Vi har gjort en kvalitativ undersökning där syftet är att genom intervjuer med lärare, försöka få mer och ny kunskap om hur man kan underlätta och hjälpa barn med diagnosen ADHD i en skola för alla. Vi har intervjuat lärare och en fritidspedagog från åk F ? 5, alla med olika erfarenhet och tjänster. Våra informanter består av två lärare, två specialpedagoger och en assistent/fritidspedagog. Alla medverkande jobbar på skolor i mindre orter.Undersökningen ger ett resultat om hur en lärare bemöter barn med diagnosen ADHD i en skola för alla.

The aim of this masters thesis was to study how the members of a small non-profit organisation perceived the web forum, compared to the other information channels of the organisation. The organisation was defined as a virtual community. A literature review was conducted. The theory construction was based on the sensemaking theory. Interview questions were constructed based on the literature review and the sensemaking theory.

The purpose of this qualitative interview study was to examine which approach experienced pre-school teachers have on children that seek negative attention. The study contains five informants in a city in the middle of Sweden and they all have at least 10 years of experience after their diploma from a pre-school teachers? program. The questions I aimed to answer were the following: How did the pre-school teachers define the expression ?negative attention?? What approach did they have on children that seek negative attention? What effects do the childrens? seeking of negative attention generate on their self-esteem and sense of security? How possible do the pre-school teachers feel it is to achieve the goals of the pre-schools? curricula that every child should get their needs respected and met, when they work with children that seek negative attention? The results showed that the teachers think of them as resources in the group and that they need to think of the environment around these children both at home and at the pre-school to better meet their needs.

The aim of this paper was to describe the phenomenon of threats and violence within a Swedish penal institution. The study was thematized according to the three main research questions. These were as follows; The threats and violence prison staff have experienced in their workplace (I) how these experiences affected them in their work performances (II) and in their private life (III). By a qualitative design, in-depth interviews were carried out with four persons who are, or formerly have been, gainfully employed at a penal institution. Concepts from the theory of symbolic interactionism and a theory of human action have been used in the analysing process of this paper.

The present study tested the prediction that male offenders are judged more harsly than female offenders for involving in a violent crime. Three-hundred and fifty-four adult students (163 men, 190 women, 1 unspecified gender) evaluated a hypothetical crimescenario describing a violent conflict between two parties, as part of a 2 (Informants Gender: Male/Female) x 3 (Offender Gender Triad: Male/Female/Neutral) x 3 (Victim Gender Triad: Male/Female/Neutral) between-subjects design. In situations involving male offenders, compared to female offenders, the informants judged the male offenders more harshly which exposed a double standard, as we expected. Informants also believed that it was more likely that a male offender was a recidivist..

Syftet med studien var att ta reda pa? hur man kan fra?mja lek fo?r barn med autistiska symptom som bor pa? korttidsboenden. En kvalitativ intervjuunderso?kning gjordes med sex deltagare och analyserades sedan genom en tolkande fenomenologisk analys (IPA). Fyra huvudteman med tillho?rande tva? underteman var valdes ut.

Detta examensarbete syftar till att skapa en digital översiktsplan för Bengtsfors kommun. Arbetet har gått ut på att digitalisera kartdata samt att bygga upp en databas med kartinformation och attributdata, för att få en fungerande översiktsplan, med ökad tillgänglighet för politiker och tjänstemän. Utifrån att ha fört en dialog med länsstyrelsen och studerat olika översiktsplaner har en databasbeskrivning arbetats fram. Kartorna har digitaliserats i AutoKa PC och lagrats i RT 90 2,5 gon väst, och sedan förts över till Mapinfo där även attributen lagrats. Kartorna har lagrats i olika skikt i mif- format.

En av fyra kvinnor beräknades få missfall innan de fyllt 39 år. Ett missfall kan leda till ångest, depression, ilska och förvirring, vilket ger ett upphov till hjälp och stöd för att kunna hantera känslorna, dels från anhöriga och dels från vårdpersonal. Syftet med studien var att belysa kvinnors livsvärld i samband med missfall. Litteraturstudien baserades på åtta vetenskapliga artiklar med kvalitativ ansats. Artiklarna bearbetades med induktiv innehållsanalys.

