Syftet med det här arbetet är att undersöka hur barnteatern kan se ut idag och om den uppfyller barnens krav.Observationer gjordes på tre slumpmässigt utvalda barnföreställningar för lågstadiet. Därefter intervjuades medverkande och publik som i detta fall bestod av barnen och dess lärare. Intervjufrågorna behandlade dels hur medverkande tänker inför en föreställning för barn och hur publiken uppfattade den, dels hur de anser att en bra barnföreställning bör vara.Resultatet i undersökningen visar några tydliga tendenser. De tre barnföreställningarna höll en god kvalitet i avseende på framförande, musik och dekor. Men barn är ofta ovana teaterbesökare och har svårt att ta in information genom bara iakttagande.

I den här uppsatsen redogör jag för mitt arbete som C-foto på långfilmen Äta, Sova, Dö där jag jobbade i två månader under våren 2011. Man får följa min väg från förberedelserna jag gjorde inför filmen och mina tidigare erfarenheter i området, till hur det gick för mig på inspelningen. Jag beskriver även min undersökning av idéarbete och produktionsprocesser inom långfilmen ur mitt perspektiv. Jag visar två olika sätt man kan arbeta med idéarbete på film utifrån intervjuerna jag gjorde med regissören Gabriela Pichler för Äta, sova, dö och filmregissören Johan Lundborg på hans film Isolerad. Skildringar gör jag också via intervjuerna jag hade med produktionsbolaget AFOS och teaterregissören Kent R Andersson mot hur idéarbete fungerar under reklamproduktioner och teater. För att lättare visa hur arbetet i de olika produktionerna kan se ut har jag sammanställt produktionsprocesser för varje produktion steg för steg från idé till färdig produkt..

The essay is an effort to examine and define three examples of liminal dance performances through an aesthetic, hermeneutic and semiotic analysis. The examples are three dance or liminal performances, made by three different choreographers and performed at ?Moderna Dansteatern? and ?Dansens Hus? in Stockholm during September and October 2005. In the effort to determine the liminal and cross-over in the performances, the analysis focus on aspects such as: the character of the work, choreography, the use of scenery, stage light, requisites, conception of place and interior room, the use of costume and mask, the use of different media as text, pictures, film, and music or not using any these, and the interaction with the audience. The analysis depends on a historical background and the use of literature in the subject.

This is a non-traditional examination paper written after three years of studies at Malmö University and the Kaospilot Program. It is written in Swedish and in the spring of 2009. It describes a non-linear project based on a process-orientated theory called Theory-U by Otto C. Scharmer (2009). Tove Jansson was born in 1914 and died in 2001. She was a Finnish, though Swedish-speaking, novelist and painter. She wrote many books of which the Moomin books were the most popular. She wrote in total eight Moomin books (picture books not counted) of which some were rewritten one of more times. The first Moomin book appeared in 1945 and the last as late as 1970.

Birgitta Stenberg?s autobiographical novel Kärlek i Europa was published in 1981. It takes placein the fifties and is written in a genre popular in Sweden during the seventies, the feministconfession novel. The genre had a strong political purpose, by way of sharing experiences ofliving as a woman in a patriarchal society the aim was to raise consciousness of oppression andmake way for liberation and sisterhood. But there was not room for everyone in the feministstruggle.

Skådespelaren, konstnären, scenografen och teaterteoretikern Edward Gordon Craig (1872-1966) kom att påverka den moderna teaterns utveckling. Framför allt är det uttrycket Uber-Marionette som förknippas med Craig.Studiens inriktning är dock- eller figurteater och undersöker vilken betydelse denna teaterform fick för Craig.Syftet är att se om hans stora intresse för marionetteater går att koppla till hans vision om en Uber-Marionette. Syftet med examensarbetet har varit att analysera huruvida en iterativ arbetsform inger fler fördelar än nackdelar vid level design till Unreal Tournament 3. Rapporten tar i diskussionsform upp delar ur hela produktionen för att redovisa utmaningar, framsteg och lösningar författaren bemött. En inblick ges för hur en iterativ level design-produktion kan utföras och för- respektive nackdelar gällande olika delar av denna specifika process. Slutsatsen som dras hävdar att det för med sig många fördelar att lägga upp arbetet iterativt.

