Aim:               Our aim is to make a critical review of the glorification of leadership, by describing the practical work of leaders, compared to what is written in management literature.    Method:         We have applied a qualitative approach in our study and implemented seven interviews to illustrate our respondents? experiences and opinions. All of our respondents have leading positions with their current companies. To analyse the results from our interviews, we have compared them with literature written in the subject, mostly management literature.                   Results & Conclusions:  We have concluded that there is a connection between the theory and our empirical material.

Att amputera ett ben är en svår förlust för patienten. Syftet var att undersöka hur det är att leva med och anpassa sig till en benamputation. Elva vetenskapliga artiklar utgör grunden i litteraturstudien. Resultatet visade att patienterna upplevde en förlust av den fysiska funktionsförmågan vilket bidrog till att många slutade arbeta. Utseendeförändringen medförde isolering och att många av de tidigare fritidsaktiviteterna lades ned.

??I ett systemutvecklingsprojekt är kravspecifikation en av de främsta nyckelfaktorerna för att åstadkomma ett system som samtliga inblandade aktörer känner sig tillfredsställda med. Teorin innehåller ett stort antal riktlinjer och tekniker som hjälpmedel i arbetet med att ta fram komplett kravspecifikation.  När ett system väl har implementerats och sats i drift är vidareutveckling, anpassning samt underhåll av stor betydelse för hur väl systemet kommer att fungera i framtiden, som präglas av förändring. Trots detta förekommer det betydligt färre rekommendationer angående hur receptet för ett lyckat systemförvaltningsarbete kan uppnås. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur processen för att samla in krav under systemförvaltningsfasen och med vilka tekniker krav detta sker och påvisa likheter och skillnader teori och praktik emellan.

With gas prices persistently rising, electric and hybrid vehicles are getting more and more common and in recent years several new electric cars have evolved on the market. Although the energy consumption and low emissions are a huge benefit of the electric cars, they inevitably suffer from high prices, short range and time consuming recharging periods. To be able to withstand the competition it is important that electric vehicles not only can withstand general were and tare, but also the harsh conditions that ordinary cars is exposed to in daily usage. The purpose of this project is to develop a test methodology which replicate situations that could appear in daily usage of electric or hybrid cars and to understand the problems related to usage of electric cars in winter conditions. This paper also discusses the major differences between hybrid cars and electric cars.

Male violence against women in close relations has in recent years received increased attention, however, only identified as a problem in approximately 40 years. It is now a social problem that is constantly increasing, but the identification of the phenomenon has been possible thanks to the research on the subject. The purpose of this study is to, from a woman's own story, identify psychological processes in connection with the assault. The aim is also to confirm previous research on the phases of the abused go through until decampment and identify possible consequences of violence against women. I also aim to answer the question regarding the assistance of individuals in extreme situations while getting back to society.

Syftet med den aktuella studien var att genom en forskningsöversikt beskriva arbetsterapeutiska interventioner vid sexuella aktivitetsproblem. Litteratursökningen genomfördes i databaser och genom manuell sökning. Tio artiklar uppfyllde inklusionskriterierna och analyserades genom en kvalitativ innehållsanalys med ICF (International Classicfication of Functioning, Disability and Health) som analysredskap utifrån kategorierna: aktivitet, delaktighet och omgivningsfaktorer. Resultatet visade på möjliga arbetsterapeutiska interventioner vid sexuella aktivitetsproblem. Interventionerna kan bland annat innebära anpassning av den fysiska omgivningen, förslag på olika hjälpmedel eller alternativa tekniker för att underlätta genomförandet vid sexuella aktiviteter.

This study concerns the experiences and feelings students in intermediate school gain from the changing room to sports class. It is a qualitative study with a socio-cultural approach, which has been analysed in a hermeneutic way. The students? voices have been heard through interviews and questionnaires, and furthermore, to get a broader perspective, adults working in school, have also been interviewed. The study shows that many children feel discomfort without clothes in the changing room, furthermore that the absence of adults in this room may add to exercise of power amongst the student, like abuse, direct- and indirect threats or to exclude someone from the group.

