SammanfattningFörfattaren Kristoffer Larsson har skrivit rapporten tillsammans med grävlastarstillverkaren Huddig i Hudiksvall. Rapporten beskriver nyutvecklingen av Huddigs spakkonsoler. Bakgrunden till examensarbetet är att Huddig har haft kontinuerlig utveckling av sin interiör och hytt men spakkonsolerna har inte följt med i den utvecklingen. Målet med examensarbetet var att ta fram fyra olika prototyper med hänsyn på utformning, handergonomi, knapplacering, trängstyrningsfunktion, rototilt, materialval och tillverkningsmetod.För att författaren skulle få en bild av vad det fanns för kundsynpunkter och vad andra personen som har en relation till Huddig har för synpunkter gjordes en marknadsundersökning. Därefter följde arbetet med att bryta ned arbetet och produkten i delar med olika metoder.Åtta olika konceptförslag skissades fram och slutligen sållades sex olika delar från koncepten fram.

Syftet är att undersöka skapandeprocessen för strategiska allianser i ett nyetablerat respektive ett etablerat högteknologiskt företag och därigenom bidra till ökad förståelse för utvecklingen av alliansbildande i högteknologiska företags första faser av livscykeln. Uppsatsen bygger på fallstudier av två bioteknikföretag, MIP Technologies och BioInvent. Utifrån en teoretisk referensram analyseras fallstudierna, därav skapas en illustration för hur skapandeprocessen för strategiska allianser är konstruerad för nyetablerade och etablerade företag inom högteknologiska branscher. Denna illustration utgör en röd tråd genom uppsatsen för att läsare enkelt ska kunna förstå och följa med i resonemanget. Skapandeprocessen delas i tre element som analyseras separat; drivkrafter, sökprocess och formalisering.

Piezoelektriska material används flitigt i olika sensorer då de kan generera en mätbar elektrisk signal vid tryck eller töjning. Arbetet utreder hur ett piezoelektriskt garn innehållandes Polyvinyldiflourid (PVDF) påverkas av faktorer som långvarig mekanisk deformation, fukt och värme. Fokus har legat på det piezoelektriska garnets egenskaper men projektet undersöker också hur integrering i tyg samt applicering i en textil produkt fungerar. Det piezoelektriska garnet har utsatts för ett stort antal tester. I de flesta tester har proverna utvärderats genom cyklisk deformation i en extensometer.

Vaccinology is an ever expanding field. As a member of the veterinary staff it is important to stay up to date with the continuous new scientific data and recommendations that affect the care that our companion animals receive at the veterinary clinic. This paper presents adverse vaccination reactions, their cause, risk factors and suggestions how we can minimize the risk of adverse vaccine events in dogs. Dog owners in Sweden were allowed to answer a questionnaire about adverse events following vaccination. Lethargy, edema and pruritus were among the most frequently seen adverse effects.

Z39.50 is a standard protocol designed to create an interface between diverse computer databases for diverse information needs. Since it has to be adjustable it is also complex and demands a certain degree of expertise when being set. However, the aim of this paper is not to make a theoretical description but to examine certain conditions in practice. From the perspective of Swedish research libraries two principal hypotheses are examined: 1) the implementation of a given technology (Z39.50) is primarily influenced by social circumstances, and 2) the way in which the technology is implemented will bias the results of information retrieval. For this examination we need a framework of theories concerning the relationship between technological development and society, organisational theories and database theories.

In the spring of 2009 Silva Sweden AB was contacted for a collaboration within the scope of a MasterThesis project. The company had discussed the possibility to develop a device that monitors usermovement during different types of exercise. The objective of this Master Thesis has therefore been todevelop and design a multi training device that records the user?s physical performance during severalactivities. The purpose of the thesis project has been to use scientific methods for product development inorder to design a multi device that supplements Silva?s range of products.The project followed a product development process divided into four phases; Market Analysis, ConceptCreation, Concept Development and Construction.

As a part of Göteborg Energi?s work towards a smarter electric grid, the company has chosen to investigate the possibilities of automation in their middle voltage grid. In Europe, there are example cases where these technologies already are installed which many articles on the CIRED conference 2011 proved. Netcontrol Oy in Finland has, together with Tekla, created an automated SCADA system that Vattenfall in Finland today uses. The grid mainly consists of 10 kV open loop fed city grid and this automation is mainly designed for this type of grid.

Många av de verksamheter som bedrivs på landsbygden genererar mervärden för allmänheten. Förutom livsmedel och energi ger verksamheter på landsbygden bland annat öppna landskap och en levande landsbygd, som de kan subventioneras för genom landsbygdsprogrammet. Under 2014 inleds den nya programperioden för landsbygdsprogrammet som sträcker sig till 2020. Programmet ska sträva efter målsättningarna inom EU2020 strategin som är en hållbar och smart tillväxt för alla. För att få bäst effekt av det ekonomiska stöd som kan sökas ur det kommande programmet tar samtliga länsstyrelser fram regionala urvalskriterier, som handläggare vid länsstyrelsen kan använda vid bedömning av ansökningar för stöd, och som är anpassade efter länets förutsättningar, behov och prioriteringar.

The objective of this study is to investigate a new pedagogical material called 4DFrame, how it is experienced by informants and how suitable it is in education - in particular mathematics. Socioculturalperspective has a central role in this study when students are given opportunities for linguistic and social interaction during the experiment with the new pedagogical material. The methodology for this study has been visits, interviews, and observations. The study reveals that there are different views on the didactic potential for mathematics of the new teaching material, though no conclusions can be drawn regarding whether this material is more or less suitable in teaching since no research have been found that compares this with other pedagogical materials. Both national and international studies show the need to find alternative and better ways to make mathematic education meaningful.

Sweden has a natural gas grid extending along the west coast, from Trelleborg to Stenungsund. There are also several smaller local networks where a planned natural gas pipeline from Skutskär to Hofors prompted the need for a comprehensive study. This study examines the linkages that exist in terms of technology and market of natural gas and biogas in Sweden. Sweden has set high targets for the future with ambition to become independent of coal and oil as energy sources. Since 1985, a part of the solution has been import of Danish natural gas.
