Föreliggande studie undersöker hur idrottspsykologiska rådgivare arbetar och om det i derasklientarbete finns metoder eller modeller som kan vara tillämpbara inom studie- ochyrkesvägledning. Syftet var att se hur idrottspsykologiska rådgivare arbetar och vilkaskillnader det finns i de båda yrkesgruppernas arbetssätt samt att se om vissa delar irådgivarnas arbetsformer kan vara tillämpbara eller bara vara kompletterande till studie- ochyrkesvägledarnas modeller. Den metod som valdes för forskningen var kvalitativ, medpersonliga intervjuer. Resultaten som visade att respondenterna arbetade på ett liknande sättdär dialogen med klienten var det primära arbetssättet. En skillnad var att rådgivarna oftastarbetade med sökande som är motiverade till förändring samt att de arbetade processinriktatoch hade mer tid för varje klient.

The shooting sport is one of the most widespread sports in the world and it isbeing practice in most countries. Based on their own experiences, in competition -and hobby shooting, the client M4Solutions found a demand and need for ashooting target that is manufactured in Sweden.The purpose of the project has been to develop, with the help of Marcus Walldén,two shooting targets from idea to finished product. These two shooting targets,Plate Rack Target and Dueling Tree, would each be equipped with a mechanicalresetting system but will in the future have the ability to be provided with anelectronic resetting system.The project from the client was divided into two theses. One of these two, writtenby Marcus Walldén, focused on the tripod parts and the overall design work forboth Plate Rack Target and Dueling Tree. The thesis that is presented in thisreport have focused on resetting systems, the design of protective plates and otherperipherals for both shooting targets.This work has primarily been in CAD environment where design, constructionand development has been given free rein.

The purpose of my study was to examine a competence-development in care of older people in which some of the personnel have been ?spjutspetsar?. More specifically my aim was to investigate how the personnel managed to supervise others in the organization. My main research questions were: How do the care-managers and the care-workers persecute their functions as ?spjutspetsar?? What form has the internal meeting between the competence-development and the organization ideology taken? What possibilities and obstacles have the care-managers and care-workers been confronted? In my study my research method is based on eight qualitative interviews.

Vid starten av idrottsundervisningen på 1800-talet fanns en problematik gällande lokalbrist. Denna problematik fortsatte och aktuell forskning visar att endast 70 % av Sveriges skolor i början av århundradet hade regelbunden tillgång till en gymnastiksal eller idrottshall. Kopplat till denna problematik saknas forskning kring huruvida det finns tillfredsställande redskap till förfogande eller ej. Därför syftar denna studie till att undersöka vilka lokaler samt redskap, fasta och lösa, som idrottslärare har till sitt förfogande i undervisningen och i vilken utsträckning de har det. Denna studie baseras på en webbenkät som har skickats ut till idrottslärare för att uppfylla syftet.

Body esteem is the affective aspect of body image, which is shaped by social experience. Compared with men, women have a more negative body image, which is more frequently correlated with depression and dysfunctional thoughts, especially in the case of eating disorders. The purpose of the present study was to examine gender differences in body esteem and its subcategories, and to find out whether there exists a stronger link between negative body esteem and higher levels of dysfunctional thoughts in women. The relationship between body esteem, dysfunctional thoughts and mental illness was examined. Participants were 73 college students doing social sciences and sports training educations.

The purpose of this paper was, on the basis of the association?s annual reports, to describe appropriate key performance indicators for non-profit associations. The purpose was furthermore to study how the associations show their goal-attainment. The research was delimited to contain the second category of non profit associations, which include sports associations. The authors choose three non profit associations, which according to the law, shall draw up annual reports. The three ice hockey associations HV71, MODO Hockey and Frölunda Hockey Club, were thereafter chosen on the basis of those delimits.

The purpose of this essay is to analyse and understand how branding can take place in a football organisation. Football clubs have for a long time been seen as non-profit organisations but since money have become a main factor also in football these days the organisations are more or less turning in to commercial businesses. Football organisations have for many years neglected the assets of actively contributing values to their brand. Despite that branding doesn't seem to be seen as important in football organisations as it is for real companies who spend a fortune of money on building strong brands, which makes us curious to find out how this approach can be developed also in football. We are also interested in what the characteristics are and which underlying factors that determines the choice of a football brand.

