Linnaeus University, spring 2011Presentation of the question: Is it possible for companies to enhance customers experience in dressing rooms by strategically working with the senses?Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the senses relevance to the customer experience in the dressing room and create an understanding of the dressing room from a customer and business perspective.

The principal questions that are high lightened in this study are: How is the discrimination of the Indigenous people in Latin-America represented in the works of Jose María Arguedas and Miguel Angel Asturias? How are these two authors interrelated in terms of the defense of a cultural belonging? And finally, can these be associated to Paulo Coelho?s narrative content and techniques?This work shows how, as Nelson Gonzalez-Ortega names it, a narrative discourse of resistance (based on the consequences of the cultural merging of the European and Latin-American people) is expressed and transformed into modern literature. It shows how the works of these authors protect and transmit the interests and the cultural origins of the Latin-American Indigenous people. These origins are expressed by language, myths, storytelling techniques and the presentation of an alternative perspective of the world. It also shows, through analysis of their writing, how some of these authors as dual cultural human beings struggled to balance the two cultural elements they are constituted of.Focus will be on Asturias Hombrez de Maiz, Arguedas Los ríos profundos and Coelhos 11 minutos and El Zahir..

Purpose                           The purpose of this study is to create an understanding of how e-commerce companies use loyalty programs in order to retain their customers and to increase its consumption, and compare this with customer perceptions of loyalty and learn what makes them loyal. Theoretical framework      The theoretical framework starts with definitions of loyalty and customer loyalty. Further, it discusses what a loyalty program is, how rewards today and in the future affect the consumers, and other promotion offers that are commonly used. The theory also discusses how previous points work in e-commerce. Method                                                    To take advantage of the companies? point of view and at the same the customers? perspective, the survey is based on a combination of a qualitative and quantitative study. In the study, two companies in the fashion industry were interviewed and 391 respondents participated. Empirical study                 In the empirical study the interviews with the two e-commerce companies are first presented, which revolves around their use of loyalty program.

C- uppsats (60 p). Tekniken har alltid varit av största vikt för musiken. De stora tekniska uppfinningarna har påverkat både musikproduktion och musiklyssnande.

Det här examensarbetet har utförts hos och med stöd av SKF Mekan i Katrineholm. Grundfrågeställningen som innebar upphovet till examensarbetet är om värme påverkar lagerlägets cylindricitet hos ett lagerhus. Detta avgränsas senare till att gälla enbart värmepåverkan under produktion för en typ av lagerhus i en storlek men tre olika materialval. Därmed koncentreras arbetet på gjuterilinan för de mindre lagerhusen samt den bearbetningslina som kallas ?Robot line?.Inledningsvis ges en presentation vad lager och lagerhus är samt vilken funktion de fyller.

Säkerhet är ett måste på Internet, men det gäller också att skapa webbsidor som är trevliga att besöka och lätta att använda. Detta är inte alltid det enklaste att kombinera. Rapporten innehåller grundläggande fakta om användarvänlighet och vilka säkerhetshot det finns på Internet idag. Dessutom finns sammanfattningar från tidigare forskning om hur användarvänlighet och säkerhet bör kombineras. Denna forskning innefattar presentation av lösenordsfält, lösenfraser och captcha.Undersökningen baseras på testning av hur ett lösenordsfält bör presenteras, för att vara säkert och samtidigt användarvänligt.

This thesis strives to demonstrate my increasingly phenomenological approach to musical composition in relation to the extensive body of musical works connected in different ways to the poetry collection ORDER by the Swedish author and play-wright Lars Norén. The hand, the touch, the voice, the space (environment) and its philosophical implications are scrutinised from a poetic perspective (my poetics). The question of language (the word), the sign (text), sound/noise/music and its immanent bodily qualities are focused and questioned in my own work as well as in primarily two case studies of the music of Pierluigi Billone (1960-) and Morton Feldman (1926-1987).The text reflects the emancipatory process my music has undergone the last 4- 5 years: moving away from language and text (representation) to body and sound, although preserving and nurturing the extended idea of the sign (as signification of sound and body) as a possible embodied vehicle in my composing and artistic thinking.The reader is invited through the extensive use of sketches and work methods to witness and follow this process as a manifestation of the ?doing? rather than the presentation or construction of an analysis in an academic sense.The thesis offers no solution and it fails to encapsulate all of the so-called ORDER-MUSIC (the music that is connected with Norén's collection of poetry) Instead it proposes a possible way of ?opening? the process to a basically phenomenological methodology inside the musical field of score based chamber music..

