The main purpose of this study was that, in the light of theories of how street level bureaucrats may affect the implementation of political decisions, examine and analyze the social workers interpretations of the child perspective's impact on the handling of social assistance, and what opportunities and/or limitations they feel that the organizational preconditions means for the application. The survey had a qualitative research approach and consisted of eight thematic interviews with a total of ten respondents operating in five different municipalities. Eight of the respondents were social workers dealing directly with social assitance and two had managerial positions. The results of the interviews were then analyzed with the help of an actor-structure approach to implementation and Michael Lipskys theory of street-level bureaucrats and their role as policy makers. The results of the survey showed that the respondents had relatively similar views on the child perspectives implications for work with social assistance.

Social media, with its immense and continuous flow of information, has in recent years growntremendously in terms of users and content. This increase has led companies and organizations keen to be seen within these channels of communication, but do they always have a clear idea of how andwhy, and are they aware of the risks that are associated with it? Current research on social media is somewhat divided in two. The debate concerns, among other things, what value the information on social media has, and whether the media is really a good communication channel or not. This raises several questions, for example can a company really afford to remain outside of social media with allthe information it generates? This research aims at answering these questions in order to further understand how organizations discuss social media presence and strategies.

Social enterprises are increasingly gaining ground as an organisational form in Sweden, however the institutional structures for financing these types of organisations are yet to be established. With its usual origin within the civic society, social enterprises prioritise a higher goal than to maximise economic profit, which often causes these organisations to be dependent upon resources from external constituents within its institutional environment. The aim of this study was to examine how a social enterprise, which derives from the civic society, acts to mobilise resources from constituents in its institutional environment. This was executed through a case study of Jordbro Världsorkester (JVO) - a typical organisation in the civic society which takes the form of a social enterprise - by identifying how assets were used to gain resources in strategic responses to institutional processes and examining how institutional processes affects how JVO acts. Throughout the study, qualitative interviews were conducted with JVO and constituents in its institutional environment and a theoretical framework was developed which explains how capital is used to gain more capital in an emergent strategy of strategic responses as the organisation gets in contact with institutional processes from its institutional environment.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka huruvida ett planerat förändringsinitiativ uppfattas av initiativtagare respektive mottagare samt vad detta kan ge för konsekvenser. Vi har studerat ur ett retroperspektiv ett konkret förändringsinitiativ på Kristianstads Sparbank. Ansatsen är hermeneutisk och i enlighet med denna vetenskapsambition använder vi oss av en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer. Vidare har vi använt oss av en abduktiv metod. Empirin är presenterad utifrån de tre olika kontor som är studerade.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva på vilka sätt personer med Multipel Skleros (MS) hanterar sin livssituation samt om, och i så fall hur det påverkar utförandet av aktivitet.Metoden som valdes var en systematisk litteraturstudie. I studien ingick tio stycken artiklar som valdes enligt uppsatta inklusions- och exklusionskriterier. De tio inkluderade artiklarna kvalitetsgranskades och analyserades.Resultatet visade att det var en omöjlighet att leva med MS utan att bli påverkad av dess inverkan då MS inkräktade på många områden i en persons liv. Den variation på symptom som följer med MS begränsade och hade negativ påverkan på aktivitet, sysselsättning och välmående. Det visade sig vara av stor vikt och betydelsefullt för personer med MS att hitta sätt att hantera sina svårigheter på.

This paper examined if childrens wellbeing affected their social and academic competence. The data was collected through an anonymous study using questionnaires, where the measuring instruments GHQ12 and EQ was used, and also a number of questions concerning academic competence. The population concisted twentytwo eight grade students, both girls and boys. The population had both Swedish and foreign ancestry. The result showed that wellbeing and the academic competence had a positive correlation.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to examine how public libraries use socialmedia for marketing purposes, and what librarians think about this. My focus of this thesislies on what librarians think about marketing of libraries through social media and if theythink that marketing through social media can create a better relationship between the libraryand its users. The questions I wanted to answer were:? Libraries using social media, for what purpose do they use them? ? Do the libraries choose to use social media to market their organization? Why? ? What attitudes exist among librarians about marketing through social media?The theoretical framework for this thesis is Evert Gummessons model off Relationshipmarketing and the process of Internet marketing, which both are based on relationalperspective. The methodology used for this study was structured interviews.

Vid främre korsbandsruptur (ACLD) och efter främre korsbandsrekonstruktion (ACLR) har man sett att muskelaktiveringsmönstret, den neuromuskulära kontrollen, är förändrad. Senare års forskning har intresserat sig för detta då musklernas aktiveringsmönster tros kunna ha betydelse för knäets funktion. Kunskap om muskelaktiveringsmönster kan därmed vara en viktig del i den framtida behandlingen av patienter med ACLD samt ACLR.

