SÄngtradition i förÀndring
Syftet med studien Àr att identifiera och beskriva nutida folksÄngares gestaltning vid nyinspelning av ljudande arkivmaterial frÄn Svenskt Visarkiv. Genom transkriptioner, ljudhÀndelsebeskrivningar och analyser av tre arkivinspelningar frÄn Svenskt Visarkiv och fyra nutida inspelningar med samma musikaliska material har studier av olika förÀndrings-faktorer gjorts. Studien utgÄr frÄn teorier om tyst kunskap, kulturarv och tradition.Resultatet visar att faktorer som förhÄllandet till puls, utsmyckningar och melodivariationer; röstanvÀndning och instrumentanvÀndning Àr förÀndrade i de nutida inspelningarna. Faktorerna text och form Àr oförÀndrade. Shakespeare : Levande eller död i skolan?
Shakespeare- Dead or alive in school?The purpose with our degree project is to examine if Shakespeare still is alive in school and in what way he is being used. Our study is based on these following questions:Does Shakespeare exist in school today?How are the other classic books being used?Which teaching methods are used?How is Shakespeare received by the pupils?The methods used to be able to answer the questions are interviews with teachers and focus groups with the pupils. We carried out the interviews with six Swedish teachers and four focus groups in four different upper secondary schools.The main result of this study shows that teachers and pupils still think that Shakespeare is an important author.
LĂ€raren i nutida svensk barn - och ungdomslitteratur
'Teachers in current Swedish child- and youth literature' is an essay that attempts to understand the reasons behind why authors portray teachers the way they do. The foundation and focus point of this essay are ten Swedish child and youth books that were all published during 2012. Throughout this essay I have analyzed the fictional teachers in these books using the discourse analysis method but also employed a gender perspective.
The main questions were these: Do the teachers presented in these books follow the curriculum LGR - 11, or do they represent the authors own education experience brought forward to current settings? Furthermore, was there a difference in how female and male teachers were represented? And if so what, possible reasons could account for that? The conclusions made were thus:
? The teacher characters within these books were mostly a throwback to days gone by, therefore reflecting the authors own memories of their school.
? They were mainly presented to the reader in a negative light which most likely has its roots in how Swedish school and Swedish teachers have been portrayed within the mass media.
? That there was indeed gender stereotyping in how female and male teachers were described..

Recent research in classrooms has often had its focus on the pupil, the individual, and not on the different groups of students that exist. In a classroom there are normally several different groupings, each one having its own personal attitude towards the current lesson. If there had been more research we would find it easier to understand why pupils sometimes behave the way they do.The purpose of this essay is to analyze how pupils` social relations create groupings. Furthermore I intend to investigate how and why pupils show their belonging to a certain group.The two questions of the essay are:1. How pupils? social relations appear in a classroom?2.

This Masters thesis concerns collaboration between teachers and librarians. Three theoretical perspectives, profession, power and legitimacy, are used to analyse the results of written interviews with eight teachers and one librarian at a comprehensive school. We did not find evidence of any deeper collaboration between teachers and the librarian. The effects of profession had little impact on the relation although the involved parties seemed to appreciate differences in education and points of view. The teacher retains power over education and grades while the librarian holds sway over the physical library and the purchase of books and other media.
Barns inflytande i planeringen av förskolans verksamhet : En studie av förskollÀrares frÀmjande arbete
The study shows how seven informants, all studying at a university in northern Sweden to become art teachers, perceive and relate to controversial contemporary art in the context of secondary school art education. The study is based on semi-structured interviews. The study contributes to a nuanced view of these informants opinions and thoughts regarding provocative contemporary art, in relation to the school's democratic values ??and founding mission. The seven informants' responses were compiled thematically linked to the study's purpose and issues to allow for comparisons and analysis.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att se hur leken kan anvÀndas som redskap för lÀrande. MÄlet har varit att undersöka hur leken kan anvÀndas i skolan. Arbetet har genomförts genom kvalitativa intervjuer och litteraturstudier. En av de tyngsta teoretikerna har varit Winnicott och Knutsdotter Olofsson. Intervjuerna har varit sex stycken jÀmnt fördelade pÄ tvÄ skolor, en stor och en liten.
Laborationer - ett tillfÀlle att koppla ihop teori och praktik?
Laborationer Àr en del i naturvetenskapliga Àmnen, dÀr eleverna fÄr praktisk erfarenhet av teorin. För att ta reda pÄ mer om elevers lÀrande av laborationer, anvÀnds som utgÄngspunkt litteratur om lÀrande, lÀrande i naturvetenskap och lÀrande med laborationer. Forskare har olika Äsikter om laborationers anvÀndbarhet, vilket lett fram till frÄgorna: Hur pÄverkas elevernas förstÄelse av teorin, genom att laborera om den? Vad anser eleverna om laborationer som ett tillfÀlle att fördjupa sin kunskap? Detta undersöktes med kvalitativa metoder, dÀr bÄde enkÀter och intervjuer anvÀndes. FrÄgorna var bÄde kunskapsfrÄgor, förstÄelsefrÄgor och frÄgor om vad eleverna sjÀlva anser om laborationer.

