Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur lärare använder sig utav IKT för elevernas lärande samt vilken kompetensutveckling inom IKT de får från sin arbetsplats. Två teorier tillämpas i studien, det sociokulturella perspektivet och TPACK modellen. För att besvara frågeställningarna har en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer genomförts. Resultatet visar att det finns en variation i hur lärare använder sig utav IKT för elevernas lärande, bland annat användes IKT i form av presentation och för informationssökning. Vidare visar resultatet att lärare generellt får kompetensutveckling inom IKT men att den ges på olika sätt och ibland utanför arbetstiden.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to investigate the views Swedish elementary school Teachers produce on the subject of ethics. The Teachers? thoughts on selection among ethical notions is described and also how these notions are assessed. The essay proceeds from the central content and the knowledge requirement in the syllabus of religious knowledge.The empirical survey is based on qualitative scientific interviews with four Teachers employed in grades 4-6 at different schools.The Teachers find ethics in its current state of the syllabus hard to define and they find encounters with parents and pupils difficult in their tasks. The selection of ethics is decided by previously planned basic values education or from conflicts erupting during schools hours.

This thesis investigates collaboration between Teachers and librarians concerning reading support activities in senior high schools in Sweden. The following questions were posed: 1. How do the Teachers and school librarians cooperate when it comes to promoting reading? 2. To what degree of cooperation is that? And how is the level of cooperation perceived? 3.

The aim of this study is to become aware of how the children at the after-school care perceive the adults at after-school care. The most interesting parts are to find out what they thought made a good Teacher, which qualities were preferable and how the children expressed their opinions. The children often spend long time at the after-school care which means that the children?s work environment matters. The children look at adults from another perspective and see other qualities than adults see in each other.

Studiens syfte är att ta reda på hur lärare arbetar för att öka elevers situationsspecifika självförtroende i ämnet idrott och hälsa på gymnasial nivå. För att undersöka detta har en kvalitativ ansats, i form av intervjuer varit utgångspunkten. Resultatet visar att lärare tycker att självförtroende är en viktig faktor i elevens lärande. Resultatet visar också att lärare arbetar på en mängd olika sätt för att stärka elevers situationsspecifika självförtroende i ämnet idrott och hälsa. Många gånger arbetar lärare även omedvetet med elevers självförtroende, exempelvis när de låter en elev visa ett nytt moment.

Through qualitative interviews with five Teachers from three schools, two public schools within the same school management and a Waldorf school, the purpose of this study is to find out Teachers' views on the phenomenon of life skills in the lower classes in school. What is the subject, how do Teachers work with life skills, and should it be seen as a separate subject or integrated in all school subjects?The results show that the definition of life skills is a term with many interpretations. Two concepts that can be seen as the common denominators in the educators' views on the subject, however is, social and emotional skills. This is something that educators believe develop self-awareness and empathy in children and sees that as important as learning other subjects.

Grammar is one of the most problematic areas when it comes to teaching a language; to know if or when, and how grammar should be taught, are relevant questions to all language Teachers. The aim of the study was to investigate Teachers? attitudes towards teaching grammar, and how much, how and why they use the methods that they do. Therefore semi-structured interviews were undertaken with six 9th grade English Teachers. The main results showed that all six Teachers were positive to formal instruction, and they considered implicit knowledge of grammar superior to explicit knowledge.

The purpose of my essay is to see how Teachers are working to integrate the two subjects Art and Swedish in their teaching, and to see how this integration is made. What do Teachers think about subject-integration? What are the positive effects of it? Are there any difficulties involved? Do the Teachers prioritize cooperation with other subjects?To answer my questions I have interviewed eight Teachers, four of them in upper secondary school and four in lower secondary school. I have also studied literature about subject-integration and children?s learning, curriculum?s and syllabi in the subjects of Art and Swedish.The results of my study show that the interviewed Teachers are positive when it comes to integrating Art and Swedish and other subjects.

Syftet med studien är att se hur upprättade åtgärder överensstämmer med resultatet på det nationella provet i svenska i skolår 5, samt att studera vilken typ av åtgärder som nedtecknats. Syftet är också att granska specialpedagogens roll vid arbetet med de elever som inte nådde målen. De teoretiska ramar vi valt för denna studie baserar sig på författares och forskares böcker och forskningsresultat vilka behandlar ovanstående ämne. För att utföra denna studie har vi intervjuat två lärare och två specialpedagoger på två olika skolor och i två olika klasser. I de två klasserna finns tio elever i behov av särskilt stöd.

Det föreligger ett ökat behov av placeringar inom sjuksköterskeutbildningens verksamhetsförlagda utbildning. Syftet med den här interventionsstudien är att kartlägga sjuksköterskestudenters tillfredsställelse med lärandemiljön och handledningen i två olika handledningsmodeller. Interventionsgruppen (IG) handleds i par av en handledare i en studentsal, s.k. peer learning och kontrollgruppen (KG) enligt traditionell handledningsmodell. För datainsamlingen har en validerad enkät, CLES + T (Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher evaluation scale) använts.

Vår uppsats handlar om tre pedagogers arbetssätt att integrera drama och teater i skolundervisningen. Vi har tagit reda på hur lärare och drama-/teaterpedagoger arbetar och till viss del hur det påverkar eleverna. Vi har intervjuat en lärare i grundskolan som arbetar med att integrera drama i sin svenskundervisning, en drama-/teaterpedagog som hjälper lärare med att integrera drama och teater i sin undervisning och en kulturpedagog som arbetar med olika estetiska processer integrerat med annan undervisning i för- och grundskolan. Utifrån dessa intervjuer har vi analyserat resultatet och jämfört det med tidigare forskning inom området.Vi märkte att de tre pedagogerna hade ganska olika arbetssätt. Läraren arbetar med drama för att underlätta sin undervisning i svenska som andra språk, drama-/teaterpedagogen samarbetar med lärare för att utveckla dramaövningar i relation med läroplanen och kulturpedagogen har teater som hjälpmedel, då detta främjar bland annat gruppdynamiken.Deras förhållningssätt till ämnesintegrering är i grunden lika.

AbstractThe intension with this paper was to describe the understanding students in third grade had about mathematics and how these students, based on their previous mathematics experiences, apprehend the coming national tests in mathematics. After the test period the student was interviewed on how they experienced their participation in the test. The choice of method was the qualitative case study where the data was collected from interviews and observations. In the result that was found, the interviewed students described mathematics as counting. Students preferred easy math work and to solve routine tasks in math books instead of more demanding work.

This essay aims to examine if five high school textbooks represent Judaism as homogeneous or diverse. The purpose is to see if textbooks add a diverse or homogeneous view on Judaism. The methods for this essay are a qualitative content analysis and an image analysis. The results tells us that both homogeneous and heterogeneous tendencies can be found in the textbooks to a certain extent. The homogeneous tendencies can be explained as an aftereffect of the textbooks? authors becoming limited by their schedule, amount of pages and so on.

The study highlights Teachers´ perceptions of creative writing as part of learning processes in the subject of Swedish, based on creative activities. The background to this study comes from the curriculum that describes opportunities to experience different kinds of knowledge. Creative activities in various forms and the ability to one´s own creativity is emphasized. The empirical data in this study is collected through qualitative interviews with four practicing Teachers. The result shows that there are two different views according to creative writing as a text creation.

The basis for this study was my own conception of a weakening of recreational activities in the Swedish secondary school. The aim of the study was to look into five school leaders? ideas of recreational activities. The school leaders? who participated came from various municipalities in two different counties, southern Värmland and northern Västra Götaland (former Skaraborg).
