Från tiden före 1972 års skadeståndslag och fram till idag, har skadeståndsansvaret blivit allt mindre förlåtande mot det allmänna som arbetsgivare. I och med SkL 3:2 markerades att det allmänna också skulle bära ett ansvar för oriktiga upplysningar och råd, om de lämnats ?vid myndighetsutövning?. Dock valde lagstiftaren samtidigt, till stor del av ekonomisk hänsyn, att begränsa effekterna ansvaret genom att införa den s.k. standardregeln och passivitetsregeln.

Vid en tillbakablick, visas det tydliga förändringar i svensk lagstiftning om sexualbrott mot barn. Det förekom till exempel länge att även barnen kunde straffas med döden om det blivit utsatt för våldtäkt. En stor del i lagändringarna är just ändringar i samhällsvärderingarna som ligger till grund för det vi tror på. Just dessa värderingar är grunden till att Sverige ratificerade barnkonventionen 1990. Detta undertecknande medförde i sin tur att Sverige måste anpassa sina lagar, till det som föreskrivs i barnkonventionens artiklar för att öka skyddet för barn, samt för att harmonisera med konventionen i sin lagstiftning.

Open pit mining creates huge amounts of tailings and waste rock deposits. Due to it's content of sulphide minerals, predominantly pyrite (FeS2), there is a risk of oxidation and formation of acid water containing heavy metals, known as Acid Rock Drainage (ARD). To prevent the process of oxidation, the tailings and waste rock have to be reclaimed. The most commonly used methods of reclamation are a coverage of water or soil. Mining also results in a large-scale interference in the landscape that will make an eternal change of its appearance.

Elektroniska tjänster utgör en stor del av marknadsekonomin i större delen av världen således även på den inre marknaden. Elektronisk handel, där elektroniska tjänster ingår, har under de senaste åren expanderat. U.S. Bureau of Census uppskattade att elektroniska tjänster genererat i drygt 600 miljarder kronor under år 2005. Det är en ökning med 24.6 % från föregående år.

Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka de båda institutionerna Sameskolan och Norrbottens Arbetsstugor för att se hur statens minoritetspolitik gett upphov till/tagit sig uttryck inom dessa institutioner. Detta för att söka förstå varför den svenska staten förde olika politik gentemot minoriteter boende i Övre Norrland, d.v.s.samer och tornedalingar: samerna skulle bevaras som nomadiserande renskötande folkgrupp samtidigt som den finsktalande befolkningen i Tornedalen skulle försvenskas. Vid studiet av sameskolan, ligger koncentrerationen på tiden kring och efter kåtaskolreformen 1913 eftersom det var denna reform som innebar en totalt segregerad skola för de nomadiserande samernas barn. Angående Norrbottens Arbetsstugor ligger tyngdpunkten på åren efter grundandet 1903 och upprättandet av reglemente 1913 då arbetsstugorna inordnades i försvenskningsarbetet på ett tydligare sätt. Kåtaskolreformen 1913 var ett resultat av den Bergqvistska Utredningen.

SUMMARY Establish a pasture There is many valuable nature and culture landscapes in Sweden that has developed during a long period of time, throw natural processes or human use. Unfortunately lot of these are disappearing. My thought with this work is to explore the possibility to establish new areas with similar qualities. The motive for this is that attractive countryside biotopes are well worth to use as model to enrich the urban landscape. Another thought has concerned the people that establish, build and manage landscapes and parks. They often have varied views, both coming from a difference in background and previous experiences.

The goal of this work has been to search historical materials, to identify the park's historical development, to prepare proposals on measures and that work should be the basis for further research. The aim has been to train us in searching for and use of materials and to gain an understanding of the process of work with older plants. In the process we have sought and found materials in archives, through literary and oral sources, and email contacts. Because of its excellent location perched on an islet in the low landscape Näsbyholm was long a fortress. The old castle on Näsbyholm was from the late 1400s but the site was fortified much earlier. The islet was at this time completely surrounded by water and there was a drawbridge over the narrow waterline. The owners are liable since the late 1200s.

In Sweden today so-called "prescribed nature conservation burning" is performed due to the change in silvicultural law, certification and an increased knowledge regarding the field of fire in the forest landscape. The aim is to re-create structures and qualities made by the fire regimes of the past, though on a much smaller geographical scale. The structures and qualities to be re-created are for example broad leaf stands, trees with large diameter, heterogeneous stands regarding variables such as age and diameter. If we increase our knowledge of the constitution of forests characterized by fire, then we will be able to set goals for what achievements to reach both on landscape scale and stand scale. The aim of this paper is to try to describe how a stand from the past was composed regarding mainly the spatial arrangement and compare it with the stand of today in the same place. This to be done by using relict material, that is stumps and dead standing trees.

SUMMARYFor thousands of years horses have been at people's side. They have been used for transportation at war, to save time, manpower and money. For practical reason, man has forced the horses into narrow spaces. Stabling includes factors as feeding and bedding. In the boxes the bedding materials must be kept clean and maintain good hygiene.
