Syftet med vårt arbete är att undersöka hur man arbetar med estetiska läroprocesser på några skolor. Vidare vill vi tydliggöra vårt huvudämnes kärna och befästa de estetiska läroprocessernas betydelse för morgondagens kunskapande. Vi vill även tydliggöra ämnet KME och varför det är så viktigt att vi arbetar med detta ämne i skolan. Slutligen vill vi dessutom undersöka på vilken position rektorerna kan tänkas anställa blivande KME-pedagoger. Studien genomfördes med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer med både rektorer och biträdande enhetschefen för Kultur, Språk och Medier, (KSM).

Within the field of welfare research, few people take into account both the aspect of gender and class. Thetraditional class-oriented research has a one-dimensional perspective on gender and the feminist welfare researchrarely carry out large comparative studies. A multi-dimensional perspective on the construction ofgender and class would benefit from both the feminist and class welfare-oriented research, and contribute toincreasing the knowledge about the individual's experience and attitudes to work and work time. The aim ofthis paper is to examine the correlation of the intersectional relationship between sex / gender position andclass position with the attitudes and motives for working time reduction. Especially in, (1) the value in work,and (2) the attitude to a high number of working hours, as well as (3) its combined effect on the conflict betweenwork and family.

Traditional financial management has lately been criticized, since it gives inadequate and unilateral information for decisions and strategy of the operation. The purpose of this essay is to investigate if a balanced scorecard is able to work together with a budget and become a stronger control system for the management. Essential theory underlies the gathering of data as well as the analysis, and the empirical investigation is based on personal interviews. The conclusions drawn from my analysis are that two parallel control systems could complement each other?s weaknesses.

Genom att analysera tidskriftens årgångar från perioderna 1927-1931 och 1934-1939 besvaras frågan: ?Hur representeras språkstriden i relation till finlandssvensken??. Det läggs vikt på vilken typ av samtidsfrågor som uttryckligen är relaterade till aktuella händelser rörande språkstriden, hur äktfinskheten och finsk nationalism representeras och hur språkliga skillnader skildras.

Sleep is essential for all mammals and they all have different sleep patterns. Wild horses normally spend 2-8.5% of a 24-hour period in recumbent position while stabled horses lie down 11-20%. To fulfil the need of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep the horse must lie down with support against the ground for the head. The lying behavior can be affected by external stimuli such as age, food intake, bedding materials and if the horses feel safe or not. This study investigates the lying behavior of horses on different bedding materials; wood shavings and filled rubber mats (HIT SoftBed®).

I uppsatsen diskuteras sociala variablers inflytande på skolresultat i kommunala skolor i Stockholm. Det mönster som framträder indikerar att skolprestationer i mycket hög utsträckning är relaterat till socioekonomisk status. Barn till högutbildade och höginkomsttagare presterar bättre i skolan än barn till lågutbildade och låginkomsttagare. Detta medför att storstadsområdet uppvisar tydliga spatiala skillnader.Orsakerna till denna dispersion diskuteras i uppsatsen utifrån sociolingvistiska förklarings-modeller, vilka fokuserar på barns språkliga skillnader utifrån sociala faktorer. Härutöver diskuteras klassystemets reproduktion, utifrån Pierre Bourdieus arbete, något som är fundamentalt bl a för förståelsen av snedrekryteringen till gymnasieskolan.I uppsatsen genomförs statistiska korrelations- och regressionsberäkningar.

My Exam work is about how to communicate with children. Reading for children is important and meaningful. They get connection with adults and inspiration to read and tell stories by there own. Therefore I created the draft to a children book. I made it up on my own.

Finns det några skillnader i kostvanor mellan icke idrottande elever och idrottande elever? Vilka är i så fall skillnaderna?Frågeställning 2? Finns det några skillnader i kostvanor utifrån följande faktorer: Kön, föräldrarnas utbildning, betyg från högstadiet, socioekonomisk status, rökning och religiöst engagemang? Vilka är i så fall skillnaderna?MetodVi har använt enkätundersökning som metod. 283 elever från sex slumpvist utvalda Nationella Idrottsutbildningsgymnasieskolor (NIU) från Stockholms län fyllde i enkäten. Resultaten har sammanställts i SPSS och jämförts med tidigare studier.ResultatIdrottande elever åt mer regelbundet än icke idrottande elever. Bland övriga faktorer skiljde det sig mellan pojkar och flickor vad gäller intag av frukt, grönsaker (flickor oftare än pojkar) och protein (pojkar oftare än flickor).

This study has the purpose of looking at the current and future position of record labels from a context involving the technological developments, while the opportunities for the artists are changing. As the actors inside them music industry find themselves in an ever changing climate where traditional supply chains are threatened by new technology, the record labels need to change the way they work in order to maintain their existence in the music industry. The study has been conducted by interviewing a number of people involved in the music industry, by using a qualitative method approach. The conclusion of the study shows that the traditional way of doing business by treating music as a product that makes revenue is gone. Instead the labels have to take on new roles formerly run by third parties in order to survive and be profitable, especially since artists can now in control of activities that used to be controlled by the record label..

AbstractThe intention of our study was to examine the meaning of home of elderly women and men and how they experience their getting older. We also wanted to see how elderly women and men experience to receive home-help-service in their own home. The study was based on qualitative interviews with elderly women and men. The informants were five women and four men between the ages of 60-84 years. They all had everyday help from the home-help-service.

This thesis examines effects that occur when consumers are placed in a negative category by the sender in an internet marketing context. The effects studied are attitude towards the ad, attitude towards the media, sense of being monitored and sense of being categorized. The authors argue that consumers will become increasingly aware of the fundamentals of internet marketing and how advertisements online are being directed towards them. Consumers will thus, to a larger extent than today, analyze advertisements and how they have been individually categorized by the sender. This will affect the way advertisements are perceived.

The aim with this essay is to penetrate the opinions of how women should be represented on screen. I am using a selection of contributions from the gender debate that Lars von Trier´s movie Antichrist caused in Sweden in spring 2009. The focus of the debate was mainly about the way the female actress was displayed. The provocative thing considered by many was that the female part could be interpreted as evil and in connection with Antichrist. But is that a obvious negative way to present women? In a historical view the discussion have been constantly fluctuated when it comes to the ideas of the correct way to visualize women in the movies which have left us without a true answer to that question.I am interested in investigating what is considered today as the best way to represent women by Swedish debaters.By using Michel Foucault?s term discourse as theory in a text analyse I am trying to look trough their language and see their ideological position..

Leadership is about synchronizing people into doing actions together to reach a common goal. To be able to do such thing you have to be a good leader. A mutual feature between good leaders is a good self awareness in order to be able to lead others. By letting others evaluate the features of a leader it can give a good self image of the leaders? leadership.

Stockholm is constantly growing and changing. Despite this, for various reasons, it is difficult to execute large building projects. With starting-point in decision making theories we have tried to investigate these difficulties. More specifically we have chosen to study why it has not been possible to rebuilt Slussen in Stockholm. To help us structure our study we have based our research on another large comparable building project, the Globen City project.