This research is based on the observation that people in the service industry is being replaced by technology.  This insight formed a foundation for the presentation of the problem this essay is based upon. We began to speculate over how tourist information bureaus handle the changes, regarding information technology, in their surroundings when their main task is to inform and communicate with their market. Information technology has created new possibilities for organizations to reach their consumers and it has influenced all kinds of industries. We decided to examine organizations in the tourism sector because it is one of the biggest and fastest growing industries in the world. The entering of information technology in the tourism industry has changed its structure and we want to examine how tourist information bureaus succeed to deal with this phenomenon.The aim with this essay is to examine how and to what extent tourist information bureaus integrate with changes in their surroundings caused by information technology and which values that slip away/ is added by the adaption.

Vi har valt att undersöka barn och ungdomars musikkonsumtion samt studerat närmare hur de uppfattar produktband i förhållande till det vi valt att kalla kreativa band. För att få en bakgrund kring resonemang som produktband och kreativa band ges en kortare presentation av musikindustrin. Här får läsaren en inblick i hur ett produktband tas fram och lanseras. Med produktband menar vi ett band som framställts primärt för att generera vinst åt företaget som skapat bandet, något som är stort inom dagens musikindustri, men långt ifrån en nyhet. För att få en djupare inblick i hur konsumenterna av produktmusik förhåller sig till produktband och dess musik har vi genomfört två undersökningar.

Studien handlar om elevers motivation till ämnet biologi. En rad faktorer påverkar eleverna. Forskning visar att delaktighet, varierad undervisning och tidigare intresse påverkar helhetsbilden av ämnet biologi. Arbetet är fokusera på dessa tre faktorer.-Delaktighet kan innebära att läraren tar tillvara elevernas tidigare intresse och erfarenhet i ämnet och att de får delta i planeringen. Om eleverna förstår vad de ska lära sig och varför visar de en större motivation i ämnet.-Varierad undervisning kan innehålla t.ex.

Mitt syfte med denna examensuppsats har varit att analysera och beskriva hur fem formgivarnamarknadsför sig själva och sina produkter på internet. Utifrån detta syfte formulerades tre frågeställningar:Vilka egenskaper har gjort webbsidan attraktiv för den besökande?Vilket syfte har formgivaren med webbsidan?Hur visualiserar och presenterar formgivaren sina produkter och sig själv? För att besvara dessa har jag använt mig av den kvalitativa metoden, semiotisk bildanalys och ettfrågeformulär med öppet strukturerade frågor i standardiserad ordning använts. Formuläret har skickats uttill fem formgivarna via e-post. Valet av respondenter skedde genom ett strategiskt urval av pristagare frånElle interiörs designpris mellan åren 2006-2011.

Efter problemdiskussion och presentation av syftet kommer en kort beskrivning av revisorn och den lagstiftning som revisorn måste följa. Vi beskriver de rekvisit som måste uppnås för att ansvar skall kunna krävas. Fortsättningsvis presenteras den del i revisionsverksamheten som utgör rådgivning. Denna typ av rådgivning är försäkrad genom revisorns obligatoriska ansvarsförsäkring. Koncentrationen ligger slutligen på den fristående rådgivningen.

I den ena betingelsen fick deltagarna l?sa elva sidor ur broschyren Om krisen eller kriget kommer, utgiven av Myndigheten f?r samh?llsskydd och beredskap (MSB). I den andra betingelsen fick en annan grupp deltagare ta del av ett audiovisuellt format av samma elva sidor.
