När kommuner tvingas samarbeta över kommungränser uppstår en problematik, eftersom båda kommunerna har planmonopol över den fysiska planeringen inom sin administrativa gräns. Genom en fallstudie av planeringen i Hagastaden undersöks en problematik där mellankommunal samordning varit ett centralt tema. Tillvägagångssättet för att införskaffa empirisk data har skett genom kvalitativ textanalys av två detaljplaner och samtalsintervjuer med sex planerare från Stockholm och Solna. Vidare undersöker denna uppsats bland annat det kommunala planmonopolets möjligheter och brister, förhållandet mellan formell och informell makt inom fysisk planering och innebörden av förhandlingsplanering vid stora stadsutvecklingsprojekt.

We are living in network society, where information and communication together with the technical development stands in the centre. Characteristic for network society is quick changes, new meaning of time and space, convergence and new possibilities of communication. Network society contains new technical developments, several with thepurpose to improve the possibilities of communication between human beings, which in some ways creates new social demands and expectations. In this study, I focus on the Internet, which is an important channel for the information, communication and marketing in network society. As whole network society, the Internet is constantly developing.This study, implemented with qualitative interviews, has the purpose to give new, deep and interesting knowledge about business to business companies? communication and marketing on the Internet.

This examination paper is the account for the author?s work while arranging and registrating the business archives and business records of the Herman Bergman?s Foundry in Stockholm, Sweden. It is part of the one year Masters program in Archival Science at the University of Uppsala. The records are from the beginning of the 1900s to the 1970s. Most of the business archives are from he 1940s to the 1950s.

Along with the rapid expansion of wind power in Sweden during the last decades the competition about favorable areas has hardened. This among other reasons has caused the projectors to look into development of wind power in forests. There are several aspects regarding fatigue loads on the constructions that are severe in complex terrain, among which turbulence is one. The levels of turbulence which are accepted in order for the turbines to face a life length exceeding 20 years are regulated by the International Electrotechnical Commission, (IEC). In order to keep the turbulence below these levels there are three major steering tools to use: The ambient turbulence decreases with height and can therefore be regulated by the hub height of the turbines.

Mörkret har alltid skrämt människan och varit en begränsande faktor i det vardagliga livet. Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to study how the hotel chain Radisson SAS works with prolonged customer relations with their business clients, with other words the clients that have business agreements with them.Methods: This study will contain an inductive approach and qualitative methods. The qualitative research method is in the shape of a deep interview with the sales manager of Radisson SAS and qualitative interviews of chosen business clients to the hotel.Results: The results of this investigation show that business clients are controlled by what kind of agreements their company has.The companies sign agreements with hotels and hotel chains that are able to satisfy big parts of their needs, if not all of them.With the help of flexible solutions, a well known brand, and good relations, Radisson SAS has made sure that their business clients have prolonged their agreements.They are a global hotel chain near transports, and business clients feel secure with Radisson SAS..

Arbetarstadsdelen Hagalund i Solna byggdes vid förra sekelskiftet och kom tidigt att anses förslummad men har sedan kåkstaden revs på 1960-talet omladdats till kulturhistorisk idyll. Som ett led i miljonprogramsbebyggelsen under tidigt 1970-tal byggdes nya Hagalund vilken snart kom att betraktas som nyslum. Mitt syfte är att analysera olika beskrivningar av gamla och nya Hagalund och undersöka varför en stadsdel kom att stämplas som ful, farlig och olämplig av utomstående men av de boende kom att upplevas som modern, trygg och bekväm. Jag har intervjuat arton personer som bor eller har bott i stadsdelen Hagalund och fått deras sense of place av sitt Hagalundsboende. Flera av familjerna har varit stadsdelen trogna i över 30 år och är in place med Hagalund.

In this paper we have examined why seniors do not use e-business to the same extent as other age groups. Seniors belong to the age group that, according to statistics from Statistics Sweden (SCB) in 2011, utilizes e-business the least in relation to the number who use the internet. To understand how seniors reason and perceive the possibility to shop on the internet, we have conducted four interviews with people from 65 years and older. We have let the respondents answer questions regarding utility aspects, e-business interfaces, general shopping habits, risks, and whether or not they usually shop online. We also found out how seniors reason when they sell products and services.

Background: Businesses are traditionally valued with the so called Discounted Cash Flow-model. When valuing newly-started businesses, surrounded by high uncertainty, and whose capital mostly consists of unrealized business opportunities, the Discounted Cash Flow-model needs to be complemented if the total value of the business is to be captured. A valuation with the help of real options is capable of valuing these unrealized opportunities, which often exist in newly-started businesses. The unrealized opportunities are to be found in the business plan of the business, why this needs to be valued to capture the total value of a newly-started business. Purpose: To demonstrate what the use of real options can result in when valuing businesses.
