Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine different organizations' views on their communicative crisis work. The study will analyze organizations' crisis prevention efforts, its views on the crisis of accountability in relation to stakeholders and to work for a crisis to be elucidated. In order to delineate the study focuses the investigation on various train organizations. Then the concept of crisis is something that circulated widely in the train sector in recent years.Theory: This examination has chosen to use the theory Situational Crisis Communication Theory. It is an empirically tested theory of a collection of different strategies.

I detta arbete har vi undersökt i vilken omfattning och i vilka former feedback förekommer samt om feedback har betydelse för motivationen i lärandet. Undersökningen genomfördes på två grundskolor bland elever i år 5 och 6, och bland lärare vilka arbetat mellan 10 månader och upp till 37 år. Enligt litteraturen är feedback detsamma som återkoppling och påverkar elevernas motivation i skolan och feedback bör nyttja eleven så att denne motiveras att inhämta vidare kunskaper. Litteraturstudien påvisade även att det finns olika typer av feedback, summativ och formativ, samt att det är betydande både för elever och lärare med feedback. Studien visade även att feedback leder till reflektion då eleven fått så pass mycket hjälp att denne på egen hand söker vidare kunskaper.

The reception and the study of the novel Spring Snow by Yukio Mishima has ? as always with the novels of Yukio Mishima ? focused on the writer himself according to his spectacular way of life and death. Opposite to the studies and the reception, this master thesis focuses on the novel itself by following two more or less hidden traces in the novel: the protagonist Kiyoaki and his attitude to responsibility and dreams. Kunskapsbedömning ? elevers inställning till och uppfattning om bedömning är en kvantitativstudie genomförd mot en teoretisk bakgrund där den formativa bedömningen står i centrum.Studiens syfte är att erhålla kunskap om elevers inställning till och uppfattning ombedömning. Problempreciseringen lyder:Vilken inställning har eleverna till bedömning?Hur uppfattar eleverna bedömning?Hur uppfattar eleverna skriftliga omdömen?Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av en enkät. Resultatet visar att eleverna i denundersökta sjunde klassen uppfattade prov, egna texter, läxförhör, muntliga förhör, muntligaredovisningar samt hur aktiv eleven är på lektion tillika hur den uppför sig som bedömning.Deras inställning till bedömning varierade från glädje till prestationsångest.

I got a request from Eleiko Sport AB regarding them needing help with trying to improve one of their products. The following examination project includes the principal- and primary construction reports within trying to make some improvements and optimizations on a stand for Kettle bells. I have in this project both made my own proposals to the stands legs, proposals on how to strengthen the shelf and also made an optimization of the original Kettle bell-stand. I studien studeras elevernas upplevelser av betygssättning och hur deras motivation och prestation påverkas av betyg. Studien baseras på nio elevintervjuer som kompletteras med tre lärarintervjuer för att visa på likheter och skillnader i deras upplevelser av betyg och bedömning. I studien används en kvalitativ respondentintervju och urvalet av elever och lärare har begränsats till två skolor. Resultat redovisas i ett eget avsnitt, där intervjuerna presenteras separat. Resultatet analyseras med hjälp av vårt teoretiska perspektiv, som utgår från formativ och summativ bedömning samt motivation.

The objective of this work was to evaluate and compare three field methods for detection of mastitis, California Mastits Test (CMT), DeLaval cell counter DCC (DCC) and FMA2001 Farm Milk Analyzer (FMA2001). Furthermore, to investigate at what cell count level clinical symptoms of mastitis are seen, and finally to check if the clinical findings and cell counts could be related to bacteriological findings. DCC and FMA2001 are new analytic instruments to be used on dairy farms for detection of mastitis. CMT has been a widely used cow-side-test of milk quality in mastitis control efforts, but it cannot be used for estimating cell counts in scientific studies or investigations. Two hundred and eight quarter milk samples from 52 cows were analysed with DCC and CMT, and 168 of these samples with FMA2001. Microbiological examination was done on 38 milk samples with CMT scores of 4 and 5.

New national curriculums are issued in order to change the present state of the educational system in a nation. In 2011 the old curriculum, the Läroplanen för de frivilliga skolformerna (LPF94) was replaced by the Läroplan, examensmål och gymnasiegemensamma ämnen för gymnasieskola 2011 (GY11). As future teachers we are interested in how a new curriculum affects the work of teachers concerning planning, teaching and examination from the teacher?s point of view.We conducted interviews with five teachers working at upper secondary schools (16-19 year olds) in Kalmar county. Our theoretical framework is based on curriculum theory and concepts of Leonard Bernstein: framing and classification.

Today, about 15 to 20 percent of Sweden?s total emission of carbon dioxide can be traced to the household sector. By examining apartment blocks in a life cycle perspective, the origin of the carbon dioxide emission has been charted and analyzed. This information has been used to create a computational model that calculates the total emission of carbon dioxide from a specific apartment block. The results from the analyzed apartment blocks indicate that both the use of energy and the emission of carbon dioxide have been reduced since the 1960s. Through the examination of building materials, it is possible to lower the emission of carbon dioxide that origins from the construction phase of an apartment block.

Forskning har visat att beröm tenderar att ge negativa effekter på lärande och att det därmed inte leder eleven framåt i sin utveckling. Forskningen menar att beröm istället fungerar som en form av summativ bedömning. Mot denna bakgrund var mitt syfte att genom en kvalitativ studie, via lektionsobservationer och lärarintervjuer, undersöka hur idrottslärare använder feedback i sin undervisning och därmed i vilken form den uttrycks i och vilken funktion den har. Resultatet visade att lärarna använder beröm som den primära källan för feedback, med kommentarer som ?Bra!?, ?Bra jobbat!?, ?Härligt!? och ?Snyggt!?.

Syftet med denna undersökning var att se om det gick att få en fingervisning om det blir skillnad i resultat då elever färdighetstränar matematik (ekvationer) med hjälp av dator, respektive papper och penna. Undersökningen omfattade tre klasser årskurs ett på ett estetiskt gymnasium. Halva klassen färdighetstränade med hjälp av datorer och andra halvan färdighetstränade med hjälp av papper och penna. Alla grupper fick samma instruktioner samt uppgifter. Före och efter färdighetsträningen fick eleverna genomföra en diagnos.

This essay will examine the historical picture of the island Rapa Nui as it is portrayed in popular science and in ecohistorical literature of the university of Gothenburg. This historical picture states that the inhabitants of the island cut down a lot of trees in the process of transporting the big and heavy statues, moai, from the quarry to the platforms along the coastline of the island. During this process all trees disappeared and resulted in soil erosion. The cultivation was destroyed and brought hunger to Rapa Nui. The following rivalry for food led to a situation of war followed by a cultural collapse.
