Flexibla affärssystem är ett begrepp som börjar synas mer och mer i tidskrifter. Detta begrepp belyses utifrån en litteraturstudie. Dessutom görs intervjuer på både affärssystem­leverantören Agresso och undersökningsföretaget Stena Fastigheter som använder systemet Agresso Business World. Syftet är att undersöka egenskapen flexibilitet i ett affärssystem som möjliggör att användarna skall kunna arbeta med anpassning efter verksamhetens behov. Det finns inte mycket forskat kring just flexibla affärssystem men det som återfinns är att flexibiliteten kan bestå av teknisk flexibilitet, dvs.

Bakgrund: Ett industriellt nätverk definieras som ett nät av företag och relationer har kommit att bli en viktig del av de industriella nätverken. En relation har vuxit fram när kunden anser att kund och leverantör tänker på samma sätt.En individs sociala identitet frambringas mellan individens identitet och den image som omvärlden har och återspeglar. Detta medför att relationer kan skapa olika varianter av identitetsskapande inom företag men även mellan företag. Identitet kan ses som att den skapas genom relationer till omgivningen och dessa relationer involverar personliga kontakter.Syfte: Med denna uppsats avser vi att påvisa de mekanismer i en industriell tjänsterelation, vilka en leverantör styr över, som kan leda till att företagskunden identifierar sig med leverantören.Genomförande: Studien bygger huvudsakligen på teorier som behandlar nätverk, relationer och företags- och individers identitetsuppbyggande. Uppsatsen är skriven ur ett leverantörsperspektiv och sex intervjuer från leverantören Hilton har genomförts samt två kundintervjuer från Skandia och BTI Nordic.Resultat: Industriella relationer existerar på individnivå.

This study aims to visualize the youngest preschool children matematical learning in the free game. In my study the mathematics will be analyzed  based on the interactions children participate in, and how children experience mathematics through the lived body.I have chosen to undertake a qualitative research in form of observations. Through this research method, I would approach the child's perspective, which means that i analyze the material that the children in the observations reveals to me as a researcher.The results of the study show that children experience mathematics skills both through the lived body, as well as in interaction situations between children. The mathematics are around among us, all the time. This is very important to take into account for children's continued development of mathematical knowledge..

Syftet med studien var att undersöka vad som påverkar valet av fritidsaktiviteter hos personer som haft stroke och på vilket sätt fritidsaktiviteterna har förändrats. För att uppnå syftet valdes kvalitativa intervjuer som metod. Intervjuerna var semistrukturerade och utgick från en egengjord intervjuguide. Resultatet visade att utmaningen, gemenskapen, fysisk träning, självständighet, balans i vardagen, livssynen och rehabiliteringsteamet var faktorer som påverkade deltagarnas utförande av fritidsaktiviteter. Att anpassa fritidsaktiviteten eller att få personligt stöd var vanligare än att anpassa den fysiska miljön..

Our examination project has been to develop today?s existing walking frames and make them more exiting and user friendly for tomorrow?s users.The use of a walking frame today makes it easier for a person with a movement difficulty in different extent. It makes it easier with their living condition and the user get a more movement easier life where they can take care of the daily chores without any help from the society or the family members.With our product we get a product that not only makes it easier for the user to get out and get forward. We help the user to get forward where they often would have difficulties to get forward. An example is where its more steeper parts where it could be more difficult to get up or down and even with more difficult foundation due to bad weather.

The essay circulates around the technological analysis of flint material from four localities around the Baltic Sea basin. Syftet med den här studien är att beskriva sjuksköterskans arbetsledaransvar i ett omvårdnadsteam sett ur hennes eget perspektiv samt vilka otydligheter/svårigheter som kan vara förknippat med detta. Tidigare forskning som speglar sjuksköterskans egen syn på arbetsledaransvaret är begränsad. Fem semi-strukturerade intervjuer med sjuksköterskor genomfördes på en somatisk avdelning på ett sjukhus i södra Sverige. Dessa transkriberades sedan ordagrant. Det transkriberade materialet analyserades med hjälp av Burnards innehållsanalys (1991).

The purpose of this study is to examine how employees in an organization using flexible work practices, experience that passive face time influences the evaluated of them. Further, the study aims to understand to what extent that perception of passive face time motivates the employees to spend more time at the office than is necessary for their work situations. The study concludes that employees in general perceive that passive face time does influence how they are evaluated and that this perception motivates employees that are relatively newly employed by the company to spend more time at office..

Assessing the emotional state in animals is important in order to establish the quality of their welfare, therefore it is important to investigate under what circumstances animals experience these emotions and to find indicators of their existence. The aim of this thesis was to detect possible behavioural indicators for positive emotions in dogs. These behavioural indicators could be helpful to increase both dogs? and humans? overall well-being in today?s society since they could help e.g. dog owners and caretakers to interpret behaviours displayed by dogs and their intentions so they can respond accordingly.The subjects used were 9 research beagles and each dog participated in three different treatments, assumed to be experienced as positive situations, where communicative interaction was initiated with the dog by engaging in 1) physical contact (P), 2) verbal contact (V) or 3) both physical and verbal contact simultaneously (PV).

Många och gedigna studier har visat på hastighetens betydelse för trafikolyckors uppkomst och skadegrad. Som ett led i Nollvisionen sattsar Vägverket på olika typer av ISA-system (Intelligent Stöd för Anpassning av hastighet) för att hjälpa förarna att hålla hastighetsgränsen. Denna studie är ett led i utvärderingen av det storskaliga fältförsök med aktiv gaspedal som under ett år bedrivits i Lund. Studien inriktar sig på att undersöka testförarnas acceptans av systemet. I arbetet har även ingått att utforma en modell för hur acceptansen bildas.

Anorexia nervosa är ett allvarligt tillstånd med hög dödlighet i långtidsuppföljningar. Trots detta finns i dagsläget ingen tydlig evidens vad gäller val av metod eller effektivitet när det gäller behandling för denna problematik. Föreliggande uppsats rapporterar preliminära resultat från en randomiserad kontrollerad studie av självhjälp med e-poststöd för individer med full och partiell anorexia nervosa. Syftet var att undersöka huruvida en behandling i självhjälpsformat som bygger på rekommenderade riktlinjer för vård av anorexia nervosa samt acceptance and commitment therapy är effektiv med avseende på beteende-, attityd- ochpersonlighetsvariabler relaterade till ätstörningsproblematik samt generella variabler som depression, självkänsla, tillfredställelse med livet och social anpassning. Under tidsperioden inkluderades 15 deltagare i studien och randomiserades till behandling(N=7) eller väntelista (N=8).

This study is about gender in classroom situations. The purpose is to examine if gender still exist although the government has educated gender teachers. I have been observing students during lessons and taken notes on teacher´s comments, which analysed. I have come to the conclusion that the students are awase of the power roles conserning gender and gender. In this classroom the heteronormativity still is a common phenomenon.

The study reported has been conducted in care service guided by the Swedish law LSS( LSS- act concerning support and service for the disabled). The aim of this study is to examine the experiences of the personnel who have attended the Taktipro introductory course with special focus on how they describe the possible effects this may have had on their daily attendance to their special needs users.The method used is a qualitative method of enquiry, based on interview questions sent by mail to all the participants of the Taktipro introductory course. The result shows that the personnel have a positive view on skills in progress and that this program has facilitated the contact between personnel and their special needs users. An awareness about the importance of physical contact has also been revealed as well as an awareness of their own impact on situations at work. The result also indicates that the personnel feel that they have been able to improve the well being for the special needs users. .
