Undersökningen rör funktionsledarnas nya roll på Länsstyrelsen i Kronobergslän. Den nya rollen är ett utökat chefskap som är en del av en omorganisering. Syftet med studien är att ta reda på hur det utökade chefskapet hos funktionsledarna påverkar deras, roll och arbetsgemenskap samt vilka effekter ett ledarskap längre ner i organisationen medför. Teorier kring roll, ledarskap, organisation och institution har används. Metoden som använts är främst intervjuer.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att redogöra för hur ledare och anställda i en distansorganisation kan uppmuntras, via en god kommunikation till att förmedla sin kreativa förmåga. Genom att beskriva hur arbetet med kommunikation sker mellan de båda partnerna, kan vi presentera en förståelse om hur det skapas nya kreativa idéer även när medarbetarna inte är under kontorets tak. Metod: Den metod vi har utgått ifrån är en kvalitativ studie där data har samlats in genom en personlig intervju samt tre stycken telefonintervjuer. Den personliga intervjun genomfördes med KNS Bilfrakt AB ena delägare. Telefonintervjuerna genomfördes på tre lastbilschaufförer inom samma organisation.

This is an essay about health promotion and organisation development. The problem concerning all health issues that can be tied to work related illnesses has long been a problem in Sweden. For example did this problem alone cost the Swedish government 25 million crones a day between the years 2000-2001. This is a major issue and there is lots of money to save in this area. This is why we wanted to research how to promote health by changing the structure of the selected company.

The purpose of this essay is to study how the local creators of a "master plan" for the swedish city Kristinehamn, the years between 1940 to -43, looked on their planning. It is an analysis of ideas case study. A hypothesis is upheld for the research: that the local physical planning had largely extended ambitions what regards central state control in a way that is similar to planned economy. Questions that are asked include: Was the planning assumed to be a tool for the state to regulate the environment? Can the planning be seen as a mean to control the society in time and space? The essay search for verification of the hypothesis by a theoretical analysis apparatus made upp of ideal types.

This Bachelor Thesis in the area of Computer Science and Work Science describes the process of design and development of an IT-tool between the municipality of Ron-neby and TietoEnator a development and consultancy firm, the Gothenburg office. The thesis focuses mainly on the cooperation between the consultant designer and the local municipal. Through cooperation, the organisation is incorporated into the tool and the tool is incorporated into the organisation. Concepts that are central in this thesis are design, cooperation and tailoring. A question raised is, if distance work and extensive cooperation might be a good way of working in the process of design and development, when the organisation is being incorporated into the tool. Advan-tages and disadvantages of this way of working are discussed. Our studies show that distance work is a good complement for personal meet-ings between designer and co-developer.

This thesis is a report concerning the practical aspects on exhibition techniques. During an internship at the National History Museum in Stockholm I participated in the work with their new, temporary exhibition Gränslöst - en global utställning på Historiska museet [Boundless - a global voyage of discovery at the National Historical Museum]. I was part of a small project team of museum staff. The purpose of this exhibition was to show how cultures have met and influenced each other throughout history. The National Historical Museum has in its collections and exhibitions several examples of objects that has been imported from or inspired by other cultural areas.

This thesis studies the Swedish advertising business as an actor in the national formation of Sweden. It argues that earlier research has ignored to see advertising businesses as possible forces of these formations. The essay investigates how this appears historically through collaboration with an informational organisation that had risen due to the Second World War and that was a part of the national defence. I can, by investigating a discussion that focused on this informational organisation and the advertising businesses relation to it, show how the business as an effect of a civic engagement expressed an interest to participate in the informational work. What happens when one moves about in the city? In this essay I will explore how we through our movements create our own temporal cities. I base my investigation on Michel de Certeau's theories from his book The Practice of Everyday Life vol 1. De Certeau believes that by just walking in the city ? a mostly unconscious and for many trivial activity ? you write it, creating different types of spaces that can be understood using linguistic terms.In my essay, I develop de Certeau's theories about ordinary activities by applying them to two less ordinary ? and between themselves quite different ? spatial practices:  fare evasion on public transportation (plankning) and the urban activity of parkour.

Global Software Development (GSD) is based on a geographical distance where teams are spread throughout the world. The related research have for a long time addressed the challenges presented by geographical distances. GSD is basically a necessity for many businesses to use in order to reduce development costs, reduce production time and to maintain high quality. The study aims to investigate the relationship between the reality of a specific maintenance project. Thus, our research question: How do distributed maintenance teams experience temporal, geographical and socio-cultural distances? To achieve the purpose of the study, we chose to perform a case study of a global consulting company which recently started a new system maintenance project.

Syftet med studien är att med utgångspunkt från ett fall undersöka vilka faktorer som inverkar på ett ledarskap på distans. Undersökningsdesignen utgår från en studie av en enskild enhet i en ideell organisation. Svaren har sökts genom en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi i form av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Samtidigt har ett försök till korsvalidering gjorts genom att koppla resultatet till en liknande situation i en kommersiell organisation.Urvalet är ändamålsinriktat och genomfört som ett bekvämlighetsurval.

I dagens samha?lle finns det ma?nga faktorer som pa?verkar organisationer och dess synsa?tt vilket kan vara problematiskt da? dessa inte alltid a?r fo?renliga med varandra. I kreativa organisationer kan detta representeras av ett ekonomiskt och ett kreativt synsa?tt som ses som uttryck av institutionella logiker, korporationslogiken respektive professionslogiken. Studien a?mnar da?rmed underso?ka hur dessa tva? institutionella logiker som teoretiskt sett krockar kan urskiljas och samspela inom en kreativ organisation.

Syftet med min studie är att undersöka hur förhandlingsskyldighetn samt rätten till information efterlevs i praktiken. För att göra detta ska jag göra kvlaitativa intervjuer samt observera på ett MBL - möte på en arbetsplats. Detta ska jag därefter applicera på Ahrne och Brunssons teori om vad en formell / partiell organisation är- med hjälp av dess element, dvs medlemskap, sanktioner, övervakning, regler och hierraki. Vill undersöka om dessa elemnt finns under ett möte ( om det är högt i tak ..mm) .

Max Webers teorier är klassiska inom sociologin. Denna d-uppsats syfte var att undersöka om Webers idealtyp byråkrati går att använda för att analysera en nutida organisation - Försäkringskassan. Kan Försäkringskassan utifrån valda teorier ses som byråkratisk och vad innebär detta för organisationen? För att få information om Försäkringskassan och dess organisation har olika typer av dokument undersökts. Denna information har sedan analyserats i förhållande till Webers byråkratibegrepp och en del kritiska röster om Weber.I uppsatsen framkom att Försäkringskassan är en byråkratisk organisation enligt Webers kriterier och att idealtypen byråkrati fortfarande är användbar - åtminstone på Försäkringskassan.

The market communication in organisations is vital to manage the competition. Studies have shown the importance of market communication in both private and public organisations.Since the past decade market communication has been acknowledged as an instrument to provide the organisations target group with valid information.This thesis is a study about the differences in market communication between private and public organisations. To manage this we asked ourselves the question:?- What distinguish the market communication in a private respective a public organisation??We have done qualitative interviews to get the best result for our study. We have interviewed both types of organisations and our respondents have leading strategic position in their organisations.Our research highlights important differences between private and public organisations in matter of tactics in market communication.In conclusion the result shows a great difference in how an organization is managing their communicative strategies all depending on if it is a private owned company or a public organisation..
