England in the 1920?s into the limelight and introduce it to the Swedish public. The mural was commissioned by Tate Gallery, currently known as Tate Britain. The work of art was designed for a semi-public space as a decoration in the Refreshment Room of the gallery, located in the basement where there was little natural light. The artist, a young British man named Rex Whistler, was transformed from being a student at an art school into a celebrated professional artist by this piece of art.

The controversial phenomenon of ?seeker-oriented? megachurches are currently transforming the American religious landscape. These churches, some housing up to 30,000 worshippers every week, are targeting religious seekers as their primary objective. An industry in distress was the breeding ground for a noted pricing strategy, labeled name-your-price. The industry was the music industry and the pricing strategy bears reminiscence of how medieval buskers earned their living during the dark ages; by letting the customers decide how much the good was worth, embodied by a thrown coin into a hat or similar collector. Translated into the contemporary corporate environment of today, where technical innovations provides access to the intellectual property for free, a few mighty economic actors have once again turned to the strategy were it all started; letting the customer set the price. The hat has been replaced by a box for your credit card number and the live music by a MP3 file, but the similarity is striking. The business model have been applied in other industries as well with various levels of success, thus the purpose of this thesis is to set up a framework for where the name-your-price strategy is applicable.

In contemporary Sweden political participation among foreign-born Swedes is viewed as low and it is well known that foreign-born individuals do not use their voting rights to the same extent as the general population. At the same time there are numerous ethnic associations around the country who work with various activities involving political, democratic and integration issues. This study aims to study how four members of a Somali association regard, relate to and work with politics, democracy and integration. The study is based on these four people, but also on their relationship with authorities and other agencies in the community. The conclusion of this study shows in brief that the desire to participate politically is great, but that democracy and politics is accessible to all, depending on the level of language skills and what political knowledge the individual has.

Syftet med vår magisteruppsats är att ta reda på hur några mindre företag i olika branscher har uppfyllt sina informationsbehov för den interna styrningen samt att undersöka vilka faktorer som begränsar företagens utformning av redovisning för intern styrning. Samtliga företag vi har studerat har någon form av internredovisning, även om den inte alltid är så formaliserad. Endast de två företag som har den mest utvecklade internredovisningen är själva missnöjda med hur de uppfyller sina informationsbehov. De begränsande faktorer vi har identifierat är kostnad, tid, verktyg, intresse, tradition, kunskap, nytta, tillväxtambitioner och rådgivning. Bristande kunskap verkar dock vara den bakomliggande orsaken till samtliga..

Barn av idag möter flera roller som kanske inte fanns i vår barndom. Könsroller som verkar enligt tradition ställas emot de könsroller som utvecklats och vuxit fram i vårt samhälle. Att de som arbetar med barn, i förskolan eller skolan, tänker på vår förhållning till genus, och konstruerandet av kön i förskolan är för mig väldigt viktigt. Därför har jag valt att se på en del inom förskoleverksamheten som sällan, om någonsin, tas upp i dessa diskussioner. Barnböcker är något som många barn kommer i kontakt med och dessa har jag analyserat ur ett genusperspektiv för att utläsa vilka könsroller som representeras i barnlitteraturen.

Slow Food-rörelsen tror på sitt gastronomiska koncept att nöjet av god mat inte bara är en grundläggande rättighet utan en viktig länk mellan platser, människor och kulturer. Att kunna skydda maten som kulturarv, tradition och kultur är vårt gemensamma ansvar som gör nöjet möjligt. Maten är inkluderad i många aspekter av livet som till exempel kultur, politik, natur, miljö, jordbruk och inte minst turism. Den är inte bara näring, rättighet och medel att mätta hunger utan en attraktion som lockar och skapar upplevelse. Maten var tidigare inte en huvudanledning att boka en resa utan den var en biprodukt och ett basalt behov som måste tillfredställas under vistelsen på en plats.

The Swedish way to organize sport has a long tradition and the parents play an important role in ways to organize sport. Without the thousands of adults who voluntary work the sport associations would have problems to survive. However, there are tendencies to that commitment is reduced, which means that the activity is exposed. The purpose of this study was to examine parents opinions about a nonprofit children´s sport respective professional children´s sport. The study was based on questionnaires which were distributed to 83 parents in four different sports; equestrian sport, track and field sports, ice hockey and soccer.
