Stress är en riskfaktor och en fråga som blivit alltmer aktuell för barnhälsovården då forskningen ser att vuxna och barn kan påverkas negativt till ohälsa. Vanligt förekommande frågor på BVC är de som handlar om föräldrars stress och barns sömnproblem och det är därför angeläget att fördjupa sig i dessa frågor. I den här uppsatsen undersöks eventuella samband mellan föräldrastress och barns sömnproblem med hjälp av en tvärsnittstudie där föräldrar besvarade enkätfrågor. Resultatet visade ett samband mellan föräldrastress orsakat av problem i parrelation och barns sömnsvårighet. Däremot fanns inget belägg i det totala resultatet för något samband mellan barns sömnsvårigheter och stress i föräldraskap.

This paper focuses on traditional clothing enterprise IT strategies. The purpose was to investigate the correlation between traditional clothing companies IT strategies and their brand. In a market where the competition is high it has become more important that the company targets a customer segment. To reach their targeted customers the company builds their brand with different corporate strategies. This segmentation is necessary because of the high exposure to competition, and a well-established brand could be a prerequisite for profitability.  In today?s market, IT has a major impact on the clothing business.

The Swedish social insurance agency provides financial support for families and children, but also for people with work injury, illness and at old age. During 2012 they saw the amount of notifications of insurance increasing in Sweden, which is a development that cost our society a great deal of money. With the aim to pursue a sustainable development I have therefore devoted this project to wellness and stress management within preschool.The employees of preschool are often dealing with a lot of stress, due to the big groups of children that causes high noise and sound levels. The high noise and sound levels is a contributor to stress which additionally can damage the health and cause impaired hearing loss. About half of the people around their forties until the age of retirement have difficulties understanding speech in large groups.The purpose of this project has been to investigate the causes of negative stress for my target group, women between 30-60 years old who works in preschool.

BACKGROUND: A telephone nurse is a nurse that during most of its working time is engaged in healthcare advice via the telephone. The advent of the telephone healthcare advice has probably meant that individuals, who initially wouldn?t have sought help, if they needed to meet healthcare providers face to face, now actually have the confidence to turn to healthcare. For telephone healthcare advice is professional care to identify, assess and advise on individuals? reactions to actual or potential health problems.

Aim: The aim of the current study was to investigate nurses? experiences of caring for palliative patients in palliative home care, and to examine the coping strategies they use.Method: The study was empirical descriptive with qualitative approach. The data was collected by nine semi-structured interviews and analyzed by using manifest content analysis.Result: By analysing data three categories: Positive experiences of palliative home care, Stressful experiences of palliative home care and Problem-focused coping strategies, and 15 subcategories, were distinguished.Conclusion: Experiences of palliative home care were both of positive and challenging characters. Stressful situations were managed by problem-focused coping strategies. Nurses are in need of the work situation at home to become more ergonomic and designed to protect the nurse?s physical wellbeing.

The purpose of this essay is to explore how I can meet children with different kinds of attention deficit disorders. What can I do when the child kicks me and makes me cry? How can I handle it right so that the child and I can feel good? In my text I am writing about how I can prioritize my way when I am angry. I wonder how to prioritize my feelings and feel safe with the other person. I am developing these questions in my text.

Our study aims to investigate whether resilient children share common factors that could explain them not following the expected course of development for said group. The study also sets out to explore which strategies resilient children implement in order to cope with their situation.The study is based on the following questions:How do resilient children describe their experiences from growing up with parents with substance abuse problems? What risk and protective factors do they mention in their biographies?We use the system theory and Goffman's dramaturgic perspective as analytical tools.  The system theory could help us see the family as a system, while Goffman's theory might help us understand how resilient children find different strategies, and why they implement these strategies, to hide their family problems.The results show that the most important factors with a positive effect on resilient children were: to have somebody else important in their lives, to have goals in life, to have a safe haven, to think independently and to develop a high level of independence early in life..

Det är inget nytt att arbetsmiljön för sjuksköterskor inte är tillfredsställande. Stress är ett vanligt förekommande i arbetslivet, främst hos vårdpersonal. Det finns lagar och föreskrifter som måste följas för att en god arbetsmiljö och hög vårdkvalitet skall kunna uppfyllas, trots det finns det brister inom hälso- och sjukvårdens verksamhet. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva hur vårdkvalitet påverkas av hög arbetsbelastning och stress hos sjuksköterskan. Litteratursökning gjordes i PubMed, Cinahl och Psyc-INFO.