This paper discusses some concerns about Japanese gender identity as a construct and the subversive means to overthrow it. In my paper I claim that the eastern influences on Japan has created a gap between old and new gender- traditions and norms. This interspace is what the philosopher Judith Butler claims as the site for a possible gender transformation. As Butler claims gender identity to be a construct, I use her methods of understanding and subsequently queertheory, to investigate the construct of Japanese gender identity and also the norms that constitute a national identity. As I elaborate on this theory I use specific artworks from Morimura Yasumasa, Yoshiko Shimada and Bubu de la Madeleine and also the all-male theatre kabuki vs.

Abstract This paper seeks to answer how well the unit managers in a community live up to its responsibility for rehabilitation. What opportunities and obstacles center managers feel that they have in the rehabilitation process and their expertise in rehabilitation are adequate. The essay is based on qualitative, in which six interviews were conducted to help capture the Heads of Unit subjective experiences. Five of the respondents are heads of units in the elderly, and an interview with the rehabilitation coordinator of the municipality. Respondents' comments and relevant literature form the basis for this essay.

Analysis of the piece Pygmalion in set at the Gothenburg City Theatrefrom a gender perspective with the purpose to investigate which genders that arepresented and how the piece relates to the heterosexual norm. The method consists inthe analysis and discussion of how the pieces portrays females and males (with focuson feminine and masculine coded expression and presentation of desire) and whatconsequences it brings. This based on various method books of norm-breaking designwork for Aesthetic staff, and a theory based on Judith Butler's research. Primarymaterial consists in a piece analysis of Pygmalion, from a spectator's perspective.Main Results: The designing is consciously working with a set of norm-breakinggender expression, particularly female genders. The set translates socially criticalviews against patriarchal hierarchies.

La Busta/Konvolutten/The envelope was written in 2006 by the Italian playwright, director and actor Spiro Scimone. It is a contemporary political farce with clear roots and inspiration from Commedia dell´arte. As the main structure for this essay, comparisons have been made between a modern Danish production of Konvolutten by the director Simon K. Boberg and the form and structure of Commedia dell´arte. The importance and use of the political context in both Commedia dell´arte and Konvolutten are explored.The sociopolitical conditions under which Husets Teater (The House´s Theatre) works is analyzed.

Bakgrund: Den svenska teaterscenen befinner sig i vad som tycks vara en ständig ekonomisk kris. De offentliga medlen räcker inte längre till, vilket har fått till följd att teaterinstitutionerna har blivit tvungna att söka sig nya inkomstkällor. Kultursponsring är en alternativ finansieringsform som har blivit allt vanligare. Vi vill undersöka kultursponsringens möjligheter för svensk teater. Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka möjligheterna att gå bortom den traditionella definitionen av kultursponsring för att skapa ett helhetsperspektiv på utbyten mellan teater och näringsliv.

The purpose of this essay is to describe and analyze experiences of how the daily rounds and a persons role is changing when you go from being a family member to being a family member as well as being a kinship carer.Essential questions at issue was:- Which feelings are associated to the roll as kinship carer?- What are the motivations for the relative/family member to become a kinship carer?- What is the change of the role like before and after the disease.Six persons have been interviewed on the subject and symbolic interactionism and role theory has been our theoretical perspective. The essay has been related to the ideas of Meads on social interaction and to Goffmans theatre theorem.The result of the essay showed that feelings and motivations as regards to the daily rounds and the role of the kinship carer were individual, where similarities and differences occurred. When ones partner, parent or child got a disease/functional disability it generated in some changes regarding their daily rounds and it led to altering of roles.
