Det saknas en beskrivning i den svenska grammatiken över hur adjektiv förstärks med hjälp av förled. Forskning visar att fenomenet med förstärkningar, även kallade intensifierare, uppmärksammats mer i andra språk. Syftet med denna undersökning var att beskriva och kartlägga användandet av förledsförstärkningar, samt se om det fanns några hittills oskrivna regler och mönster. Här gjordes en kvantitativ undersöking där frågeställningarna analyserades utifrån statistiska data insamlade ur två korpusar bestående av bloggtext. Adjektiv inom sinnelag, stabila egenskaper, och sinnesstäming, temporära egenskaper, samt parametrarna positiva och negativa adjektiv undersöktes.

The aim of the study has been to investigate physiotherapists? view on a new method of treatment in physiotherapy. In this case we have studied Whole Body Vibration training as an example of a new method of treatment. Semistructured interviews were performed with five physiotherapists. The study was carried out as a qualitative content analysis study.

BackgroundToday a common approach to solve a complicated problem is to assemble a Temporary workforce in order to solve the problem by working together within a project. One of the difficulties with working in projects is to maintain the planned budget. Working hours and costs are often exceeded. Many companies presume that any certain project will succeed, a presumption that leads companies not to anticipate risks involved in a project. In companies today there is seldom time for evaluation or moderation of a project, in order to have time for evaluation there is a great need for an adequate planning of the project.IntentThe intention with this study is to create a model for planning, budgeting and evaluation of projects within consultancy companies.MethodWith the help of interviews and discussions within the group Hamnar och Byggkonstruktioner at Sweco has evidence to present a proposal on planning, budgeting and monitoring been developed.ResultsA model has been developed to ease for consultancy companies to plan, budget, monitor and evaluate projects.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka huruvida arbetsrelaterade identiteter och ambitioner skiljer sig åt beroende på anställningsform, tillsvidareanställning (N = 26) och tidsbegränsad anställning (N = 22). En enkät besvarades av 48 individer, fördelade på fem avdelningar på ett sjukhus i Mellansverige. Respondenterna skattade de arbetsrelaterade identitetsmåtten: organisationsidentitet, professionsidentitet, medarbetaridentitet, identitetsbehov och identitetskonflikt samt ambitionsmåtten: engagemang, framsteg/karriär och konflikt. Resultatet visade att det finns intressanta skillnader i enskilda frågor, exempelvis att tidsbegränsat anställda i högre grad är nöjda med valet av profession än tillsvidareanställda. Samtidigt skulle de tillsvidareanställda förlora vem jag är-känslan mer om de förlorade sitt arbete, än de tidsbegränsat anställda.

This study aims to examine how the interventions for homeless persons in the municipality of Kalmar are organized. The study is based on four half-structured qualitative interviews with both representatives from different instances and also from persons who have experience of being homeless.The theoretical bases we have used to analyze the material are organization theory, specifically the concept of bureaucracy. Our results show that homelessness is not seen as a problem in itself, since the general view is that homeless people often have a complex problem scenario where drug- and alcohol abuse and mental illness are common.It is often the latter that takes priority in the interventions and the housing question is therefore neglected. We also found that social services do not have a satisfactory structure around the organization of the work on homelessness. They do not have any specific device in Kalmar that focus on homelessness issues with the result that the existing units are forced to take care of the work of homelessness.

This essay is about Skelleftea church town which is named Bonnstan and refers to the city for farmers. Originally, its mission was to function as Temporary residence for long distance travelers of the villages, during weekends intended for religious gatherings. Bonnstan have furthermore periodically and in lesser extent been used as permanently abode for domestic workers. Nowadays the area consists of 114 cottages with nearly 400 chambers.The earliest known documentation of Skelleftea church town's existence is from the 17th century even though it may have its origin from the Middle Ages. These early church cottages burnt down in 1835 and were restored two years after the accident.

This thesis is a report concerning the practical aspects on exhibition techniques. During an internship at the National History Museum in Stockholm I participated in the work with their new, Temporary exhibition Gränslöst - en global utställning på Historiska museet [Boundless - a global voyage of discovery at the National Historical Museum]. I was part of a small project team of museum staff. The purpose of this exhibition was to show how cultures have met and influenced each other throughout history. The National Historical Museum has in its collections and exhibitions several examples of objects that has been imported from or inspired by other cultural areas.

