Today, youth crime is a topic that recurs daily in the news and politics; the subject arouses motions both within the professional community and among private individuals. The purpose of this study was to shed light on how social workers reason and work with young people aged 15 and above who are in criminal environments. We also shed light on how motivation can contribute to young people accepting the voluntary interventions that social workers have available. The study helps draw attention to the potential challenges that social services face when motivational work is insufficient, and the concern is not sufficiently high to warrant the use of coercive interventions. Our empirical material was collected using semi-structured interviews with social workers who have a degree of Bachelor's degree in Social Work, whose work is to carry out investigations of young people who, due to their own behavior, may be in need of support or protection from social services.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka vilket behov och vilken efterfrågan det fanns av att upprätta en familjecentralsliknande verksamhet i Bollebygd kommun. För att uppnå vårt syfte har vi granskat problembakgrunden samt undersökt tjänsten ur ett föräldraperspektiv. Den offentliga sektorn har länge dominerats av en tämligen introvert syn på kommunikationsuppdraget, där tyngdpunkten har legat på skyldigheten att informera. När det kommer till den kommunala verksamheten har denna under senare år genomgått förändring, där de alltmer börjat se medborgarna som sina kunder, med ökat fokus på service. Kommunerna som ingår i Sjuhärad/Södra Älvsborg har ingått i projektet som de valt att kalla "Samverkan kring föräldrastöd i Sjuhärad/Södra Älvsborg".

Företag har under den senaste tiden upplevt ökade och förändrade krav från intressenter, vilket kan påvisas genom hur intresset för Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) har intensifierats. Electrolux är ett av de företag som upplevt hur kraven förändrats, vilket i kombination med en miljökrävande verksamhet utgjort utmaningar för företaget. Ett sätt att möta intressenternas krav är genom utökat strategiskt arbete, varpå CSR kan vara ett framgångsrikt sådant tillvägagångssätt. I denna uppsats genomförs en fallstudie av Electrolux där vi ämnar besvara frågeställningen: Ur ett strategiskt perspektiv; Hur har intressenters ökade och förändrade krav påverkat karaktären av Electrolux CSR-arbete mellan år 2000-2015? Studiens analysmodell baseras på; intressent- och legitimitetsteori, Porter & Kramers steg för strategiskt hållbarhetsarbete samt Carrolls CSRpyramid.

This is a qualitative study which purpose is to examine how the social workers in a medium-sized municipality in southern of Sweden are experiencing the different forms of housing that the municipality has for disposal. The purpose is also to examine opinions - belonging to the social workers? representatives - concerning the value of motivational work in changing the lifestyles of assaulted and addicted women. The questions we have decided to examine are; how is the social services' work with assaulted and addicted women designed, how do the social workers experiences the situation on these forms of housing and what the social workers believe is promoting and inhibiting factors for motivation with assaulted and addicted women. The results in this study are built on qualitative semi-structured interviews with social workers where both sexes are represented.

ProblemEfter det senaste decenniets framträdande av ett alltmer CSR- uppmärksamt samhälle har företag i en större utsträckning aktivt börjat arbeta och integrera CSR i sina verksamheter. Ny forskning visar på att CSR kan ha en påverkan på ett företags börsvärde. (www.newsdesk.se) Det finns dock inga klara bevis på hur CSR åtaganden påverkar mindre bolag såsom de listade på OMX small cap. Att detta inte är påvisat vetenskapligt kan vara en av flera orsaker till att det fortfarande finns en skepticism mot att implementera CSR i mindre bolag. SyfteSyftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om det finns ett ekonomiskt mervärde för bolag på OMX small cap att implementera CSR i sin verksamhet.

In the process of globalization, identity has become one of the central factors.An understanding of the difference that makes up our society has made thequestion of weather is it possible to envision a society where difference is thecommon ground, one that has been up for contest. To answer this we need to seeif this kind of democracy is possible at all. For this I?m turning to the socialmovments who while they are working close to the reality also can give us somereal answers. Therefore I have looked at how social movements adress identity,difference and conflict and concluded that three things are crucial in organizing ongrounds of difference.

This study examines the connection between social capital and urban and rural areas. The study divides the environments into two categories; metropolises and rural areas. Metropolises are defined as any of Swedens largest cities Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. The study also examines if there is a difference between these groups in how high social trust they have to people living in the same areas as themselves versus people who live in other areas. The studie also focuses on the urbanization that the world is going through, where people move from rural areas into the cities for work and education.

Social workers in this study describes various experiences of the assessments of interventions for children and adolescents. Social workers experience of the many different situations where an assessment of best effort must be made on the basis of BBIC, which is the Social Services investigation records. To make this assessment, the Social workers need social assistance and support of their colleagues and manager. Knowledge mixed with experience is also an important part when it comes to being professional and not let emotions control that could otherwise be happened when the social worker meets and builds relationships with clients. Social workers are also those who will decide which achievement the client needs from the needs.

Kognitiv beteendeterapi (KBT) avser att hjälpa personer med problembeteenden så att fokus ligger på nuet och framtiden, vilka mål som bör sättas upp så att en positiv förändring kan ske. KBT syftar till att människor ska kunna leva i samhället utan begränsning och med bättre livskvalitet. Denna kvalitativa studie visar hur KBT kan användas för social fobi och depressionsproblematik. Fem deltagare intervjuades, två psykiatrisjuksköterskor och tre psykologer. Alla arbetar utifrån KBT och studien visar deras upplevelser av metoden samt hur behandlingarna kan se ut.

Syftet med vår studie var att beskriva hur ett arbetslag grupperar barnen och vad som ligger till grund för detta i deras åldersblandade verksamhet. Undersökningen genomfördes under vår verksamhetsförlagda utbildning våren 2005 vid en F-3 skola i Luleå Kommun. Vi genomförde deltagande observationer och kvalitativa intervjuer i ett arbetslag som arbetade med sex-, sju- och åttaåringar. Studien visade att lärarna inom arbetslaget grupperade barnen på många olika sätt. I klassrummet grupperades barnen i fruktgrupper för att öka tryggheten och underlätta inskolningen.
