The aim of this study is to bring forward four teachers of Arts-education, their statements and reasoning concerning the condition and meaning of the subject of Arts-education along with their statements in relation to theory and earlier research, give voice and insight in their intentions according to what teaching of Arts-education should contribute to.The basis for the study is brought out of the dilemma that there, in the subject of Artseducation is ?crowding of matter? in the nine-year compulsory school, difficulties in selecting the importance of various subjects and different opinions between teachers, due to curriculum being modified in accordance with the development in society. The earlier research that this study relates to shows how teacher?s opinion of different subjects varies. My questions concerning the subject are the following;How do four teachers of Arts-education reason concerning the condition and meaning of the subject of Arts-education?What are the teachers intentions according to what teaching of Arts-education should contribute to?What are the similarities and differences between the statements of the teachers in this study versus the teachers' statements according to previous research?To find answers on my issues and questions I have made interviews with four teachers of Arts-education and have then put their reasoning and statements against theories , which  all concerns the creative process.

AbstractThis essay aims to problematize and illuminate the connection between special-education and nature-based activities. With a theoretical ground that is based upon a sociocultural perspective I consider the information from the field. Through a qualitative and critical perspective I performed individual interviews with five pupils from the sixth school-year in the Swedish elementary-school. I also performed Focus-group interviews with two educators and three teachers in the same school-form. By a Hermeneutical working-method I have found out that the informants in my survey have a common experience that activities performed in nature has a positive effect on learning.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka tankar tre lärare har kring läsförståelseundervisning samt se hur de undervisar i läsförståelse. Dessa lärare arbetar i årskurs två respektive årskurs fyra och i studien genomfördes en intervju och två observationer med varje informant. Jag har valt att undersöka detta område då jag under den verksamhetsförlagda delen av utbildningen noterade ett flertal elever som visade bristande förmågor i sin läsförståelse. Jag blev intresserad av hur det kunde komma sig att så många elever visade samma tendenser även om de gick på olika skolor i olika kommuner. Denna studie är skriven ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv där modellering, kommunikation och stöttning är centrala delar.

Digital systems intended to process, and hold, sensitive personal data, such as medical journals, must be developed with laws, confidentiality, integrity and availability in mind to secure that none of this data gets compromised.A complicating factor in regards to this is the fast rate of development within IT in contrast to the much slower bureaucratic process of the justice system. The study examines risk perception and crisis preparedness among personnel at high-schools. The focus is set on teachers and leaders at four high-schools in Örebro municipality, Sweden. The purpose of the study is to examine crisis preparedness and identify factors which influences risk perception and crisis preparedness. The survey consisted of a questionnaire which was completed by 95 respondents. The results show that better information about the crisis preparedness in the schools is needed.

This study aims to build a deeper understanding of how differences in identities and communication can affect the possibilities of achieving a successful merger between companies from different type of industries. Our study is of qualitative nature and looks into the specific merger between Företagshälsovården AB and Managementkonsulterna AB. The study builds upon 16 semi structured interviews which are carried out with employees from both parts of the organization and with management personnel. Firstly our study shows that the different identities existing within the different parts of the organization, highly affect the integration process after a merger. Secondly we show that the level of communication transmitted from the management, but also between the different parts of the organization, affects the possibilities of creating a successful merger.

In this work we have compiled results from various studies concerning medical conditions that may possibly be avoided by castration and the effects that may occur after castration of the healthy bitch. The work is a literature review but it also includes a summary on the age recommendations for castration of the healthy bitch, castration before or after the first heat and the castration method most commonly used of ovariohysterectomy and ovariectomy. The summary is based on a questionnaire answered by personnel from 20 veterinary clinics and animal hospitals evenly distributed throughout Sweden.The summary showed that ovariohysterectomy was the most common method of castration and the recommendation in age ranged from 6-12 months. Regarding castration before or after the first heat 75% of the veterinary clinics and animal hospitals answered that they recommended castration after the first heat. Literature study shows that there are both advantages and disadvantages of castration of the healthy bitch and that it therefore is important that each bitch get a personal and individual evaluation before a decision is taken concerning a castration..

The purpose of this study was to gain a deeper understanding of teacher´s motives to engage in outdoor education in their teaching. A qualitative approach through interviews was used and a total of eight teachers were interviewed. The result showed that there were several motives to engage in outdoor education. In this essay I present an outline and examination of the Finnish Luther research, withan aim to learn more about some different aspects of Luther?s teaching on justificationas sanctification, and sanctification as the growth of the new man. I will also draw myattention to the formal language of metaphysics, as it is continuously employed by Luther to depict the issues and the content of his reformation theology. Apart from the program of research in Helsinki, I have turned to the writings of Luther himself; and I have as well tried to engage in a broader survey of Luther-scholars, some of which seem to, or in fact, support the Finnish interpretation, others which raise a critical stance towards it. The later portion of the essay picks up on the Finnish critique of dominant 19th and 20th century German Lutheran theologians, such as Albrecht Ritschl and Gerhard Ebeling.
