"För man lär genom leken" : En studie kring förskollärares syn på leken som ett pedagogiskt verktyg i barnens lärande.
The purpose of this study was to analyze recent appropriations of works of art in advertising. Why was art infused into magazine advertisements, how were the works of art tampered with to achieve commercial goals, how well did they function together with the ad copy? What did these advertisements want? What did the artwork contribute to the commercial message? These were some of the questions asked in the study that involved a closer look at four appropriations: one based on a battle painting by the Swedish 1900th century artist Carl Wahlbom, with a commercial message printed on top; one a collage including an 18th century portrait of Marie Antoinettte by Elisabeth Vigée-Lebrun; one advertisement was influenced by Dutch 1700th century still lifes, and, finally, one paraphrased Velázquez?s famous painting Las Meninas from 1655. Companies behind the advertisements featured a Swedish trade journal, a fashion exhibition in Paris, a Shop for kitchen utensils in Stockholm, and an up-scale department store in Madrid.The ads, in different ways based on works of art, were evaluated as reasonably successful commercial messages. These ads, however, hardly qualified as works of art in their own right ? if that was the intention.

Marknaden för värderingar : Konsumentperspektivet på ett värdestyrt företags CSR engagemang
Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att analysera om konsumenter i sina köpbeslut beaktar produkter framställda av företag som genomsyras av ett aktivt CSR arbete.Metod: För att besvara syftet har en kvantitativ metodansats använts genom en enkätstudie. Respondenternas svar möjliggör en generell överblick över konsumenternas köpbeteende samt forskningsområdet som studerats. Denna studie grundar sig på ett abduktivt förhållningssätt, där empiriska fakta såväl som teori styr forskningen.Resultat: Resultatet visar på att konsumenter anser det viktigt med kosmetikaprodukter framställda på ett etiskt och miljövänligt sätt men att det endast påverkar en del i köpbeslutsprocessen. Variabler som pris och kvalitet påverkar beslutsprocessen mer. Resultatet visar även att företaget The Body Shop som använts som studieobjekt och representant för värdestyrda företag i undersökningen ansågs vara det mest förtroendeingivande företaget gällande sitt CSR engagemang.

The modern beauty market is concentrated with intense competition where cosmetic brands fight to stay on top. A popular method in order to gain sales and increase margins is to influence existing customers to buy more with the use of suggestive selling. The purpose of this paper, was to further examine the different effects of suggestive selling with the use of complementary versus non- complementary goods in the form of customer satisfaction, customer view of the service encounter, as well as success in sales. In addition, the influence of the customer's purchase amount on the tendency to buy an extra product in a suggestive selling situation was examined. The study was conducted through the use of a field experiment with the support of surveys in 'The Body Shop'.

Ear piercing performed in hairdressing salons and jewellery Shops using a piercing gun has been set aside from the obligation to notify the local environmental and public health authorities, due to the use of disposable cassette with the piercing gun. According to the Swedish environmental code each practitioner are required to prevent any health hazards arisen from the operation. Local bacterial infection is the most frequent complication associated with the ear piercing procedure and to prevent the potential risk of such an event, hygiene conditions in both the premises and in procedures are essential. The purpose of the report was to examine the presence of ear piercing practitioners in Umeå and their current hygiene conditions. The study consisted of interviews with employees and managers on site whose answers was evaluated and compared to the general recommendations of The National Board of Health and Welfare.
Teknologibaserad självservice och kundupplevd servicekvalitet. En fallstudie av portabel självscanning i dagligvarubutiken.
Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om vi kan validera en generell modell för kundupplevd servicekvalitet och teknologibaserad självservice genom att applicera den på portabel självscanning i dagligvarubutiken. I en vidare förlängning undersöker vi huruvida införandet av sådan teknologi i ett företag kan påverka den upplevda servicekvaliteten i företaget som helhet. Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvantitativ metod där respondenter har fyllt i vår enkät som bygger på frågorna Dabholkar (1996) använde i sin attributbaserade modell. Teoretiska perspektiv: Vi har utgått från teorier inom service marketing med fokus på kundupplevd servicekvalitet. Empiri: Uppsatsens empiri består av den information vi erhållit vid enkätintervjuerna i dagligvarubutiken.

"Det ser inte bra ut" : en studie om uppfattningen av gatutiggeri i Kristianstad
Begging as a phenomenon has again become a hot topic of debate both in the public and the media. Actions have been discussed and motions have been given to social authorities in the country. During the last two years people from other parts of Europe who engage in street begging have been seen on the streets of Kristianstad.The purpose of this paper is to find out the individuals, certain authorities and other participants experiences of people begging in public places in Kristianstad. We have used a combination of qualitative, quantitative and literature review method and we have a social constructionist perspective as a basis. The participants and authorities we have included in the study are the police, the social services, security guards, a Shop owner and two other assistance agencies.
Självscanning ? Ur butikens perspektiv
The underlying aim of this paper is to find out how the management and employees in a grocery store on a relatively small community in Sweden is experiencing Technology-Based Self-Service (TBSS), and self-scanning. And how store management and employees experience that the self-scanning ability is received by their respective consumers. Several open individual interviews were conducted with the administrative head of sales and various employees working at different departments at Coop Forum in Skara In offering self-scanning, we believe that the store provides consumers with an opportunity to perform their daily purchases by an easy and flexible approach, which we believe will have a positive impact on the entire store visit. A positive store visit, we believe play a major role in consumers choosing to do their Shopping in the store.The issue to be elucidated in this paper is; How do management and employees in a grocery store perceive that self-scanning influence consumers' purchase and the service the Shop offers? Why would a supermarket use self-scanning as part of the service they offer to their consumers? The report concludes the similarities and differences experienced by administrative sales manager and employees compared to previous research on the subject.

Since the E-mail clients are looking out forimages, fonts that are not embedded in the computer, and for questionable words there?s a big risk for ending up in a spam filter when not considering the demands.
