Syfte: Att sammanställa en beskrivning på hur mål- och resultatstyrning fungerar i praktiken enligt budgetansvariga på verkställande nivå i offentlig verksamhet. Sedan studera huruvida mål- och resultatstyrning i offentlig verksamhet kan klassificeras som mål- och resultatstyrning enligt allmänna indelningar inom ekonomistyrning av olika författare. Vi skall samtidigt både finna svar på om mål- och resultatstyrningen är en väl fungerande styrmetod och om mätbarheten av uppställda mål måste finnas för att kunna utföra mål- och resultatstyrning i en offentlig verksamhet. Metod: Djupintervjuer med budgetansvariga personer i äldreförvaltningen i Karlskrona kommun. Intervjupersonernas utsagor har vi sedan tolkat till innebörden av mål- och resultatstyrning i äldreförvaltningen. Slutsats: Vår studie har kommit fram till att äldreförvaltningen som påstår sig använda mål- och resultatstyrning i själva verket bedriver ?ramstyrning med kostnadsansvar? enligt de teorier kring ekonomistyrning som vi har studerat.

This is a qualitative study of how some journalists on the Swedish national media are using social media in news work. The study, carried out by using interviews, also covers how these journalists' work is influenced by social media. For the journalists in the study social media has become a tool to do research, get news ideas and find interviewees. At the same time social media affects the work of the journalists, as the social media increases the speed of news and flow of information. Even though they involve some challenges, social media facilitates news work and the journalists in this study have a positive attitude towards the phenomenon.Keywords: Social media, news journalism, the national media..

Syftet med vårt arbete är att få svar på frågor inom fritidsverksamheten och uppdraget fritidspedagoger ställs inför inom skolverksamheten. Vi vill fokusera på uppfattningar om fritidshemmets verksamhet ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv. Genom att undersöka fritidspedagogers och rektorers synsätt på hur fritidshemmet ska leda sin verksamhet samt hur fritidspedagogerna ska arbeta enligt uppdraget, vill vi få en klarhet i den förvirring vi uppfattat verksamheten och rollen har. Utifrån teorier och empiri insamlat via intervjuer har vi bekräftat att förvirringen finns i form av tolkningssvårigheter mellan olika individer i verksamheten och de förutsättningar som finns för den..

The purpose of this study was to examine social workers apprehensions about institutional placement of youths and what determines when these proceedings are used. When research not always shows that institutional placements lead to positive changes for youngsters, we wondered how social workers act on their assessment to institutional placement. We wanted to find out if the social workers meet any dilemmas along the way. To find out about that we used qualitative interviews with ten social workers, who worked in social service and came from different places in the southern parts of Sweden. To analyze our material we used the theory of human service organization and street-level bureaucrats work situation.

The purpose of this study is to examine social workers? experiences of animal assisted social work and how social workers view the integration of animals in various fields of social work. The research is based on a qualitative method and four semi-structured interviews were conducted with social workers. The theories incorporated in the study are Attachment Theory and Sense of Coherence (SOC).The following results are presented: Social workers are considered to have a more comprehensive understanding of clients compared to their associates who do not hold a degree in Social Work.

I förskrivningsprocessen förtydligas det ansvar som är förbundet med förskrivning av hjälpmedel. Ett viktigt delmoment i denna process är uppföljning och utvärdering. Genom uppföljning ges det möjlighet till reflektion över verkställda åtgärder och förhoppningsvis en utveckling av den arbetsterapeutiska kompetensen. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vilken uppfattning arbetsterapeuter i kommunal verksamhet hade kring uppföljning av förskrivna hjälpmedel och hur det faktiskt utfördes. Datainsamlingen skedde med hjälp av intervjuer utifrån egenkonstruerat intervjuinstrument och undersökningsgruppen bestod av 12 distriktsarbetsterapeuter.

