Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka om samband finns mellan typ av digivning respektive avvÀnjning och mjölkens sammansÀttning. Fokus ligger pÄ mjölkfettet samt fettsyrorna. De produktionssystem som tas upp Àr begrÀnsad digivning och artificiell uppfödning. BegrÀnsad digivning innebÀr att avkomman fÄr gÄ med moderdjuret vissa timmar av dygnet fram till en senare avvÀnjning jÀmfört med artificiell uppfödning dÀr avkomman skiljs frÄn moderdjuret strax efter förlossningen.

This thesis investigates and analyses the social media strategy of eight companies. How the companies measure and evaluate their activity and investments in social media channels in general, and Facebook in particular is studied through qualitative interviews. The findings are then compared and analysed. Findings indicate that companies' social media presences to a large extent are dependent on individual employees with high levels of interest for the area and that companies that have integrated social media into their others operations see more value from their efforts..

Rapporten undersöker metoder som teknikföretag anvÀnder inom produktutveckling i syfte att frÀmja ekologisk hÄllbarhet. Arbetet tar upp bakomliggande motiv till företags hÄllbarhetssatsningar samt hur dessa pÄverkar metodvalen. Vi diskuterar kring framtida utmaningar som företag stÄr inför gÀllande ekologisk hÄllbarhet i produktutvecklingen. Rapporten utgörs av en teoridel dÀr omfattande teori kring produktutveckling presenteras. Teori har huvudsakligen inhÀmtats frÄn litteratur och vetenskapliga artiklar, vilka i sig utgörs av genomförda studier av metoder etc.

Att utveckla hÄllbart innefattar att behoven hos den nuvarande generationen möts utan att Àventyra framtida generationers möjligheter. En integrerad syn pÄ hÄllbarhet Àr viktig eftersom de tre dimensionerna (ekologisk, ekonomisk och social) Àr förbundna med varandra. SamhÀllet stÀller krav pÄ arbete kring hÄllbarhetsfrÄgor och att företag tar ansvar för sina organisationer. Offentliga upphandlingar innehÄller krav pÄ att företag kommunicera sitt arbete kring hÄllbar utveckling. Studien visar pÄ att IT- företag kÀnner denna press och de arbetar stÀndigt med att förbÀttra sÀttet de kommunicerar och presenterar arbetet kring hÄllbarhet.

Den hÀr uppsatsen syftar till att ta reda pÄ om det finns nÄgot samband mellan social kompetens och stress. I uppsatsen presenteras vad social kompetens Àr och vad stress Àr. Sambandet har undersökts med hjÀlp av enkÀt med 16 slutna frÄgor, 8 som handlar om social kompetens och 8 som handlar om stress och en öppen frÄga pÄ slutet. Urvalet, som var ett bekvÀmlighetsurval, var 60 anstÀllda pÄ olika arbetsplatser i Karlskrona, av dem erhölls 52 svar. Med hjÀlp av en Pearsonkorrelation och en fenomenologisk analys visade det sig att det finns ett samband mellan social kompetens och stress.

The aim of this essay was to examine what kind of help and support social services departement can offer gamblers and their relatives. We also want to examine what the relatives to the gamblers think about the help and support they have got from the social services departement. Central questions we asked were: What kind of help and support can social services department offer the gamblers and there relatives? What kind of help is there to get for children respectively adult relatives? Do the relatives consider that the social worker have enough knowledge about the problem? Do the social workers consider that they have enough knowledge about the problem? This is a qualitative study of three women relatives to the gamblers, three social workers and one specialist in this problem. We have delimited the study to one big city in Sweden.

Uppsatsen har Àmnat bidra till diskussionen om hÄllbar utveckling genom att undersöka hur begreppet anvÀnds inom de regionala strukturfondsprogrammen. UtifrÄn de tre dimensionerna av hÄllbar utveckling, social, ekonomisk och ekologisk, undersöks hur begreppet har behandlats i de tre regionala strukturfondsprogrammen för SkÄne-Blekinge, Stockholm och Mellersta Norrland. DÀrigenom utreds ocksÄ huruvida det förekommer nÄgra regionala skillnader. Uppsatsen utreder vilka faktorer som har pÄverkat programinnehÄllet och stÀller frÄgan om regionernas syn pÄ sig sjÀlva och rummet har haft nÄgon betydelse. Vidare har uppsatsen analyserat vad dessa skillnader eller likheter kan komma att fÄ för betydelse för Sveriges regionala utvecklingsarbete.

The purpose of this study is to use a qualitative approach to get an understanding of what is expected of social workers targeted towards women managers in social services. Nine social workers were interviewed. The empirical data was then analyzed on the basis of gender theory. Respondents did not see their supervisor as a manager but more as a social worker with special tasks. Our empirical data indicates that there is a strong belief that men and women possess different properties.

The focus of this research is to investigate how the client's emotions can affect the social worker and how the social worker manages these feelings in order to make the right decisions. We have used a qualitative approach in our investigation. We have interviewed six social workers at social welfare bureaux in southern Sweden. Our theories are ?Nai?ve Theory? and ?Affect Theory?.

The purpose of this study was to examine how social work professionals view their professional role and how they think about the concept of social work. I also wanted to investigate what they believe characterize a professional social work. For the purposes of this study, I chose a qualitative approach in which I interviewed five people linked to the social work. The theories which I have assumed in the analysis of the results are power theory, organization theory and professional theory. The results of this study show that the respondents believe that a professional social work is performed by someone who has training and experience in the field.

Social sustainability is often regarded as a solution to social problems in general. In this study, on the contrary, social sustainability is conceived as a socially constructed concept and the result of a certain way of looking at the world, the human being and the ideal society. The study centers around Kinda municipality in the southern region of Östergötland and a few of its elder inhabitants. What meaning and substance social sustainability is contained with as well as the effects that are produced by these conceptualizations is explored and analyzed. The purpose of this study was to enlighten the views of male social work students on; the social work profession, social work status and their career options. Also, the study aimed at getting these students angles of approach on the fact that they, being men, are a minority group within the profession of social work. Some of the main questions were: Why does not social work as a profession seem to attract men? What about the status of the profession of social work? What were the thoughts of male social work students about this? What advantages or disadvantages did they recognise, being a minority in the profession? The method used in this study was doing separate interviews. All of the interviewed students were convinced that they had a better chance of getting a job.

In Sweden the social assistance from a historical perspective, has been a part of the social legislation, since the 18th century. In that time called poor relief. Through the centuries this has established the social assistance we have today. With focus on the child, we have attempted to illustrate how the social workers consider the child perspective when they are dealing with the social assistance. We wanted to get a view of how the social worker reasons about needs the children have and how they can see that the benefit has been provided for.
