Hur företag förhåller sig till rankinglistor tros enligt tidigare forskning bero på ett proaktivt agerande från företagens sida för att motverka risken att dras med ett dåligt rykte, vilket är något som företagsledare i dag ser som den mest oroande risken. Ryktet kan ses som en reaktion på ett företags arbete utifrån uppfattningar från dess intressenter gällande företagets beteende. Dessa reaktioner och uppfattningar kan tydliggöras genom bland annat rankingar och andra mätningar.Syftet med denna uppsats är att öka förståelsen för hur företag förhåller sig till rankinglistor. Undersökningen utgår från Sustainable Brand Insights (SBI) årliga index över Sveriges mest hållbara varumärke och genomfördes genom intervjuer med sex av de 20 högst rankade företagen, samt SBI. Studien visar för det första att företagen förhåller sig olika till rankingen.

Syftet var att beskriva patienters upplevelse av att få Fysisk aktivitet på recept (FaR) samt följsamheten till FaR. Studien hade en deskriptiv design med kvalitativ ansats. Urvalet bestod av tio patienter från en vårdcentral i Mellansverige. Datainsamlingen gjordes med semistrukturerade intervjuer och data analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultatet presenteras utifrån två frågeområden; patienters upplevelse av att få FaR och patienters följsamhet till FaR.

Heart failure is an illness that requires life-long treatment and often affects everyday aspects of a person?s life. Self-care is a significant part of the treatment. Good self-care resources make it possible for people with heart failure to make the lifestyle changes they often need to maintain or improve their level of health. Self-care means having knowledge of and being able to recognize the symptoms and signs of deterioration that can occur with heart failure, so that the person can take appropriate measures ? and it also means knowing when it is time to seek professional help.

AbstractA tourism genre that has developed in recent years is the nautical tourism, nautical tourism is described as a tourism genre that includes all activities in relation to water. Croatia is one country that has invested in and has good presumption for this type of tourism, and has also received an international recognition as a top destination within the nautical tourism genre. The purpose with this thesis is to increase knowledge about the nautical tourism development in Croatia, and to see if it would be possible to develop on Swedish conditions. Sweden is a destination with a large number of archipelagos, located in both inland lakes and along coastal areas. Stockholm archipelago is one of the world's largest archipelagos which has a long tradition as a tourist destination.

NCC ROADS Sweden east is a part of the NCC Corporation. The company mainly produces aggregates, asphalt and concrete. They have taken the environmental issues seriously and been working with that since the middle of the nineties. When manufacturing asphalt large a quantity of fossil energy is needed. The company is now about to make further progresses by manufacturing environmental friendly asphalt (?green asphalt?) with using bio-energy.

This study shows how city planners and politicians in Karlstad plans different parts of the city, what type of model/ city ideals they use when planning, and how it is expressed. The study was made using a qualitative method, were a discourse analysis was vital for the elected planning document and blog posts. Qualitative interviews were also made with five people with significant meaning, who hold different positions in the city planning of Karlstad. In the produced material, it appears that the city planners and politicians in Karlstad are planning for traditional city ideals as a foundation in the planning, with influence from new ideas as for example sustainable planning and economic growth. In some parts of the city a modern and rational planning remains.

Hypertoni relaterat till livsstilsfaktorer är ett ökande problem i Sverige och enligt gällande riktlinjer ska förändringar i livsstilen kopplat till dessa faktorer vara prioriterat i behandlingen av hypertoni. Distriktssköterskans arbete med dessa patienter innefattar att kontrollera blodtrycket och i samband med detta ge råd angående livsstilsförändringar som kan sänka detta. Syftet med studien var att beskriva samtalet med patienten med nyupptäckt essentiell hypertoni såsom det erfars av distriktssköterskan. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och datamaterial samlades in med kvalitativa, semistrukturerade intervjuer som genomfördes med sju distriktssköterskor.. Analysen av datamaterialet gjordes med hjälp av manifest och latent innehållsanalys och resulterade i följande tre huvudkategorier: alternera mellan olika funktioner, skapa tillit i patientrelationen och anpassa samtalet till patientens behov.

This graduate essay treats how the cultural heritage of Gothenburg is mediated in different respect.The various sources that have been studied are literary such as guidebooks and books that tell thehistory of Gothenburg. Internet pages and citywalks have also been studied, as well as theinformation the visitor can extract in the area.The introduction presents the subject of the essay, as well as its significance. In the second chapter isthe mediation of the history behind cultural heritage as well as its present interpretation described.Therefore, in chapter three, is a short version of the history of Gothenburg described. The main partof the essay, the main examination, is treated in chapter four where literary sources, citywalks andsigns in the area are examined. This study aims to investigate development and reasons behind sustainability reporting in large Swedish companies. By examining 15 companies? environmental and sustainability reports between the years 2000 and 2008, data was collected on matters such as frequency, scope and design. Identified trends were to a large extent in line with previous studies on international development; sustainability reporting is growing in several aspects. The authors have found one major reason for this development to be increasing requirements and expectations from stakeholders and a need for companies to legitimize their actions.

AbstractThis study examines the conclusions made by Roland Paris in his case study of fourteen major post-war reconstruction efforts following the end of the Cold War, and applies them to the current reconstruction process in post-war Iraq. Paris found a common denominator of the fourteen cases ? a belief that a rapid liberalization process, turning war-torn states into liberal market democracies, would foster sustainable peace. Paris calls this belief ?Wilsonianism? after Woodrow Wilson, who was one of the first advocates of it.

Högt blodtryck är en global välfärdssjukdom som ökar i frekvens. Levnadsvanor har stor betydelse för att en individ skall utveckla högt blodtryck. Livsstilsförändringar skall vara den inledande behandlingen, vid högt blodtryck. För att förändra livsstilen behövs utbildning och rådgivning samt motiverande samtal. Ansvaret för sin sjukdomsbild och sitt liv har genom samhällsutvecklingen mer och mer blivit individens ansvar.

SecRePac is a household appliance that simplifies sorting of packaging such as milk, juice and yogurt containers. By shredding the packages SecRePac reduces its volume uptake both in the home and at the recycling station. This leads to minimization of both transports to the recycling stations and truck transport for emptying the containers at the recycling station.The greenhouse effect deteriorates and becomes worse and worse leading to extreme climate changes and natural disasters such as floods as an example. Carbon dioxide emissions are the major reason for this and at least 30 percent of all these emissions come directly from transports. In the EU carbon emissions has decreased in the past few years.

I dagens samhälle söker sig många människor till olika hälsoprofessioner för att få hjälp med att göra livsstilsförändringar. Dessa människor betalar ofta mycket pengar för denna expertis samtidigt som de bygger upp stora förväntningar och lägger ned mycket energi på livsstilsförändringen. För att undvika missnöje hos individen och bortkastade pengar krävs det att den hälsopedagog individen möter vet vad som förväntas av den för att på bästa sätt tillfredsställa individens behov. Syftet men den här studien är just att undersöka vad individer förväntar sig av hälsopedagogers ledarskap och bemötande. Huruvida hälsopedagoger kan påverka individers livsstilsförändringar har också undersökts.

Equal opportunity issues are considered to have a clear position in Swedish policy and the making of Swedish gender policy is considered a precursor. Though many experts and scientists have shed light on the fact that the issue of women assault has had a less stable development than other gender issues such as child care, the labour market etc. within the Swedish society, and that it does not attract the wide political support it needs. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the Municipalities', in the county of Kronoberg, policy on the issue of women assault within their local policies of equality. In my thesis I have chosen a theoretical framework that is built on a dilemma of justice based on three different dimensions; the extent, content and influence of the local policies.
