Intimate partner violence (IPV) is a recognized social problem. The IPV is common in all types of intimate relations, this essays purpose was focused on the violence performed by women against men. To find the social workers conceptions the study conducted a survey sent to local social service in Sweden. The essay had a statistic approach to visualize the social workers conceptions, and a discursive approach to focus on the language used in text answers. Different aspects of the violence were explored to find the conceptions.

Studien har tagit sin utgångspunkt i det kunskapsintensiva arbetslivet där individen ses som kunskapsbärare. Det blir avgörande för organisationen att ta tillvara på denna kunskap och således ställs kunskapshantering centralt för studien. Syftet har varit att undersöka hur chefer upplever och uttrycker hur individburen kunskap kan komma organisationen till gagn. För kunskapsöverföring, mellan individ och organisation, har forskning betonat vikten av ett kollektivt lärande. Studien utgår därför från ett socialt perspektiv på lärande.Med hjälp av en kvalitativ strategi med semistrukturerade intervjuer inhämtades empirin.

This thesis was written by order of Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Company, a PR- consultancy firm located in Gothenburg. The assignment was to investigate social media in Pr- activities. The thesis is formed by three main categories:? What is social media?? Who are using social media?? How can you use social media in public relations?The information which is being presented in this thesis is based on academic reports, interviews and research on social media blogs and lectures. Kunskap och förståelse för kommunikation och interaktion mellan sjuksköterskan och barn/föräldrar är nödvändigt för att förbättra patientsäkerheten. Alla har rätt att få information utifrån sina egna förutsättningar, individanpassad information. Litteraturstudiens syfte var att belysa kommunikationens betydelse för föräldrars delaktighet i barnets vård. Både kvantitativa och kvalitativa artiklar hittades vilket matchade syftet. Slutsatserna i artikelresultaten ledde fram till följande kategorier: omgivande faktorer, sjuksköterskans förhållningssätt och kommunikationsstrategier.

I vår kvalitativa undersökning har vi utifrån observationer av ett grupparbete studerat elevers interaktion. Våra forskningsfrågor gällande roller, förhållningssätt och kommunikativa strategier har varit grunden för vår analys. Vi observerade en grupp elever i årskurs 4 vid två tillfällen. Under observationerna använde vi oss av videokamera och kompletterade med loggboksanteckningar. Filminspelningarna och anteckningarna bearbetades och intressanta sekvenser valdes ut som transkriberades.

Idag har vi helt annan syn på utbildning och arbete än tidigare, människan förväntas att vara aktiv inom utbildning, lärande och färdighetsutveckling under hela sitt liv. Individer utvecklar social kompetens i samvaro med andra människor, olika människor bidrar på olika sätt till omvandling av individens identitet. Mitt syfte med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur vuxenutbildning bidrar till utveckling av individens sociala kompetens och förmågan till reflexivitet. Frågeställningar som besvarades är: · Hur gestaltar sig medvetenhet om social kompetens hos lärare och elever vid vuxenutbildningen? · Hur arbetar man med utveckling av social kompetens och förmågan till reflexivitet hos deltagare inom vuxenutbildningen? · Hur utvecklas individens identitet av deltagande i utbildningen? · På vilket sätt kan man förbättra vuxenutbildning, så att den i större omfattning medverkar till utveckling av social kompetens? För att besvara frågeställningar har jag använt mig av den kvalitativa metoden.

Många drabbas av social ångest. Vikt och kroppsuppfattning relaterar till social ångest men sambandet behöver tydliggöras. Syftet med studien var att se hur mycket av variationen i social ångest över tid som kan förklaras av vikt-, och kroppsrelaterade mått, samt undersöka könsskillnader. Studien var longitudinell och baserades på en enkätundersökning vid två insamlingstillfällen med ett års mellanrum (N=361). Resultatet visade att upplevd övervikt, felaktigt upplevd övervikt, kön och kroppsnöjdhet tillsammans förklarade 7 % av variationen i social ångest över tid.

Vi har i denna uppsats haft som syfte att studera butikssäljare och hur de agerar i sin yrkesroll. Fokus i denna uppsats ligger på hur butikssäljarna själva upplever sin yrkesroll och de uppgifter som följer med den. Då vi har utfört denna studie utifrån en deduktiv ansats har vi använt oss av Erving Goffmans rollteorier som teoretiska antaganden. Studien har utförts utifrån en kvalitativ ansats och vi har till denna undersökning gjort ett strategiskt urval om sex informanter som alla jobbar i olika butiker. Dessa informanter har vi sedan utfört kvalitativa intervjuer med.

Earlier studies and research on the subject of perception and social media during the working process resulted in a change of the problem. At first the focus of the study was to examine how social media affects the perception of a brand although later on the problem had to be developed to instead examine if social media reflects the perception of a brand. The purpose of this study is to figure out if social media reflects consumer?s perception of a brand. This will contribute to company?s knowledge on how important social media is in their branding and will give pointers on how many resources that is necessary to spend on branding in social media.

Unemployment and long term unemployment is a reality for a large number of people in Sweden. This may be the result of structural changes in the labor market, but involves a wide range of issues. Along with other actors, the social services are obliged to support the long term unemployed to find a job. The aim of this study was to describe and analyze the work done by social workers towards the long term unemployed, 25-49 years old, in two municipalities. We performed altogether six qualitative interviews.

The purpose of my study is to contribute with knowledge about three teachers? view on the possibilities and difficulties to support students with intellectual disabilities insocial interaction.to get answers to my research questions in the analysis I have in my qualitative study used the theory of Fleck's model about thinking styles rooted in a socio-cultural perspective. In the study, I have used semi-structured interviews. My study shows that teacher?s way of thinking affect students' opportunities to practice social interaction. An important finding in the study was that the school management?s attitude, is of great importance for educator?s opportunities to support the students with intellectual disability in social interactions.

The purpose with this essay is to take part of the process when a family is placed on the family-institution, Trollbacken. We want to know what makes the social welfare secretaries place a family in institutional care. Has Trollbacken lived up to the social welfare secretary expectations and are the social welfare secretaries following Trollbackens recommendation regarding the follow up treatment. We also want to know to what value the social welfare secretary assigns Trollbackens investigation and are they able to see changes in the family due to the placing on Trollbacken. The method is qualitative and is based on interviews from six social welfare secretaries that work around and in West Sweden.

The purpose with our essay was to increase our knowledge about what social workers, with experience from working with drug addicts, perceive as the explanations to a person stopping the abuse and succeed in staying drug free. Our framing of the question was:- How do social workers define the term drug free?- How big a roll do the social worker believes she/he has in the process in which a person stops abusing drugs?- How do the social worker work with a person towards getting that person drug free?- What do the social worker believe to be the reason why a person stops abusing drugs?- What do the social worker perceive as helpful for a person to stay drug free?We did qualitative interviews with six social workers. Our main conclusion was that it is difficult to define the term drug free. The reason for stropping the drug abuse can vary, it can be the family situation, "hitting rock bottom", finding love or tiring.