Pedagogers tankar om tvÄsprÄkiga klasser / Teacher?s thoughts about bilingual classes
Mitt syfte med denna uppsats Àr att fÄ djupare kunskap i vad tvÄsprÄkiga klasser innebÀr och vilken uppfattning pedagogerna som arbetar i en tvÄsprÄkig klass har angÄende deras arbetsÀtt. Jag har tittat nÀrmare pÄ tvÄ mÄngkulturella skolor som arbetar tvÄsprÄkigt. Jag har anvÀnt mig av kvalitativa intervjuer med pedagoger för att fÄ en bredare kunskap om hur undervisningen genomförs och för att fÄ en uppfattning om vad pedagogerna har för syn och erfarenheter kring tvÄsprÄkiga klasser. Jag har intervjuat fyra pedagoger som har stor erfarenhet av att jobba med andrasprÄkselever dÄ de har arbetat pÄ mÄngkulturella skolor i flera Är. Resultaten av mina intervjuer blev relativt lika dÄ lÀrarna anser att modersmÄlet har stor betydelse för barnets andrasprÄksutveckling.

Background: Pedagogical documentation is currently used as a natural part of the educational activities under the revised curriculum for preschool.Aim: The purpose of this study is to see how preschool teachers perceive and define educational documentation in preschool. The aim is also to see what opportunities and obstacles that may arise over the pedagogical documentation.Method: The study was conducted along a qualitative approach with questionnaires in order to reach more preschool teachers and thus obtain a broader picture of the subject content. From a phenomenological approach I have taken account of the preschool teachers' experience and perception of educational documentation and designed it to my own interpretation.Results: The results show that pedagogical documentation is an important tool in preschool teachers work not only found to contain a product, but seems more like a collection of a lot of products to be brought together into a whole..
Genusordningens jÀrngrepp- en internationell studie kring kvinnliga lÀrares arbetssituation.
Detta examensarbete avser att beskriva hur kvinnliga lÀrare ser pÄ deras arbetsvillkor och hur maktstrukturer pÄverkar deras arbete. TvÄ kvinnor och en manlig lÀrare har blivit intervjuade i New South Wales, Australien och tvÄ kvinnor och en man har blivit intervjuade i södra Sverige. Jag har anvÀnt mig av genusteorier för att analysera mina informanter svar. Resultatet i denna uppsats visar pÄ att genusordningen pÄverkar lÀrarens roll, arbetsvillkor och status negativt. Detta eftersom de regler som finns för bÄde profession och status Àr uppbyggda efter manliga normer och lÀraryrket bestÄr frÀmst av kvinnor.

The aim of this study is to examine how the teachers in year F and 1 view their teaching of mathematics from an individually adapted perspective. I have based my research on different factual study books within the education for younger children?s learning of mathematics, and have from an individually adapted perspective made a comparison between theory and practice. The empirical data has been obtained through interviews with six teachers, three pre-school teachers and three teachers, working with pupils in year F and 1.

AbstractPurpose/Aim: The aim of this essay is to examine the democratic potential of Forum Games.The main focus of the essay is if working with forum games can help the participators to better communicate their thoughts and ideas and through this take better part in a democratic society.Material/Method: The material to the study has been gathered through three interviews with persons using forum games in their work and one enquiry with 21 students in Teacher education at Uppsala University, who had recently tried the method for the first time.Main results: The conclusion of the study is that forum game has a democratic potential. Ability to communicate is important for a democratic society and participating in forum games can improve the participators communication abilities. The aim of this study was to describe and analyse the perceptions that ten 12-15 yearold pupils with special educational need, who had been assigned a personal computer, have about Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the learning process. Data was collected by personal interviews and observations. Sociocultural perspective and phenomenographic research approach were used as theoretical and methodological frameworks in analyzing and understanding the result. The major conclusions were that most respondents perceived the computer as beneficial assistive technology for learning, but some felt singled out by having a computer to assist in learning. Students had various opportunities to succeed in using their tool depending on e.g.
