Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån pedagogers uppfattning om vad en lyckad inskolning innebär granska två olika modeller att skola in barn och dess föräldrar i förskolan. Genom studien vill jag ha svar på vad pedagogerna anser att en bra inskolning innebär, vilka faktorer som är mest betydelsefulla för familjen när de börjar förskolan samt hur pedagogerna gör för att se till att alla barn med familjer får en bra start i förskolan.Metoden som använts i denna studie är kvalitativa intervjuer av sex pedagoger som arbetar på två olika förskolor där den ena förskolan använder kortdagsinskolning och den andra förskolan använder heldagsinskolning.I studien framkom att alla pedagoger i undersökningen är överens om vad en lyckad inskolning innebär. De säger allihop att det viktigaste är att barnen är nöjda, glada, tillfreds och trygga med förskolan och dess pedagoger. Resultatet visade på att den viktigaste faktorn för en lyckad inskolning i förskolan är att samarbetet och kontakten med föräldrarna är avgörande för inskolningens resultat.En slutsats av studien är att de två inskolningsmodellerna är två varianter av samma modell. Modellerna är bara förfinade för att passa de barn och föräldrar och pedagoger som finns just nu på den aktuella förskolan.

The Swedish armed forces has for many years educated squad leaders by letting them start their training two and a half months before the soldiers start their training. 2007, this system was used for the last time. I went trough this system myself in 2005 and had a positive experience and when I did my internship I experienced a slight difference in the attitude of the squad leader. I talked with my colleges at the company and they had felt the same. This essay will try to analyse if the squad leaders has lost any of there ability and if so, what could be the cause? Den belyser barns, föräldrars och pedagogers känslor och tankar kring inskolningen. Barn och föräldrars rätt till trygghet och information ligger som grund för uppsatsen. Vi har utgått från frågeställningarna: Varför har vi inskolning i förskolan? Varför ska förskolebarnen inskolas i skolan? Behövs inskolningen i förskolan/skolan? Syftet är att vi vill skaffa oss den kunskap som krävs för att kunna ge barn och föräldrar den start i förskola och skola som de har rätt till.

Utifrån Arbetsmiljöverkets granskningar och senaste rapporteringar som visade att den snabbt växande bemanningsbranschen stod för flest inrapporterade arbetsolyckor jämfört med andra branscher, var syftet med denna studie att undersöka hur bemanningsansvariga arbetade med introduktionsprocesser och arbetsmiljöarbete för nyanställda och befintliga konsulter. Tre semi-strukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med bemanningsansvariga. Resultatet visade att arbetet med introduktion och arbetsmiljö, i de flesta fall, följer de riktlinjer och lagar som går i linje med hur arbetsgivare ska undersöka, genomföra och följa upp verksamheten på ett sätt som ger konsulterna en bra start på sin nya arbetsplats och att ohälsa förebyggs. Bemanningsansvariga betonade vikten av att introduktioner genomfördes för att konsulterna skulle få en så bra start som möjligt, eftersom dem inte har möjligheten att närvara i deras arbete på kundföretagen. Information gavs om anställningsförhållandena, och de tydliggjorde även det ?delade? arbetsmiljöansvaret som förekom för bemanningsföretag och kundföretag enligt arbetsmiljölagen.

Thecomputer based programs are continuously improved and can at some point be the start of anew work-method. The work-method of tomorrow can be Building Information Modeling(BIM).This Master of Science Thesis gives an understanding in what BIM is and what therequirements for Sweco Theorells are in a future BIM-use as a consulting-firm. Theunderstanding is presented through a study of theory within the subject. The way of thinkingand acting among different disciplines and individuals within the building process isexplained through an interview study.The term BIM is regularly used.

IT has become more evident in most organisations and has grown to be a part of the infrastructure rather than a tool for competitiveness. Therefore focus should now lie on how IT is adjusted to the business rather than on the usage of IT. To make the best use of IT in the business the CIO needs to start think more business-oriented instead of as before, technology-oriented. To develop the IT-department in that direction the IT-staff need to start cooperate with the business and gain knowledge about stakeholders, markets and the way of working for other staff members in the business.With this as a basis, the purpose of this thesis is to investigate attitudes regarding cooperation between the IT-department and the business and if there is any difference if the CIO has business related background or not.To fulfil the purpose a quantitative investigation with the help of surveys was conducted. The sample consisted of 18 companies with 100-200 employees in the area of Jönköping.

Safe retrieval of nutrients from human excreta to fertilize crops in order to gain adequate yields will increase food security and sustainability in agriculture areas with nutrient-poor fields. Safe and nutritious food will meet the dietary needs of the individual which promotes public health and the ability of an active life. Human excreta should be considered as a resource instead of being assumed as waste. Human faeces and urine is excellent fertilizers which may close the nutrient loop if utilized properly. However, sanitation of the excreta is required to prevent disease transmission by reducing the content of gastrointestinal pathogens such as bacteria, viruses and parasites. The objective of this study was to in small scale evaluate the sanitation in a combined liquid compost and urea treatment by monitor the inactivation of bacteria and viruses at the combination three start temperatures, 45, 40 and 35 °C, and three additions of urea, 0.5, 0.75 and 1 % and reference, 0 % urea addition.