This study is about organizing major sporting events. Sporting events? numerous positive outcomes for the hosting region has resulted in a growing number and size of sporting events globally. The aim of this study was therefore to provide further knowledge about how organizations in major sport events practically and strategically operate and how processes related to organization and leadership can contribute to the success of the event. The study focuses the context of a Swedish national multi-sport event hosted and held by three different cities, three different years.

This is a qualitative study with a reflexive approach. The aim of this masters thesis is to describe how the internal information is managed in Borås Theatre and Borås Public Library related to the internal flow of information within the organisations according to descriptions of different units, staff and work tasks. Ten qualitative semi-structured interviews with employees at the Theatre and the Library have been conducted. The organisations have been studied separately. The interviews are presented according to six categories presented in the theory chapter as a result of the study.

Syftet med föreliggande studie är att ur ett socialpsykologiskt perspektiv undersöka vilka upplevelser inhyrd personal har på ett visst företag beroende på vilken arbetsgrupp de tillhör. I studien har vi utgått från en kvalitativ metod med nio semistrukturerade intervjuer där urvalet bestod av fem manliga informanter och fyra kvinnliga. Resultatet visar att det finns övervägande positiva upplevelser av att arbeta som inhyrd på det aktuella företaget där sociala relationer och ett gott bemötande är viktiga orsaker till dessa.  Resultatet visar även på skillnader i upplevelser hos den inhyrda personalen beroende på vilken arbetsgrupp de tillhör och vilka grupprocesser som utspelar sig inom denna. Resultatet har vi sedan analyserat med hjälp av ett flertal teoretiker; Moira von Wright, Johan Asplund, Norbert Elias, Georg Simmel, Susan A. Wheelan och Abraham Maslow.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine how the build-up of customer relations can be characterized at the end of the industrial selling process and how companies engage their cross-functional selling teams into this relationship building effort. Through a case study of Omega, a multinational company engaged in the selling of products of an industrial character, it was revealed that the build-up and maintaining of the customer relationship is of acute importance, as it presents the company with a window of opportunities. Through its relationship with the customer the company can be able to sell other products, which are related to the original purchase made by the customer. For the company?s competitors the established relationship might also serve as a barrier when attempting to enter the market or increase market share.

On October 17, 2012, TV4 broadcasted an episode of the documentary series Kalla fakta. The episode received a lot of attention when it revealed that Parken Zoo, a very popular destination for families, was not as well maintained beneath the surface as it gave the impression of being. The case attracted attention in all possible media for a long time, which led to a beginning of an extensive investigation of the Zoo.The purpose of this study is to examine how Parken Zoo handled the media after the examination of TV4?s Kalla fakta, and how it affected people?s confidence in the Zoo. This paper consists of an overall case study of Parken Zoo that can be divided into two different methods.

A stay in the neonatal intensive care unit of greater than 5 days is one of the identified risks ofa sensorineural hearing loss. Preterm infants usually have at least one risk factor for hearingimpairment. The period from 25 weeks' gestation to 5 to 6 months of age is most critical tothe development of the auditory system. We think it is important to investigate hearingimpariment among infants born preterm, degree and type of hearing loss, risk factorsassociated with hearing loss and how the auditory system may be affected by preterm birth.ObjectiveA critical review of the current literature including studies of preterm infants born betweengestonal age 25-37. Our aim is to identify the most common type and degree of hearing lossamong infants born preterm and if there is an association between hearing loss and pretermbirth.MethodA literature search of Scopus and Pubmed resulted in 16 articles from 2000-2015ResultsMost of the infants in this study had a severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss.

There is much literature covering strategic change under different circumstances but very little concerning how companies act strategically under sudden and radical changes to market conditions. Based on three different events (the terrorist attack in the USA September 11th 2001, the Tjernobyl accident April 26th 1986 and the Islamic revolution in Iran 1979) with such radical changes as a result we chose three companies that were affected (SAS, Asea Atom and Atlas Copco). The result of the events that were studied in this thesis is extremely unusual to their character. The events themselves were sudden and of a Temporary nature but the results were long term changes of market conditions. Through personal interviews the authors have tried to establish how the companies have perceived the events and how the top management has strategically handled the situation.