In addition to all our soldiers and officers who do military services abroad there are a lot of people who are affected by their choice to contribute, namely their next of kin. This report deals only with those who are next of kin to those who perform service abroad. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relatives' need for emotional and social support as well as practical and economical support. The main question is What kind of practical/economical and emotional/social support do close relatives require when a relative does military service abroad? The method used in this paper is a qualitative research interview.

This thesis focuses on information seeking and use by volunteers and employees in women?s organisations helping women who have been subject to violence. These organisations for example provide help and support, legal assistance and temporary shelter. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with five women working in Terrafem, which is a women?s organisation directed towards women with a non-Swedish background.

Vi står idag inför förändringar i klimatet så som ökad nederbörd och ökade temperaturer som kommer påverka våra städer. Klimatföränd- ringarnas förlopp är komplexa och behöver därför lång tid på sig för att reagera fullt ut på olika slags påverkan. Anpassning till klimatför- ändringarnas effekter blir därför en nödvändighet även om olika be- gränsningsåtgärder vidtas. Grönska har visat sig vara effektiv för att anpassa städer då den verkar temperatursänkande och även kan ta hand om nederbörd på ett effektivt sätt. Stadens utformning och tillgången på grönytor har betydelse för framtida klimateffekter vilket betyder att fysisk planering har en central och viktig roll i arbetet med att lindra klimatförändringarnas effekter.

?Det finns idag dubbelt så många konstnärer än tidigare? , vilket enligt Dan Wolgers säkerligen har påverkat den mer liberala synen på företagande och marknadskommunikation bland den yngre generationen konstnärer. Att det är ett annat klimat än tidigare är de flesta överens om och frågan är hur detta klimat har skapat möjligheter eller hinder för konstnären att verka i företagsvärlden. Uppsatsens fokus ligger på konstnärens förmåga att kommunicera, vilket även har visat sig vara den starkaste länken mellan konstnär och företagare.Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ ansats med intervjuer av bl.a. konstnärerna Ernst Billgren och Dan Wolgers för att undersöka hur deras värderingar och erfarenheter överensstämmer med det teoretiska fältet inom marknadskommunikation och konst.Vi har kunnat utläsa ett visst motstånd mot dessa företagsekonomiska intressen och det tydliga glappet mellan konst och marknadsföring gör att det uppstår ett hinder för konstnärer som vill använda sig av marknadskommunikation.

The essay deals with questions concerning the reasons, difficulties and subjects for rejoicing which various people experience when visiting "voluntarily" old, lonely people in the congregation of Trollhättan. What knowledge is developed and which values are formed? How is aging and solitude experienced? The visits are co-ordinated by two lay workers employed by the Swedish Church. The study is built on oral interviews in April and May 2003 from a questionaire using open questions. The research group consists of six women between 65-80 of age with 1-30 years´ experience.Inner reasons, contact with other people in similar situations, positive responses to visits, and meetings in the visiting service group seem to be the principal driving forces.

The purpose of this paper is to give a view of how violence and victims has been portrayed in novels. I have chosen 6 books where the main character is a child who has been exposed to physical, mental and/or sexual violence. I have asked questions to the book and I have tried to find patterns in the child's strategy to cope with violence and how the violence is described. I have also written two chapters about earlier studies of this field and theoretical standpoints. The main perspective I present is the salutogenese perspective and how people create meaningfulness in their lives.The children in the books have different ways to handle their situations.

We want in this paper, by using participant observation and qualitative interviews, comecloser to an understanding of what meaning a language café might have for the peoplewho go there. Many of the visitors are people who recently moved to Sweden and are inthe middle of a process of learning Swedish. We want to get a further insight into howthey feel about their situation and what the social encounters on the language café mightmean to them. The purpose is to examine how this can have significance for the identitydevelopment of the visitors.The result shows that the language café is an important place for the visitors because itis the only place they can go to in order to practice speaking Swedish, which isimportant for them to find their place in Sweden. The language café also fulfils animportant function of a place where the visitors can receive an understanding of theSwedish society and reflect about it, but also a place for self-reflection to see theopportunities in the situations they find themselves in.
