Syftet Àr att fÄ insikt i vad som motiverar företag till att anvÀnda Social CRM, och hur de arbetar med detta för att kommunicera med sina kunder med hjÀlp av sociala nÀtverk. En kvalitativ ansats har anvÀnts dÀr tre företag inom olika branscher har blivit intervjuade; Röda Korset, Komplett ASA och Ving Sverige AB. Intervjuer har genomförts med tvÄ olika personer pÄ varje företag. Studien visar att företag som Àr verksamma i Sverige har börjat anamma de möjligheter som arbetet med Social CRM i sociala medier innebÀr. De möjligheter företagen tar upp Àr att de kan nÄ en större mÄlgrupp pÄ ett mer kostnadseffektivt sÀtt, underlÀtta dialoger och skapa en informell och personlig kontakt vilket kan leda till ökad varumÀrkeslojalitet och vÀrdefulla konkurrensfördelar.

The aim of the study is to describe social workers discretion when it comes to the relation between children placed away from home and their biological parents.The study describes how the social worker designs the contacts with the biological parents, for instance the extension for the actual meeting. The results are based on six interviews conducted with social workers who work with foster children. They have responded to questions related to the contact between children and their biological parent. The questions are based on eight vignettes. The contents of the vignettes show different conditions that affect the contact, for example age and foster care attitudes The results of the study have been compared to other previous research in discretion of the social worker and contacts between children and their biological parents.In summary the study shows that there is  high degree of independence for the social workers designing their work and that their level of discretion.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the use of social media by the Swedish Police for democratic purposes. The idea of citizen empowerment is closely related to the development of new communication technologies such as social media. Yet many studies indicate that governmental institutions rarely make use of the assumed potentials of social media.In this study, the democratic potential of social media is derived from Habermas normative concept of deliberative participation. Operational definitions emphasize discursive equality, interactive reciprocity and external impact. The analytical framework is combined with qualitative text analysis to highlight the conditions of interaction between representatives of the Police and citizens.In conclusion: the democratic potential of social media, from a Habermasian point of view, is to a significant extent neglected at the expense of its strategic advantages.

The aim of this study is to look how the Social Service has handled custody issues. The study has a legal and social aspect with a purpose to investigate how the law affects the social administration as well as the family. During a period of one year a quantitative and qualitative study was performed within the social administration in a nearby community. The study focus is partly on the relationship between the law, family and society. The main questions have been: Which one of the parents, mother or father, did in fact get the custody and why? How has the children?s point of view been reported in the inquiry? A child needs a well organized everyday life in a preferably conflict free environment.

Det hÀr arbetet har vidareutvecklat spelmotorn Nebula 3 genom att implementera ett sÀtt att inkludera grafiska anvÀndargrÀnssnitt i spel skapade med motorn, samt en nÀstan fÀrdig ny pipeline för att skapa animerade karaktÀrer för motorn. Det grafiska anvÀndargrÀnssnittet implementerades med ett tredjepartsbibliotek kallat CEGUI. Den nya pipelinen gÄr ut pÄ att man exporterar en FBX-fil med all grafisk data som sedan lÀses in och konverteras till Nebula 3s format. InlÀsningen sker med hjÀlp av Autodesks FBX SDK. Filerna som Nebula 3 behöver Àr en fil med animationsinformation, en fil med skin-information samt en fil som knyter ihop dessa.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka vad invandrarkvinnor hade för upplevelser av utbildningsprogrammet pÄ Arosdöttrarna. LÄgutbildade, invandrande kvinnor har lÀnge varit en utsatt grupp i samhÀllet, prÀglade av arbetslöshet, obetalt hemarbete och psykisk ohÀlsa. SamhÀllets insatser för integrering har inte varit tillrÀckliga vilket resulterat i att invandrarkvinnor varit hemma flera Är utan nÄgon huvudsysselsÀttning utanför hemmet. SprÄkinlÀrning och social kontakt med andra verkar enligt tidigare forskning ha varit viktigt i integrationsprocessen. Ett sÀtt har varit att ge kvinnor verktyg för att frÀmja deras empowerment, det vill sÀga, förmÄgan att hantera exempelvis problem.

In all cases involving children, the focus is on the child's needs and interests and is regulated in Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The thesis ?Vi fixar och trixar oss fram till att hjÀlpa mÀnniskor? focuses on social work in the field of prostitution and human trafficking in Sweden. Through semi-structured interviews with social workers in the municipalities of Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö working with persons selling and buying sex, and through discourse analysis, the author analyses the perceptions among these social workers of the relation between human rights, prostitution and human trafficking, and the social work which they conduct.The thesis concludes that although the social workers perceive prostitution and human trafficking and social work in this field as human rights related, they are not explicitly using a human rights based approach in their work.The thesis concludes that the social workers identify several aspects that infringe on the rights of their clients in relation to the human rights principles of Universality, Non-discrimination, Accountability and Rule of law and the principle of Participation and Inclusion. They portray the human rights situation of street based sellers, especially those not being Swedish citizens and those affected by human trafficking, as severe.The thesis concludes that the social workers find several obstacles (legal as well as structural) that diminish their ability to strengthen their clients? human rights situation.

The purpose of our study is to examine whether stress among social workers is present, and ifso, what strategies they and their supervisors use to manage work-related stress. The study isbased on a qualitative method. The data consist of interviews, with six social workers andthree supervisors. The study?s theoretical framework is based on KASAM, SOC-sense ofcoherence by Antonovsky, demand- control- support model by Karasek & Theorell, stresstheory by Hans Selye and coping strategies by Lazarus.

The social situation of elderly, 60 years of age and older, is a topic of current interest since they are the fastest growing age group in the world today. Further, social interaction becomes more important among elderly since it has a positive effect on well- being.

Jakten pÄ den försvunna stadsmÀssigheten Syftet med detta examensarbete Àr att undersöka vad fenomenet stadsmÀssighet innebÀr och att dÀrmed fÄ en djupare förstÄelse för detta stadsbyggnadsfenomen och som följd av detta pÄ ett bÀttre sÀtt kunna handskas med det i diskussion och praktiskt planeringsarbete. Examensarbetet belyser vad ett stadsmÀssigt byggande innebÀr enligt vissa betydelsefulla tadsbyggnadsteoretiker. Finns det skÀl att bygga stadsmÀssigt och vad finns det för faktorer som försvÄrar möjligheterna att skapa stadsmÀssiga stÀder? Vidare presenteras tre svenska stadsbyggnadsprojekt dÀr stadsmÀssighet har stÄtt i centrum. Arbetet baseras pÄ litteraturstudier samt studiebesök. Examensarbetet börjar med en kortfattad begreppsgenomgÄng dÀr begreppen stad, stadsmÀssighet, urban och urbanitet diskuteras.