Huvudsyftet med denna uppsats är att analysera begreppet ekonomisk verksamhet i mervärdesskattehänseende och att utreda vid vilken grad av aktivitet en sådan verksamhet uppkommer samt vilka objektiva omständigheter som kännetecknar begreppet .Ekonomisk verksamhet är ett av de mest grundläggande begreppen inom mervärdesskatteområdet och mervärdesskattedirektivet. Begreppet är av väsentlig betydelse vid bedömningen av huruvida någon utgör en beskattningsbar person och ska vara underkastad mervärdesbeskattning. Definitionen återfinns i artikel 9 i mervärdesskattedirektivet. Med ekonomisk verksamhet  avses sådan verksamhet som bedrivs av en producent, en handlare eller en tjänsteleverantör. Här inbegrips både gruvdrift och jordbruksverksamhet samt verksamheter inom fria och därmed likställda yrken.

The aim of this study is to understand the collaboration at a child investigation and the actions that may be encountered as a result of the investigation, based on the Social Secretaries experiences of collaboration with other agencies such as schools, police, health visitor and child psychiatry. In the study, eight social workers from different municipalities was interviewed at a total of six occasions. One of the occasions was a group interview with three social workers at the same time. Through the interviews, it appears that the collaboration has an important role in social work and the necessity is something that manifests itself in the social secretaries stories but also in the earlier research done in this area. The results show that social workers extensively want to interact but that the purpose of interaction varies depending on the nature of the matter.

Our purpose with this study was to look at the connection between social capital and integration. Particularly if meetings between people from different cultures can increase social capital and in that way affect integration. We start by identifying the social integration perspective we are going to use through out the study and then we introduce social capital theory as a way of narrowing down the field even more. The study was done through six semi structured interviews. We interviewed three women that was established in the Swedish society and three women that had immigration background.

Studien har sin utgångspunkt i ett samarbetsprojekt mellan Högskolan för Design och Konsthantverk i Göteborg och daglig verksamhet i SDF Norra Hisingen. Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka mötet i samarbetsprojektet mellan Högskolan för Design och Konsthantverk (HDK) och daglig verksamhet i SDF Norra Hisingen. Vidare är uppsatsens syfte att undersöka projektdeltagarna syn på produktens betydelse, samt delaktighet och meningsfullhet inom daglig verksamhet. Kraven på kommunerna skärps då behovet för insatsen daglig verksamhet har ökat stadigt det senaste decenniet. Detta ställer krav på både formen och innehållet.

The purpose is to examine social workers view of vulnerable children and their needs. We are also interested to know how social workers think and discuss concerning the help these children are given. Our main questions in our study are; How do social workers define vulnerable children? Which needs do vulnerable children have according to social workers? Which opportunities and difficulties might there be in the decision making when trying to help these children? Which public authorities do social workers cooperate with? Which opportunities and difficulties do social workers find in the cooperation?This study is based upon interviews with ten social workers in the social childcare division in different municipalities in Skåne region, Sweden. Our results are explained and analyzed with a qualitative approach through different aspects of power- and Human Service Organization theories.

With the expansion onto the international market almost a decade ago, Swedish energy corporation Vattenfall began it's breaking and burning of coal on German soil. Criticism aimed at Vattenfall peaked in the mid 2000s with the revelation of large quantities of carbon dioxide emissions and the re-location of villages and graveyards in German states Brandenburg and Saxony. The purpose of this thesis is to show where the responsibility for these activities lie. By analyzing the history of, and the political debate surrounding, Vattenfall, I will show that the prevailing policies of right- as well as left-wing parties in the 20th century were all, regarding this matter, market oriented. I will also show that these market promoting policies made possible a situation where the transparancy of, and state control over, Vattenfall were close to eliminated.

Social media has become an important marketing and communication tool worldwide, mostly through the largest social platforms Facebook and Twitter. With two-way communication via Internet companies has gotten the opportunity to interact and communicate directly with their customers. Facebook has been the focus point through the study because it has shown to be the most efficient and frequently used platform for communication. Our study aimed to confirm how communication via social media actually looks like. To be able to reach the best results, we have conducted the study from a phenomenological approach, which means; usage of qualitative semi-structured interviews to reflect the respondents experience on the phenomenon social media as a communication tool. Social media has shown to be a great way of communicating externally for companies who are willing to spend time engaging in the platform.