This essay aims to examine how Swedish compulsory school teachers claims to handle dyslexia while educating and grading, and to what extent they are influenced by others while grading. This was examined through interviews with a phenomenographic approach and the participants were eight grade 9 teachers. The categories of description found in the analysis was then interpreted through researcher Claes Nilhoms dilemma perspective, focusing on the dilemma Equal Participation - Compensation. Regarding education, three main strategies occurred: actions directed towards all students, methods of compensation organized by the school and individualized methods of compensation. The former is closest to Equal Participation, the latter to Compensation and the school organized methods form a middle position somewhat closer to Compensation.

Studien framkom efter att Skolverket (2006) i en rapport presenterat att var tredje elev i gymnasiet är stressad och att elever upplever mer stress med stigande ålder. I gymnasieskolan skall elever i Idrott och hälsa A lära sig om både den fysiska och psykiska hälsan. Spänningsreglering är något som är viktigt för den psykiska hälsan och något som kan användas för att individen skall kunna slappna av så att stressen inte skall bli skadlig. Idrottslärare skall ge gymnasieelever redskap till att hantera stress. Kan då natur och friluftsliv vara en sorts form av spänningsreglerande redskap? Denna studies syfte är att undersöka om elever på gymnasiet som ofta bedriver friluftsliv eller vistas i naturen upplever mindre stress i skolan än gymnasielever som mindre frekvent bedriver friluftsliv eller vistas i naturen samt att undersöka gymnasieelevers känslor förknippade med vistelse i natur eller friluftsliv.

Stress är en primitiv reaktion som varit nödvändig för människans överlevnad då det är en naturlig respons på ett kommande hot. När omgivningen ställer krav på individen som denne inte kan hantera eller upplever vara för stora uppstår ett stresspåslag. Flertalet studier visar att studenter är en grupp i dagens samhälle som upplever mycket stress. Höga nivåer av stress bland sjuksköterskestudenter och medicinstuderande har visats sig påverka minne, koncentration samt problemlösningsförmåga, vilket i sin tur leder till försämrad inlärning och försämrade studieresultat. Studien syftade till att undersöka upplevelser av stress hos fysioterapeutstudenter och uppfattningen om hur denna stress kan påverka studier och framtida yrkesliv.

The survey aims to highlight and describe how the schools' teaching strategies look like in the work of pupils from the neuropsychiatric disability AD/HD (Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder). The pedagogical strategies have been investigated in an integrated and segregated teaching method. The study is qualitative in nature where the interviews conducted, first with a student who has been diagnosed AD/HD but also with teachers from each school who is well versed in student teaching and work. The results of the study show that knowledge and commitment about AD/HD is crucial to students' role and function in school. If knowledge and commitment is sufficient for the student teaching tailored to student needs and the risk of misunderstandings occur decreases. Security is a key factor for students who have been diagnosed AD/HD and learning form in itself is no guarantee that students will feel safe. Students have in the two teaching methods stressed that they feel safe at school and with their education and therefore has no teaching method preferred.

Denna studie beskriver ett antal förskollärares upplevelser och tankar kring stress hos barn i förskolan. Att barn kan bli drabbade av stress på ett eller annat sätt är något som framkommit i den här studien. För att som pedagog i förskolan kunna underlätta och hjälpa dessa barn på bästa möjliga sätt, så behöver man veta vilka bakomliggande orsaker och faktorer som kan vara bidragande till denna stress. Man behöver också veta vilka symtom stressade barn kan uppvisa, samt i vilka situationer stress har en tendens att uppstå. I denna studie har en kvalitativ intervjumetod med halvstrukturerade frågor använts för att få svar på forskningsfrågor.

Syftet med följande arbete är att belysa vilka copingstrategier pedagoger i förskolan och grundskolan har för att hantera sin egen stress och om specialpedagogisk handledning kan underlätta. Studien bygger på sex enskilda djupintervjuer och femtio enkäter som besvarats av slumpmässigt utvalda pedagoger på förskola, fritidshem och grundskola. Med hjälp av djupintervjuerna och enkäterna vill vi visa hur pedagoger uppfattar sin arbetssituation.Vårt syfte baseras på två frågeställningar: Vilka copingstrategier har pedagoger i förskolan, grundskolan och fritidshem för att hantera stress? Upplever pedagoger att specialpedagogisk handledning skulle underlätta deras reflektion och stresshantering?Arbetet ger en översikt över tidigare forskning om pedagoger och stress.Sammanfattningsvis pekar resultatet av vår undersökning att pedagogerna upplever sitt arbete som meningsfullt, glädjefullt och betydelsefullt, men att deras arbetsbelastning är för hög. Pedagogerna använder sig av olika copingstrategier för att hantera sin stress.

The purpose of this study was to get an idea of ??how the leaders in the real estate industry perceive and manage boundless working conditions. Questions that were answered were how the leaders in the service influence and control the employees' working conditions. Also how the communication strategies are designed to facilitate the work towards common goals, when tasks are not limited to the workplace. The study examine if boundless working conditions is characterized by unspoken expectations.
