Medarbetarsamtal i grupp är ett relativt nytt och outforskat ämne. Den här uppsatsen undersöker fenomenet medarbetarsamtal i grupp, och bygger på en fallstudie gjord på Pilkington i Halmstad. Syftet var att med utgångspunkt i medarbetarnas upplevelser analysera vilka förutsättningar för individens utveckling som skapas i medarbetarsamtal i grupp. För att uppnå syftet genomfördes en kvalitativ undersökning med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex medarbetare som alla hade haft medarbetarsamtal i grupp.Resultaten pekar mot att de förutsättningar som ges för individens utveckling i medarbetarsamtal i grupp på Pilkington i många avseenden inte lever upp till förväntningarna. Det visade sig att feedback, reflektion, målsättning, attityder och uppriktighet på olika sätt bildar förutsättningar för individens utveckling i medarbetarsamtal i grupp.

Studien är baserad på fem kvalitativa intervjuer enligt ett induktivt tillvägagångssätt, där syftet var att utröna hur individerna upplever äventyrsrollspel samt vilka pedagogiska och individuella effekter detta kan ha på individerna men också om det finns ett samband mellan vålds- och äventyrsrollspel.Att deltaga i äventyrsrollspel stärker individernas förmåga att diskutera och argumentera för sin sak. På så sätt löser personerna eventuella meningsskiljaktigheter i rollspel. Då äventyrsrollspel som metod innebär att man använder problemlösning, uppstår dessa meningsskiljaktigheter ofta. Utöver detta stärks individernas självkänsla genom tillhörighet i gemenskapen med spelgruppen. Det finns också pedagogiska fördelar med att spela rollspel genom att individerna indirekt tvingas söka kunskap och fakta om ett ämne som står rollpersonen nära, för att bättre kunna spela sina roller.

This is an interview- and literature study that discusses teaching about the Second World War and the Holocaust, while working with the basic values in grade 7-9.The purpose with this examination is to see how teachers of history in grade 7-9 choose to teach about the Second World War and the Holocaust, how they work to integrate the basic values in their education and whether the teachers? education can be sustained by the Swedish school curricula.In this study I?ve been doing qualitative interviews with five teachers of history in grade 7-9 from different schools. I have also perused the Swedish school curricula and read some literature and studies about different ways of dealing with the subject: the Holocaust.According to the central parts of the Swedish curricula, LGR 2011, the fields about the Holocaust and the 20.century World Wars are to be studied during grade 7-9. All my respondents in the study teach about this think that the most important thing with this complex time in history, is to give the students a deeper understanding for the time leading up to the beginning of the  Second World War in 1939, and why the Holocaust actually took place.Regarding the work with the basic values, all the five respondents agree on the fact that, this subject shall permeate the entire work at school, all the time, every day, but that it?s absolutely essential while studying the Holocaust.

Arbetet utgör en litteraturundersökning avseende utvärdering och styrning av dagens svenska gymnasieskola. Perspektivet är kritiskt granskande och intresset för frågorna har väckts genom egna erfarenhet som gymnasielärare.Centralt för sambanden mellan målstyrning, konkurrens och utvärdering är förståelsen för tester och utvärdering, avseende testmetodik, tolkning av testresultat och påverkan på den pedagogiska processen, samt förutsättningarna för att målstyra den pedagogiska verksamheten i skolan.I syfte att erhålla ett brett perspektiv på tester och utvärderingar, har två vitt skilda områden närmare studerats. Dessa har valts så att det ena (testning av ämneskompetens och betygssättning) utgör en relativt formaliserad testning av specifika ämneskunskaper, som regelbundet utvärderas; medan det andra (utvärdering av den gemensamma värdegrunden) utgör ett ämnesövergripande område, vars testning inte är formaliserad och inte sker regelbundet.Genom att undersöka hur utvärdering sker inom två olika och vitt skilda områden, har generella slutsatser dragits rörande de komplexa sambanden mellan målstyrning, konkurrens och utvärdering.Några slutsatser som dras är att det föreligger en samverkan mellan målstyrning, utvärdering och konkurrens, samt att tolkningsutrymmet i betygskriterierna i kombination med en press för högre betyg, är en orsakskombination som kan förklara den rådande betygsinflationen..

The purpose with our study is to increase our knowledge about how personnel in different activities experience the work with childrens who is growing up with addicted parents. What the personal experienced as important facts was structure and flexibility to take care of all children´s special need.Something else they experienced was, during discussions with children it´s important to listen to them and confirm their self-esteem.We have found that there are many well-functioning activities of this kind of children, but there are difficulties to have the parents to take the children to the activities.The personal believe that this is because the parents do not realise their addiction problem enough. The respondents expressed a which to get closer to the school so they can increase cooperation and reach more children in this way, and a lot of these respondents also point out that the community where ever the children are has a obligation to report or notify the social service if there are any children that need care..

This paper aims to describe how religion teachers in Swedish schools teach concerning questions about life issues and popular culture. To research the teachers' didactic approach to these issues, didactics has been defined with three educational questions: what, how and why. The essay focuses on teachers' effective implementation of teaching on life issues and popular culture, which we used a theory of offering meaningfulness describing what subject matter that may be imparted to the students. An offer of meaningfulness can be pursued and can be made visible in the context of what and how performs the teaching and also in the context where the teacher planned the teaching elements. The method that the paper has used is the interviews of four different active religious educators in Stockholm and Uppsala area.