Vi lever idag i en allt mer globaliserad värld, vilket bidragit till ett mångkulturellt samhälle. Dagens organisationer står i och med detta inför utmaningen att anpassa sig. Utmaningen med mångfald är, att trots skillnader, lyckas samarbeta. Genom samspel och god kommunikation formas människan in i den sociala miljön på arbetsplatsen. Denna studie undersöker medarbetarnas attityder till och upplevelse av sin organisations kulturella mångfaldsarbete.

This study used a qualitative interview design to explore the experiences of seven Swedish female elite athletes and their career retirement. The athletes were engaged in three different sports; track and field (athletics), handball and golf and five of them are former professional or semi-professional athletes. The process of their athletic role exit was based on the theoretical findings of Ebaugh (1988) and her four phases: First Doubts, Seeking Alternatives, The Turning Point and Creating the Ex-Role. The findings reveal that for these female former elite athletes Seeking Alternatives already starts before the First Doubts and that possibly the athletes at an early stage have insights of the discontinuity of their athletic career. The importance of transferring their role residual to future paths in life was stressed among the female athletes in order to be able to have a smooth transition process.

Denna uppsats behandlar hur företag motiverar sina anställda för att öka lojaliteten. Vi har valt att studera detta utifrån ett ledningsperspektiv. Vi har undersökt två tjänsteföretag eftersom det är extra viktigt att de anställda är motiverade i kunskapsintensiva företag. Vi har gjort en fallstudie och intervjuat VD:n på JOB Media & Reklambyrå AB och avdelningschefen på KPMG i Luleå. I vår undersökning har vi kommit fram till att motivationsteorierna vi behandlat tillämpas i stor utsträckning i de företag vi undersökt.

Detta arbete handlar om nätverksfilsystemsprotokollen SMB/CIFS, SMB2 och NFSv3. Arbetet baseras på artikeln ?A New Network File System is Born: Comparison of SMB2, CIFS, and NFS? som skrivits av Steven M. French på IBM, Samba Team. I den artikeln saknas det prestandatester och därför känns det relevant att göra prestandatester för att få fram vilket protokoll som har högst hastighet med olika filstorlekar i Windowsmiljö.

Denna rapport behandlar ett examensarbete inom integrerad produktutveckling som utfördes av Andreas Carlsson och Marcus Ronnheim vid Designingenjörsprogrammet på Högskolan i Skövde vårterminen 2008. Examensarbetet var att utveckla Casall Sports Products viktskivor, viktlås samt viktställ för bodypumpviktskivor. Bakgrunden till uppdraget var att Casall tyckte att deras, redan nämnda produkter, var föråldrade och behövde ett nytt utseende samt att viktstället saknade vissa fördelaktiga funktioner. Rapporten beskriver hela produktutvecklingsfasen från förstudie till produktionsritningar.Under förstudien gjordes bl.a. en marknadsundersökning och användarintervjuer, detta resulterade i en kravspecifikation.

Today sportsclubs are important actors in the work with promoting public health in Sweden. Sports have unique opportunities to reach out with messages to many people with diffrent backgrounds. In many respects sport- and clublife could be looked upon as health promotiv activiteis. It is not just the health of the individual that is affected by sportslife but also the community take advantage of active people in clubs. Partly through a healthier population and partly because clubs educational role in teaching democracy and solidarity to its members.

ABSTRACT Author: Johan PetterssonTitle: Customer Loyalty in the Swedish men's elite football - a study with IF ElfsborgPurpose Increase understanding of how to increase customer loyalty when it comes to Swedish elite football. Method A qualitative study using semi-structured interviews for deeper access to the what the people I interviewed feel about the subject. The interviews are conducted with IF Elfsborgs club president Stefan Andreasson, Goran Lohne who works with media and events, and Eric Sjölin who are supportercontact. In addition to those I alsointerviewed the supporters club Guliganernas President Anders Hultin. Analysis and conclusion The first impression and attitude is very important when a person goes from a one-timebuyers into loyal customers. This is both the theories and the interviewees opinion. Through staff training and records of how the club would like the first impression and attitude to be the clubs can reach a good level of first impression. Konkurrenskraftiga organisationer behöver effektiva teams som kan möta omvärldens krav. För att få effektiva arbetsgrupper behöver medlemmarna ha tilltro till den egna och gruppens förmåga. Forskning om samarbetsrelationernas kvalitet, mätt som team-member-exchange (TMX), har visat att hög TMX ökar tilltro till den egna förmågan. Oenighet råder dock om vilken effekt skillnader inom grupper i TMX har på tilltro till förmåga. I denna studie undersöktes hur TMX och TMX-differentiering påverkar tilltro till egen och gruppens förmåga.
