Vi har dÀrför undersökt hur införandet av detta system har pÄverkat de anstÀllda och vilka hinder och möjligheter som kan uppstÄ av ett sÄnt system. Det som framkommit genom studien Àr bland annat att införandet av systemet leder till stora möjligheter nÀr det gÀller integration och effektiviseringar i organisationen..

For a long time economic tax equalization system in Sweden has been creating dispute between Swedish communities. Despite the main purpose of the system - to reduce disparities and create equal economic opportunities for all communities ? some regions were not satisfied.The main purpose of this study is to determine what extant has equalization tax on investment spending of Danderyd municipality during 2000-2010 year period. The study is based on annual reports and personal interviews. The theoretical frame of the investigation is founded on Fjertorp's classification of investments and public choice theory.The investigation shows that there were no significant changes neither in investment spending or equalization tax during 2000-2010 period, even after the last changes of economic tax equalizations system in 2005.

This thesis work is executed at Business Unit Ericsson Test Environment (BETE), in Linköping. BETE is the department at Ericsson, which is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company's Operations Support System (OSS). Their management system was outdated and they wanted it to be updated and it also required new features. The database needed to be replaced and the data migrated to a new database without licensing costs. The system also needed a part where employees could manage existing users.As a programming language PHP was chosen for its dynamic possibilities, platform independence and good support for database intergration.

There are several ways of conducting software testing where some may include users and others may include personnel whose work task is to execute test on systems. Although most developers and project managers understand the point of testing the system, it is not always being done and the most common reason is that there is no time for it. However, this is a false assumption as it may instead cause some bugs in the system that would not have been there in the first place if tests had been there to prevent bugs in the code.My purpose for this thesis was to find suggestions for changes in the development process in an ongoing project used by Acino and Svenska FörsÀkringsfabriken in order to increase the quality of the system used. In this thesis, I have approached the purpose by pursuing a case study of the two companies through observation and interviews. By doing this I acquired the relevant information to make suggestions for change.

Introduction: In 1998, the pension system was changed and the so called PPM system was introduced. The PPM system is partly fund-based, partly distribution-based. There are approximately 700 different investment funds to choose between, at a maximum five for each individual. For persons who are not familiar with the financial market, the choice might be difficult. The lions? part of the investors do not seem to have an active strategy.

Syftet Àr dels att belysa vilka krav som företag som har infört system för elektroniska affÀrer stÀller pÄ systemet och dels att ta reda pÄ de faktorer som driver utvecklingen framÄt. Undersökningen har genomförts genom intervjuer med företag som utvecklar system för elektroniska affÀrer mellan företag. Sammanlagt har sex intervjuer gjorts genom besöks- och telefonintervjuer. OmrÄdet har delats in i tvÄ olika typer av system för elektroniska affÀrer beroende pÄ mot vilken del i förÀdlingskedjan de riktar sig.

The students have been assigned a task from Consid, were they are supposed to develop a web based platform for handling the company?s consult CV:s. The key features of the system are to simplify the administration part at mission procurements towards customers and to match qualified consultants to certain missions.Consid is an international it-consult company and have about 1000 consults working for them. When Consid makes mission procurements towards a customer they have to manually match the best consult against a certain mission, this is both time consuming and complicated.The students started the project with big visions and thoughts about how the work would be performed and how the system would be developed. After the initial meetings and the closer it came to the beginning of programming it became clear that the expectations were too big.

Travelling by train has increased during the last decades in Sweden. This has put pressure on the existing infrastructure and has created problems with delays and cancelled departures. The railway is a complex system with mutual dependencies and high vulnerability for disruptions. The situation for the railway system in the Stockholm region is today strained. The capacity is fully used.

There is a new beverage container on the market, a bottle made out of pure aluminum as a replacement for the traditional container made out of glass. This new container has the potential to reduce both cost and pollution during transportation, the lighter and stronger construction has every advantage compared to the old one in glass. The new container has every possibility to make it on the market. Some of the biggest brands within the soft drink market already use these bottles in countries without any recycling demands like: Coca-Cola, Heineken and Pepsi. The only thing stopping these brands from the Swedish market is the lack of a functional return system, there is only one company that uses the bottle in Sweden today and they take care of their own used bottles.

Vi har undersökt hur de ansvariga i en organisation arbetar med informationssÀkerheten i ett verksamhetskritiskt system. Undersökningen har gjorts hos tvÄ organisationer i tidningsbranschen. MÄnga organisationer tar inte hot och risker pÄ allvar och inser inte vilka konsekvenser ett avbrott kan ge. Administrativa system som frÄn början var tÀnkt som ett hjÀlpmedel för att fÄ en effektivare organisation har blivit verksamhetskritiska. För organisationer som har verksamhetskritiska system Àr det viktigt att arbetet med informationssÀkerheten görs enligt faststÀllda rutiner och regler.

Allt fler organisationer vÀljer att förbÀttra och förnya sin verksamhet genom att anvÀnda informationssystem. Verksamheter idag har blivit allt mer beroende av IT- stöd i form av system samt webbapplikationer, eftersom det automatiserar och effektiviserar arbetsprocessen. Verksamheter med ett fullt fungerande IT-stöd leder, lyfter och styr företaget framÄt i utvecklingen. Nyttan av ett IT system kan mÀtas dÄ systemet Àr anskaffat och befinns i en förvaltningssituation. I förvaltningssituationer anvÀnds IT system vilket krÀver att dessa underhÄlls och omskapas efter verksamhetens utveckling.Studien syftar till att kartlÀgga alla IT-system och webbapplikationer för Tele2 Butikerna AB samt för varje system identifiera anvÀndare, accessroller, funktioner, förvaltningsresurser och förbÀttringsomrÄden.

Children's Need In Focus (BBIC) is a processing and documentation system used in child welfare cases to investigate, plan and monitor interventions. The BBIC has had a breakthrough in Sweden and out of the country's 290 municipalities, there are 284 that use the system daily as a tool in cases involving children. The purpose of this study was to examine how social workers experience the BBIC as a working system and what strengths and weaknesses there are in the BBIC concept. We wanted our study to examine how the BBIC could possibly enhance the quality of childcare matters, but also how the BBIC could potentially increase children's participation in cases. We have performed qualitative interviews with eight social workers who work in four different municipalities where the BBIC is applied daily.

During installation and operation of a geothermal heat pump system leakage of an antifreezing agent can appear in a borehole and leak out in surrounding groundwater. To guarantee high quality drinking water for generations to come Sweden has dedicated some areas as water protection areas. The local authority gives permits for the installation of heat pump systems within water protection areas. Before giving a permit the local authority makes an evaluation of the risks involved in installation and operation of the system within the area. By keeping a certain distance between the protected object in the area and the heat pump system the risk of polluting the protected object with an anti-freezing agent can be reduced.This thesis makes a comparison between three different methods of calculating an appropriate distance between the protected object and the heat pump system.