?The modern library in the network society?A study of cultural politicians and librarians opinions about libraries' use of social mediaSocial media is becoming more and more interacted in our daily lives and Carlsson (2013) argues that today's libraries have undergone major challenges in the digital information technology's entry in the library arena. The new technology has led to sum up in one question: how a library should relate to the digital information technology, the issue has applied in particular the social communications media, such as Facebook, Twitter and more. The purpose of this paper is to examine the culture of politicians and librarians 'perceptions of public libraries' use of social media linked to the libraries and their democracy promotion efforts. This is analyzed from Castells theories about the network society and the digital divide.In summary, the study concluded that the majority of the culture politicians and librarians believe that social media is a part of the future of the library.

Ett kostsamt och alltmer utbrett problem i västvärlden är arbetsrelaterad stress. Fenomenet uppkommer till följd av en rad olika faktorer på arbetet samt i arbetsmiljön och är ett skadligt tillstånd för individen som drabbas. Enligt Europeiska kommissionen bör arbetsgivare aktivt arbeta för att motverka arbetsrelaterad stress. Förutom dessa rekommendationer är svenska arbetsgivare enligt den svenska arbetsmiljölagen dessutom skyldiga att vidta alla åtgärder som krävs för att förebygga fysisk såväl som psykisk ohälsa hos arbetstagaren. Uppsatsen syftar till att kunna inspirera och vägleda företagsledare och mellanchefer till olika stressförebyggande åtgärder som vilar på en vetenskapligt beprövad grund.

The aim of this study was to examine the view of social service workers on the secondary housing market based upon their work with social investigations regarding people with a difficult substance abuse. The foundation of this study rests upon a phenomenon, which according to other scholars, occurs in the secondary housing market in Sweden. The secondary housing market consists of a multitude of housing projects that social services provide for people who are homeless. The phenomenon is that the secondary housing market contains a number of demands aimed at the clients who live in these housing projects. If a client fails to live up to the demands it can sometimes lead to negative consequences which results in an exclusion from the housing projects.

Bakgrund och problem:Det finns motstridiga resultat i tidigare forskning, men fördelarna med affärssystem kan styrkas genom ett flertal forskarstudier. Vidare skapar det motiv till vår studie och vad en implementering av affärssystem kan skapa för betydelse och möjligheter för svenska företag vid deras interna kontroll och riskhantering. Dels genom hur det kan främja företagens fortbestånd, men även effektivisera och stödja de olika processerna i organisationen. En implementering av affärssystem kan innebära vissa svagheter och skapa problem för företagen, vilket studien behandlar genom riskhantering i form av alternativa eller kombinerade typer av lösningar.Frågeställning och syfte:Syftet utgår från studiens frågeställning och lyder enligt följande:Studiens syfte är att beskriva och diskutera hur intern kontroll och riskhantering kan förbättras genom implementering av affärssystem.Metod:Då syftets roll och funktion är att öka förståelsen utgår studien från en kvalitativ undersökning. Respondenterna representerar både chefsnivån och den operativa nivån på företagen, vilket bidrar till den ökade förståelsen och med en helhetssyn och olika perspektiv i beaktande.

This paper deals whit the problems concerning social organisation in the county of Dalarna in middle Sweden during the Middle Ages 1050- 1528. This paper also deals whit the every day ife in Dalarna during the same period. In the paper archaeology, ethnology, history and osteology is used in order to create a so accurate as possibly picture of every day life at the farm, the villa and the keep. Each environment is compared to each other in order to try to see the social structure of the county. The geographic frame for the paper is the part of Sweden above the border zone of Limes Norrlandicus, or lower Norrland.The results presented in the paper shows that Dalarna most probably had a flat social organisation in the meaning that the every day life and its artefacts was much the same in all the environments.

The aim of the study was to examine how substance abuse influences social relationships to families, friends and others. Five ex addicts in a treatment centre were interviewed. We used thematic interviews with themes that we regarded as relevant for our study. In the analysis we applied the theoretical concept of symbolic interactionism. Theories of emotions also helped us to explain feelings that arise in the social relationships.

The aim of the thesis was to explore the attitudes toward social documentation held by care personnel, as well as factors that could have an impact on the process of social documentation. The study is based on a survey encompassing 100 respondents working as care personnel at six different eldercare units at Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The data was analyzed by quantitative methods, using a statistical software package (SPSS). The main questions in the study are whether the respondents know how, what and why they should document, what obstacles they experience and what they would need in order to document more or better, as well as whether there are factors that influence their attitudes and knowledge regarding documentation. The key results show that more time is the most common need, and lack of time the most common obstacle to social documentation reported by the respondents. Furthermore, the results show that those who report that they are satisfied with their working conditions are most likely to also report that they know how and why social documentation should be conducted. These results suggest that it is urgent for organizations to create good working conditions in order to increase motivation for social documentation. The results are analyzed using organizational theories.
