Is insourcing qualified human capital from China a future for Sweden?s wealth sustainability?
The Methodology used to gather empirical materials for this thesis has been different types of interviews. The interviews have been mainly unstructured personal interviews directly with our respondents, due to limiting factors some of the interviews have been carried out via phone or email.The theoretical framework consists of literature from well-recognised authors and is divided into four different parts: Insourcing & Outsourcing, Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Management, China & Intercultural understanding. The empirical foundation has been gathered from a great variety of different sources in an attempt to cover the many complex angels in which this subject can be looked upon. Chinese students, managers in international companies with experience from China, Chinese employees in Swedish companies and different people with good knowledge of different areas of China are all among our respondents.In our conclusion we have reached the three following conclusions for why one should start a ?bridge building? enterprise in between qualified Chinese human capital and Swedish structure capital: 1.
Managing the integration process in a merger. Case: Cloetta Fazer
Background: Mergers have been increasing during the latter part of the 1990s. In the Nordic region many previously national companies have joined their forces to create a new Nordic company. This will lead to many challenges when the companies are integrated.Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the integration phase. Our goal is to study the integration of Cloetta Fazer and learn how the company can handle the two types of integration. Procedure: To be able to prove our assumptions, that were made on the basis of literature, we have collected empirical material by interviewing eight managers at Cloetta Fazer.

Purpose:
The purpose of this paper is to examine if companies? incentive programs for
employees is designed in such a way that it makes it possible for managers to
reach their goals.
Method:
Qualitative with a semi standardised questionnaire
Results:
Our results is that the incentive programs for employees in their present form
don?t give the companies a good possibility to effect the employees to perform
towards the goals of the system. The performance measures in the incentive
programs for employees is suitable in comparison with the goals of the program
but the construction and the use of the systems doesn?t give a satisfied result
in comprising with the goals.

Further, the aim is to put forward how Management in this sector strategically utilizes the location to manage the staff in order to help build a strong lasting brand. To fulfill our purpose we have targeted one overall question - What purpose does servicescape have when building a solid brand name in the hotel sector?In today?s society brands play an integral part in influencing our buying behavior and are now considered to be a new business tool to communicate a business trough. Also services have become a widespread phenomenon, which is seen as a competitive tool not only for companies in the service sector.

The purpose of this essay was to examine whether small businesses can avoid ac-counting crimes with a well-conducted internal control system. The questions we asked ourselves was, whether and if so, companies can prevent this from happening by using a internal control.In this essay we used a qualitative approach. Essential information was given to us from four different interviewees. We also worked from an inductive approach which means that we interviewed people without any earlier research to build on. The method also had a hermeneutical approach, which means that we made different interpretations based on the reference framework and the empirics.After the study had been carried out, we concluded that all evidence from this essay suggested that even small businesses need an internal control to protect their business.

Today Real estate companies face the challenge where extensive renovations on existinghousing built before 1980 must be performed. Conditions have changed and the housing need performance-?enhancing measures that meet today's quality. With a current renovation rate, it would take 30 years to meet the renovation needs. The renovation rate must therefore rise dramatically, which requires the real estate companies to act consistently in accordance with commercial principles and in an economically, socially and environmentally responsible way.The paper discusses renovation strategies in four municipal housing companies in the Stockholm suburbs. The report includes surveys of four ongoing renovation projects; Fastighets AB Förvaltaren in Sundbyberg project Hundloken 3, Stiftelsen Signalisten in Solna project Ritorp, Sollentunahem in Sollentuna project Svalgången och Väsbyhem in Upplands Väsby project Dragonvägen. Ungdomars attityder till och erfarenheter av rökning : En litteraturstudie
Bakgrund: Tobaksrökning är den viktigaste enskilda bidragande dödorsaken och stod därmed för en tiondel av alla dödsfall i Sverige under perioden 2010-2012. I Sverige börjar 15 000 ungdomar röka varje år och flickor är rökare i större utsträckning än pojkar.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva ungdomars attityder till och erfarenheter av rökning, i åldern 10-19årMetod: En litteraturstudie användes som metod vilket är en studie där vetenskapligt material granskas och analyseras från tidigare genomförda studier. Artikelsökningen gjordes i databaserna PubMed och Cinahl och begränsades till publikations år 2003-2014. Tio stycken artiklar användes och målgruppen var ungdomar mellan 10-19 år.Resultat: det huvudsakliga resultatet presenterades i fyra temaområden, könsskillnader, den sociala omgivningens betydelse, ungdomars attityder till rökning och uppfattningar om risker och fördelar med att röka. Ungdomars relation till rökning påverkades av den sociala omgivningen och även familjen och vänner hade stark påverkan på ungdomars rökvanor,Slutsatts: Det är viktigt att vara medveten om ungdomars erfarenheter och attityder till rökning.

This indication could result in the loss of safety factors for the customer, for example the possibility to physically examine the product, interact with professional store personnel and try the product before purchase ? factors which all could support the customer in her choice of company and product. The purpose of this study is to increase the theoretical knowledge regarding strategies in the area of trust-development between customers and companies. We have chosen to investigate what strategies web based companies apply and how they are perceived by their customers.
Do Dividends Pay Dividends
The main intention with this thesis is to investigate the relationship between dividends and investments. We hypothesize that firms may be forced to cut back on investments if dividends are not curtailed in times of poor annual earnings. According to contemporary theories, we argue that firms may be reluctant to cut back on dividends even when annual earnings decline and the level of investments will consequently be determined by the financial mobility of companies. The survey is carried out by means of a quantitative analysis, which includes all firms quoted on the exchange of Stockholm from 1980 through 2000. On the contrary of previous research, we conclude that even firms with high dividends can be forced to curtail investments if payouts to shareholders are maintained or increased when companies are faced with a decline in annual earnings..

Internet is the future and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is growing in use. Companies are starting to realise the benefits with VoIP. Skype is the number one soft phone on the market but it doesn't satisfy the needs of companies (e.g. transfer calls, redirects calls and so forth) and leaves therefore a gap. The purpose of this master thesis is to provide Objektor AB (thesis initiator) with tips on how to design a usable soft phone that they know is based on relevant human computer interaction research.The method used in the thesis has been iterative development.