The study is ethnographic and the collected material consists of questionnaires, interviews andconducted practical exercises. The purpose of this study is to examine whether it is possible tochange boys attitude to poetry and poetry teaching through practical exercises. The questionswhich the study is based on concerns how frameworks for tasks can enhance the creativity ofthe students, the standards students have as a reference point and what attitudes boys have topoetry. The study shows that students feel that they are more creative if there is a frameworkfor the task, it has also been shown that boys do not have any special attitude to poetry,because they do not know what the word means. One of the most important results in theresults section is that boys have a positive attitude to poetry as long as the teacher gives themthe right tools to work with..

This essay deals with the support and help offered to elderly people over 65 with mental disabilities out of personnel from a special support team. We have chosen to use the qualitative method to answer our questions. We have four semi-structured interviews with all staff from the support team we have been in contact with, three nurses/nursing assistants and project manager for the support team. We have recognized five themes and divided the text into six different categories and disciplines that answers and highlights the importance of meeting clients' needs, increase their independence and quality of life. Our theme is security, continuity, time, treatment and relations.

I dagens samhälle debatteras det kring ämnet Idrott och hälsa då medvetenheten runt ämnets betydelse har ökat. Detta har medfört att det har påvisats flera brister än tidigare. De brister som framgått har således lett till att idrottsläraren fått en allt mer kritiserad yrkesroll. Denna studie har som syfte att undersöka idrottslärares uppfattning av den egna yrkesrollen idag samt att ta reda på om och hur de uppfattar att yrkesrollen har förändrats och kommer att förändras över tid. Studiens resultat har insamlats genom kvalitativa djupintervjuver där respondenterna har valts ut för att representera olika lärargenerationer.

This text aims to examine how teaching in literature can contribute to the schools work with creating an antidiscriminating environment. When it comes to the Swedish schools antidiscrimination plans, this essay focuses especially on those sections that concerns pupils and student right to their own gender identity and expression.The main theories in this examination are Judith Butler?s theory on gender and performativity, queer theory defined by Fanny Ambjörnsson and theories concerning adolescent psychology with focus on the adolescent identity and it?s forming. Together with Mikhail Bakhtin?s carnival theory the text examines how Jessica Schiefauer?s novel Pojkarna (The Boys; 2012) describes a young adolescent girl?s journey to finding and forming her own gender and sexual identity.

I Läroplan för grundsärskolan 2011 har stor förändring skett i förhållande till föregående kursplaner som innehåller religionskunskap. Från att fokus till stor del enbart kretsat kring livsfrågor har studier kring specifika religioner återigen tagit plats i styrdokumenten. Denna studie undersöker hur man inom grundsärskolan arbetar med religionsundervisning, och i hur stor utsträckning eleverna har möjlighet att ta till sig den. Undersökningen har utförts med hjälp av kvalitativ data i form av intervjuer och vägs emot Edwin Cox krav på förmågor som förutsätter religionsstudier. Studien visar på att religionsstudier behöver konkretiseras för att möta de behov elever i grundsärskolan har.

This study aims to examine how teachers in elementary school reason about and effectively implements special needs education. A qualitative study was made by interviewing four elementary teachers about their own role in dealing with pupils in difficulty. The material was then analyzed using content analysis. The result section is presented by the study's issue and then been analyzed against the background research. In the analysis it follows that the teachers believe among other things that there is too little time and resources to meet pupils in difficulty, the time and resources in schools is essential when it comes to meet students' needs.

The purpose of this thesis is to clarify the grounds upon which an arbitration clause may be binding in the new relationship between the parties after a transfer of rights and/or obligations. The issue is not regulated by law but instead it has been left to the Supreme Court to regulate. In the Emja-case the Swedish Supreme Court left guidance on the issue. The Supreme Court stated that a third party purchaser of a right where the contract includes an arbitration clause shall be bound by the clause. The arbitration clause is only binding to the remaining part of the initial agreement if no special circumstances exist. The binding effect was justified by the reason that a situation where the purchaser but not the remaining part should be bound to the clause was not sought after and the principle through the 27 § of the Swedish debt instruments act..

My purpose in this paper is to study teachers' work in reading and writing in primary school and special school. I want to find out if they use the same methods, strategies and materials to help students learn to read and write. I will find out the answer to my purpose by performing two qualitative observation and two qualitative interviews. Lundberg (2010) is the researcher I relate to during my study. Through observation, I see how teachers work with students in the classroom during a lesson in the Swedish language. During the interviews, I received answers to how teachers work with language, the materials, methods and strategies they use. I found out that teachers use specific strategies when they help their students. They use a work material that is tailored to curriculum in Swedish language and it is based on the phonics method. .

Empowerment har blivit ett allt vanligare begrepp för att beskriva olika typer av försök att ge anställda i organisationer ökat inflytande, ökat ansvar och/eller mer självbestämmande. En vital förutsättning för ett lyckat utfall av en empowermentsatsning är upplevelserna hos de anställda.Detta är en forskningsöversikt med syfte att analysera hur empowerment upplevs av "the empowered" samt vilka faktorer i organisationen det är som påverkar dessa upplevelser. Detta sker genom en komparativ analys gjord utifrån fem fallstudier utförda i organisationer och branscher där empowermentsatsningar genomförts.En tydlig aspekt som framkommit är att empowermentsatsningar inte automatiskt får ett positivt utfall. Olika sätt att genomföra empowerment får olika konsekvenser och upplevs på olika sätt av de anställda i organisationen. En lyckad insats kan exempelvis göra att de anställda känner sig mer involverade i organisationen, att nya ansvar och arbetsuppgifter upplevs som en utmaning, att de känner att deras insatser är betydelsefulla och att de kan vara stolta över vad de bidrar med.
