Prostitutionen och sexköpets många ansikten

This is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The main purpose with this study is to examine the view of prostitution and sex trade among Social worker Students at Malmö Högskola. Our research questions are; To which extension and consideration is the view of male and female prostitutes divided? Is the view of the male and female sex buyer different among the Students? How do the Students explain and understand male and female prostitution? How do the Students explain and understand the male and female sex buyer? To collect data and to be able to find out the Students views and thoughts about the phenomenon we used focus groups with four to six Students in each group. To categorize the material we used four topics; explanation/understanding models, the individuals behind the phenomenon, love/sex and intimacy, and the society?s responsibility.

Barns perspektiv på fritidshemmet och skolan : En kvalitativ intervjuundersökning om barns upplevelse av skolans och fritidshemmets samverkan

Who is integrating school-holiday home? It is for the teachers, recreational pedagogue or the Students? How do the Students think and act to keep the different activities apart?My purpose was to study how children sort the day between school and recreational home interactions. The issues were: How do they distinguish between the different activities during the day?  See the Students their stay after school program as part of the school day? Who decides whether you have to go to school, and whether you have to go to after school program? And do you really have to?I have interviewed six Students at an elementary school, based from a phenomenographic perspective, I've used myself of issues that Students have been able to respond from a school perspective and after-school perspective. My interview questions have been comparative in nature, where the same question have given different answers depending on whether the question focused on school or the afterschool program.

Fältstudiers betydelse för stimulans, delaktighet och inflytande : En studie av hur elever och lärare i Vallentuna gymnasium värderar fältstudier

Schools inspections investigation has shown that most pedagogues are experiencing significant challenges to stimulate Students and to invite Students to participate and to influence the teaching structure and content. This study is based in the school inspections school questionnaire from 2013 which shows that Vallentuna high school results in two categories stimulation as well as participation and influence gets a low index value compared to all participating school units. Previous research has shown that the field studies creates greater amount of stimulation, increases Students? participation and provide experience of a bigger influence. Careful preparations are also important and the right form of field studies.

In a classroom it is important that interaction between a teacher and a student works or else the communication between them will be lost or come to harm. In the interaction between teacher and student it is important that both of them respect each other, take the necessary responsibility and cooperate. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how the Students per-ceive the communication in the classroom with their teachers and how the interaction be-tween teachers and Students affects the communication. We have made interviewed with stu-dent in high school concerning their opinion of how interaction and communication work be-tween teachers and Students. Our method is qualitative and we used open-ended questions.

Värderingar kring fysiska papper på Södertörns högskola

Problem: This report concerns how the Students of Södertörn högskola values physical papers. Even though technology have made it possible to digitalise documents, Students today print and copy documents more then ever before. It will examine what the Students finds valuable in physical papers and why they choose to print a document they just as well could read and manipulate via a computer.Method: This report consists of an empiric study, in form of a web poll and of a number of interviews. Furthermore earlier studies on the matter will be taking in consideration during the analysis.Results: The study shows that the Students of Södertörns högskola values physical papers highly. The Students choose to print a document since they find that it is easier to read, to make notes and that a printed document is easier to use on the move, rather then using a computer..

This study is a study of the assessment and grading of Swedish Students with physical disabilities in physical education. The purpose of the study has been to look into how teachers assess and grade Students with physical disabilities, and if there are any difficulties or problems in this assessment and grading. Focus has been on Students in year three to six because this is where the assessments and grading take place. It?s a qualitative study, where eight teachers have been interviewed using a semi-structured interview model.

Lärrollen i en föränderlig tid : The teacher´s role in time of change

Aim: The aim of this essay is to study the external communication of Science Park Jönköping, how they want Students in Jönköping to perceive them. Further we would like to compare thatinformation with how Students in Jönköping actually perceive Science Park Jönköping. Do the both pictures agree?Method/Material: Together with literature studies, a qualitive method has been used.Two interviews with the managers of Science Park, and five focusgroups with Students havebeen conducted.Main Results: The main result from the focusgroup interviews shows that the Students perceived image of Science Park correlates in many ways with Science Parks profile. But the study also shows that Science Park do not apply many of the relevant theories that would benefit their marketing..

Tyska med elevers ögon

The aim of this study was to get a survey and a deeper understanding of Students? choice of language at upper secondary school, as well as their attitude and motivation to the German language. The rapports of diminished interests in studying languages at upper secondary school raised our interest in how to go against this and motivate Students to actually choose to study a language. The study parted from a student perspective with focus on learning, attitude and motivation. A quantitative study with 168 pupils from 11 secondary schools in Halmstad as well as short interviews with their teachers have been used and analysed.Our study showed that Students are not particular interested in German.

The Squares Family is a game developed as a learning aid in mathematics. With its graphical representation of the decimal system, the four basic arithmetic operations and positive and negative numbers together with a learning agent as pedagogical approach, the game?s primary purpose is to motivate Students in their learning of mathematics. Although the game is strictly based on mathematical rules it attempts to encourage Students to play and work with math without experiencing it as mathematics as this is initially not obvious. The game being internationally tested on normal performing Students, this project introduced the game to six Swedish Students who experience low motivation for and/or difficulties in mathematics.

The purpose of my study was to find out about the newly arrived Students? views and perceptions of the Swedish high school, how this vision and perception looked like before they moved here, and if it has changed. I also wanted to find out how they perceived the meeting with the Swedish school, and if they believed that this meeting should or could be improved. In this study, I used a qualitative research method, the phenomenological method, in which I have used qualitative research interviews to collect the empirical data and detect patterns in my research. The theory I used is cultural encounters, and with it, I try to understand how people with different cultural backgrounds create interactions to work together in communities.

Att vara lärare i en mångkulturell skola

This thesis will discuss teachers handling of the background, experience and earlier acquired knowledge of Students. Högskolestudenters biblioteksanvändande: En intervjuundersökning av några storanvändare

The purpose of this master?s thesis is to examine how some university Students, who are using the libraries extensively, use and experience the public and the university library and what they expect from the two different library types. I also compare their expectations with the different tasks and aims of the two library types. To answer this I have interviewed seven Students at the department of history of literature at Göteborg University. I have also studied some literature and research related to this subject, for example user studies about Students and libraries and the information behaviour of distance Students.