In this study the author attempts to identify factors that are determinants for why some pupils in Swedish grade school have high status in comparison with their peers. The study takes on the characteristics of both an ethnographic and a literature study by comparing the findings of interviews carried out with students of a first grade class with previous research. The study identify several tools for analyzing of how status may be understood in specific situations.The study also finds that important factors for gaining high status amongst children in aschool classes might be the ability to apply access strategies to get accepted in social interactions, such as game play, have the ability to create games that are enjoyed by peers and social skills, to name a few. Overall the study shows that children's game play with each otherare crucial for their social interactions and their social position. The study also show that children that have earlier established relationships with other children in a specific group alsohave a better opportunity to establish a high status position..

The aim of this study has been to create an understanding for the situation of an often forgotten group in foster care, the carers? own children. Our main focus has been the experience this group has of foster care, their experience of participation in caring for the foster children and their possible need of support and help. Our chosen method has been qualitative interviews with six adult children of foster carers, two men and four women. The theory used in this study has been Sense of Coherence.Our interviewees gave mainly a positive description of being part of a foster family even though they could give examples of difficult situation and of loss.

Syftet med studien är att få kunskap om hur bankernas rekryteringsprocess ser ut och om den är anpassad efter de förhållanden som råder i dag.Inför studien har vi antagit en hermeneutisk verklighetssyn. Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ undersökning med en abduktiv forskningsansats. Empirin har samlats in med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Vi har fokuserat på teorier rörande behov, gruppdynamik, traditionella bedömningsmetoder samt olika tester.Intervjuer med sju respondenter har genomförts, varav fyra arbetar inom HR-funktioner, två är avdelningschefer och en facklig representant.En viss anpassning efter rådande förhållanden finns hos bankerna i form av ökade krav på individerna som söker. Annars ser bankernas rekryteringsprocesser ut som de i princip alltid gjort, vilket betyder att de använder sig av traditionella bedömningsmetoder samt kompletterande tester..

The word mathematics is often associated to addition, subtraction, division or multiplication. This is not the kind of mathematics that belongs to pre-school. In my essay I have chosen to write about how mathematics is used in pre-school. Therefore it demands research for secure, improve and develop care processes that will be benefit for both patients and nursing staff. Aim: The purpose of this study was to highlight psychiatric nurses? experiences of patients' involvement in their own care. Method: Qualitative method was chosen for this study.

När jag började på Digital Ljudproduktion program som tillhandahålls av BTH, var mitt syfte att lära mig allt om inspelningsmetoder av olika typer av ljud samt det bästa sättet att spela in olika ljudkällor och att uppnå bästa möjliga resultat i alla faser av arbetet (pre-produktion, produktion och efterproduktion). Exempelvis att välja den lämpligaste mikrofonen för inspelning av ett särskilt instrument kan vara svårt och ibland bör du tänka på avstånd, riktning eller/och vinkeln mellan mikrofonen och ljudkällan. Likaså, band med blås- (trumpet, saxofon) och slagverksinstrument (bongos, congas), som inte är vanliga här i Skandinavien, ger goda erfarenheter genom att spela in dem. Dessa exempel visar på behovet av att ha kapacitet till anpassning med syftet att nå bästa möjliga resultat. Att uppnå denna kapacitet var målet med detta projekt..

På alla arbetsplatser uppstår konflikter som kan hanteras med hjälp av de fem strategierna konkurrens, samverkan, kompromiss, undvikande och anpassning. Vilken strategi som används beror till stor del på situationen och hur individen bedömer konsekvenserna. På arbetsplatser kan ledare ha ett transformellt- och transaktionellt ledarskapsbeteende eller ett låtgå-ledarskapsbeteende. Syftet med studien var att undersköka relationen mellan ledarens beteende och konflikthanteringsstrategin i arbetsgruppen. Enkäter som bestod av frågor om bakgrund, konflikthantering och ledarskapsbeteende lämnades ut på två företag i Mellansverige samt som länkar på två diskussionsforum på Internet.
