Den här uppsatsen speglar ett examensarbete för Färggrossen i Nybro. Ett nytt måleriverktyg, närmare bestämt en lackpensel tas fram för yrkesmålare.Fokus för projektet har legat på användarstudier med hjälp av yrkesmålarna Thomas Molin och Mikael Brandén. Studierna har börjat med observationer utav arbetsprocess och hantering av verktyg, därefter uppföljande tester av skissmodeller.Två serier med skissmodeller tas fram för användarstudier och följs sedan upp med en förprototyp som detaljutvärderas. Resultatet blir ett verktyg med vinklat skaft som ska skapa en flexibel pensel för många olika grepp..

??Masada shall never fall again!? A study about Masada as an Israeli national myth during the 20th century? by Sara Tibblin. This essay is about the Israeli national myth of Masada, a cliff in the Negev desert that was the setting of a collective suicide in 73 AD, at the end of the Jewish uprising against the Romans. This story has later been rediscovered and has during the 20th century become a national myth in Israel. This essay will examine how the national myth of Masada has been used in different contexts in Israel during the 20th century and which part it has played when it comes to the national identity of Israel. My findings have afterwards been explained with help of Eriksens theory regarding national myths from the book Historia, myth och identitet (History, myth and identity) (1996).   .

Ett funktionshinder kan försvåra eller helt förstöra spelupplevelsen.

1989 there was a big strike among teachers in Sweden. The strike lasted for over five weeks and got a lot of space in the media. In this study the author has focused on the Swedish press opinion about the strike and the striking teachers. The study is comparative one between Non-socialists press and press connected to the Socialists. The author has used a form of qualitative text analysis to examine the data which consists of editorials from six different morning papers.

This paper is a literature study on search engine optimization (SEO) considering the leader of the search engine market: Google. There´s an introductory background description of Google and its methods of  crawling the Internet and indexing the web pages, along with a brief review of the famous PageRank algorithm. The purpose of this paper is to describe the major important methods for improved rankings on Google´s result lists. These methods could be categorized as on-page methods tied to the website to be optimized or off-page methods that are external to the website such as link development. Furthermore the most common unethical methods are described, known as ?black hat?, which is the secondary purpose of the text.

The local council of Eskilstuna has a lot of fans on their Facebook page, but not so many people that ask questions, likes, comments or share their posts. This is a bachelor-thesis on how to inspire dialogue and encourage the fans to be a part of Eskilstunas Facebook page.I have made guidelines for the council how to use Facebook as a way to reach out to those who live in Eskilstuna, based on results from literature studies, analysis of several other Facebook pages and interviews. I've also made examples of statuses for the Facebook page for one week, in May 2012.The result shows that the fans want's to read about their local environment. It is important to have a personal appeal. Post should be no longer than 400 character, if they are, the posts will be truncated, and hidden.

Environment friendly transports are one of the main topics in the industry and society today.Shell organizes an annual university competition called Shell Eco Marathon. The goal is to buildthe car that consumes the least fuel during a race. KTH participated for the first time in 2006.The engine for this competition, DoubleTwo, has been developed within the school. The essay will provide answer on how organizational culture can encourage creativity and innovation and how organizations can promote the rise of a creative work environment. The research design of this essay is a qualitative case study with interviews at Gotland Energi AB (GEAB). The interviews provided insight in factors that can foster creativity and innovation in organizations.

AbstractHudiksvalls coordinating model - a model to make cooperation easierCamilla Andersson and Åsa GradinThe purpose of this study was to examine the experience each one of the administrators have of their own new model in Hudiksvall to make cooperation easier for the three different administrations in Hudiksvalls municipality. The study will focus on the administrators experiences of Hudiksvalls coordinating design. Questions of the study were: How is the influence of the model on the rules? How is the influence of the model on expectations and parts? What kind of influence did the model have on the responsibility distribution? What kind of influence has the model on the responsibilities at the transfer of costs? To answer the questions of the study we applied a qualitative method, it was made through a standardization interview guide and open questions, with six of the dealing officers who works with the model. Fusarium graminearum is one of the most important pathogens on cereals and causes major crop losses around the world. The most cultivated cereal in Sweden is winter wheat. F. graminearum produces both sexual and asexual spores for dispersal. Multiple factors affect the production of these spores.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet var att beskriva, förklara och jämföra hur ofta elitjuniorlag inom ishockey och handboll använder sig av idrottspsykologiska färdigheter. (1) Hur ofta använder sig spelare av idrottspsykologiska färdigheter? (2) Hur ofta uppmuntrar tränarna spelarna att använda idrottspsykologiska färdigheter? (3) Finns det ett samband mellan tränarens uppmuntran av idrottspsykologiska färdigheter vid träning och match, samt hur ofta spelarna använder dem? (4) Finns det ett samband mellan hur ofta spelarna använder idrottspsykologiska färdigheter vid träning och match, samt med deras självförtroende?MetodUrvalet bestod av 122 ishockey- och 89 handbollsspelare som hade en medelålder på 16,9 år samt 8 ishockey- och 6 handbollstränare som hade en medelåldern på 39,2 år. Respondenterna som alla var manliga besvarade enkäterna Test of Performance Strategies (Hardy, Roberts, Thomas & Murphy 2010; Thomas, Murphy & Hardy 1999) som undersöker hur ofta idrottare använder idrottspsykologiska färdigheter vid träning och match, samt Trait Sport Confidence Inventory (Vealey 1986) som undersöker självförtroendet hos idrottare.ResultatResultaten visade att både spelare och tränare använde idrottspsykologiska färdigheter oftare vid match än träning. Ishockeyspelarna och tränarna hade mer erfarenhet av idrottspsykologi och använde också färdigheter oftare än handbollsspelarna och tränarna.

Rapporten handlar om examensprojektet som utförts av Magnus Johansson och Thomas Klasa under våren 2009. Man har under åtta veckors tid arbetat med att hjälpa företaget LBElkonsult AB i Mölndal med att ta fram en specialanpassad verktygspalett i datorprogrammet AutoCAD MEP 2009. I rapporten finns de olika steg som genomförts för att nå det önskade slutresultatet. Allt från förstudier och själva arbetet i AutoCAD MEP 2009 till finjusteringarna som avslutningsvis gjordes på den blivande slutprodukten.Resultatet blev en mobil verktygspalett för datorprogrammet AutoCAD MEP 2009, som innehåller de nästan 200 symboler och de grundläggande funktioner som fanns på företagets önskelista. Verktygspaletten är uppbyggd av objekt istället för ?döda symboler?.
