Today there is a limited demand for quality certified cereal in Sweden. The demand can in the future increase and become a requirement for the entire market. Since the first of January 2005, grain producers in Sweden are food producers and traceability is important for the food industry. It is possible for grain producers to certify the productions under the certification IP SIGILL. The purpose of this essay is to explore why some grain producers continue to be certified while other producers end the IP SIGILL certification.

Prokrastinering innebär att frivilligt skjuta upp en viktig aktivitet, trots vetskapen om att det leder till stress, ångest och ytterligare negativa konsekvenser. Enligt forskning anses 80-95 % av alla högskolestudenter prokrastinera,  50 % av studenterna uppger att detta leder till problem. Self-efficacy är individens tilltro till den egna förmågan att klara av saker. Syftet med studien var att undersöka prokrastinering i relation till self-efficacy och studieresultat. Metoden som användes var en webbenkät där två mätinstrument kombinerades, varav dessa är välkända inom forskning på området, Procrastination Assessment Scale for Students samt College Academic Self-efficacy Scale.

Pallco is a subcontractor that is specialized on steel and aluminium components.The aim of the report is to show an improvement proposal that leads to a reduction of the storage and improve the flow through the production of one item that is a part of a product that Pallco manufactures.With the increasing competition from other countries who can manufacture with lower costs must Swedish companies try to make theirs manufacturing as efficient as possible and remove all waste. By using the tools of Lean Production it is possible to reduce the costs and increase the efficiency.The method we used is value stream mapping. A map of the present condition has been made and then different improvement proposal were discussed. A map of a future condition has also been designed..

This study has investigated the possibilities of implementing lean in a division of a hospital in Stockholm. The goal was to reduce the lead time for the patient to get his diagnose by implementing lean in the two production flows of this division. In order to accomplish it, a complete map over the value stream has been done. With the help of the value stream map and lean theory a list over the processes in contradiction with lean has been made. Finally propositions to implement lean and by this way reduce the lead times in this stream have been made out.

Utvärderandet av instrument och metoder är väsentligt för att avgöra validiteten och reliabiliteten av studiers resultat. I den här studien utvärderades delskalan Emotional Regulation. Delskalan ingår i Social Competence Scale (Corrigan, 2003) och användes som underlag för observationer av barn i åldern 4-5 år inom implementeringsförsöket av preventionsprogrammet PsPATHS i Sverige. Totalt deltog 132 barn vid två separata observationstillfällen. Två explorativa faktoranalyser med olika estimationsmetoder (ML och GLS) resulterade i en enfaktorslösning.

This is something that both the farmers and the consumers can profit from. This study aims to form the basis for creating environmental indicators for use of nitrogen and energy on dairy farms. Twenty-three farmers in western Sweden have been interviewed about their farms, both organic and conventional. They produce milk with different intensity, defined as the amount of milk delivered (sold) per hectare of arable land.

Newly built urban environments are a prominent feature of contemporary Swedish cities, yet are often experienced as anonymous and difficult to feel belonging to. This study examined which physical and aesthetic characteristics of newly built urban environments in Gothenburg co-vary with experiences of placelessness, how these experiences vary between different types of urban environments, and how they relate to individuals' attachment to the city.The study was based on a quantitative survey of 98 respondents, distributed through Gothenburg-oriented groups on social media. Respondents assessed photographs of four newly built urban environments: Kvilleb?cken, Masthuggskajen, Fixfabriken and G?taverken using a placelessness index derived from six statements on a five-point Likert scale. The physical and aesthetic characteristics of each area were coded by the researcher along three dimensions: scale, level of detail, and compositional order.

Ett sekundärt syfte var att undersöka om måttlig intensitet av fysisk aktivitet är starkare korrelerat till de tre psykologiska begreppen än lätt och ansträngande intensitet. Studiens population (n=126) var mellan 26 och 65 år från ett sjukhus i södra Sverige. Fysisk aktivitet mättes genom Godin Leisure-Time Exercise Questionnaire (Godin & Shepard, 1985), psykologisk välbefinnande genom Psychological Well-Being Scale (Ryff, 1989), självkänsla genom Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1989) och arbetstillfredsställelse genom skalan Arbetstrivsel (Hellgren, Sjöberg & Sverke, 1997 baserad på Brayfield & Rothe, 1951). Resultatet visade att arbetstillfredsställelse kan prediceras av fysisk aktivitet och psykologiskt välbefinnande, psykologisk välbefinnande kan prediceras av arbetstillfredsställelse och självkänsla och självkänsla kan prediceras av psykologiskt välbefinnande.
