Organizational change is hard to achieve, but if an organization doesn't change it might risk its own existence. Effective resource allocation and increased control of the internal production are examples of how organizations try to increase its competitive advantage. An ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) can help an organization to achieve this by providing management with direct access to a wealth of real-time operating information, streamlined dataflow, and making the company's business processes more effective. Like other IT-related projects, ERP investments are associated with large risks. Many projects failure during the implementation in one way or another.

Therefore, marketers have to start thinking outside the box and find new ways to get consumers' attention. One of these methods is called guerilla marketing. The strength of guerilla marketing is its way to be unexpected and unusual.

Företagen måste sträva efter att hitta och samarbeta med dessa människor som kan påverka deras varumärke, leda opinionen och få dem att sprida Word of Mouth. På så sätt är Buzz marketing ett mer strategiskt kommunikationsverktyg jämfört med den traditionella marknadsföringen. Gällande traditionell marknadsföring använder man sig av ett eller ett antal verktyg och vänder sig mot folkmassan och inte mot den enskilda opinionsledaren.

The purpose of this paper was to understand internal communication?s critical
tradition by studying the interface of the subjective experience and the
objective behavior within a management team. During almost two years this group
was observed, several semi-structured interviews were conducted and a specific
incident was analyzed. The interview texts where analyzed, using the Meaning
Constitution Analysis developed by Roger Sages (2010) at Lund University. The
observations were summarized in sociograms showing relationships in the
organization.

Purpose: The purpose with this paper is to get a deeper understanding for prizes and awards as a marketing tool and phenomena. Further we want companies/organizations that use this should be able to make better decisions concerning marketing towards students. The survey was quantitative, and the case study comprises both qualitative and quantitative method.

Idag finns det ett omfattande reklam- och mediebrus i samhället där marknadschefer försöker hitta den mest unika vägen för att få allmänheten att bli intresserade av just deras varumärke.Teorier visar att företag som medverkar i ett event genom kommunikationsmetoderna sponsring eller event marketing erhåller en ökad trovärdighet och stärker sitt varumärke. Hur medvetna är då företagets marknadschefer om skillnaden mellan sponsring och event marketing för att stärka sitt varumärke?Syftet med den här studien är att kartlägga nio marknadschefers medvetenhet mellan sponsring och event marketing i samband med ett idrottsevent. Studien är av kvalitativ art och har ett deduktivt angreppssätt för att besvara problemformuleringen om hur medvetna marknadschefer är om skillnaden mellan sponsring och event marketing när de är associerade med ett idrottsevent och önskar nå en förbättrad image och medvetenhet kring sitt varumärke.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att de nio intervjuade marknadscheferna är medvetna om skillnaden mellan sponsring och event marketing. De anser även att event marketing genererar ett starkare mervärde än vad sponsring gör.

In today's society there are a lot of offers towards consumers, where they actively have to choose the most appealing offer. In order for an offer to be attractive it must add value in line with the customers demand. Also, it requires that the offer provides a sufficient level of attraction so that the customer selects the particular product/service over another. Furthermore, each offer must exceed the expectations of the visitors to an event, so they feel that the event is something "extraordinary". We have chosen to study how LHC (Linkoping Hockey Club) works with marketing in order to improve the overall customer experience.

One such tool is the environmental standard ISO14001 which provides the company with guidance and support on how the business must manage its environmental efforts. Every business is subject to service failures. The process of correcting these failures and turning disappointed customers back into happy ones is called service recovery. This is particularly important in the hotel business, where there are many moments of truth where customers may become dissatisfied. To further complicate things, service recovery is a process where you may have to correct errors of others - people beyond your control. The research field is relatively new and there are no turn-key solutions as to how to systematically work with service recovery.

This report is written for a consultant networking company with the purpose to review the development ofthe company's remote connections from a user friendly and security perspective.This includes an investigation of the possibilities to consolidate existing authentication methods foraccessing customers. The problem lies in the amount of methods being used. Through case study wefound that smart cards, SMS-service, software and hardware tokens exist.The only method feasible from a security perspective is smart cards. Since the method is not commonlyused by the company's customers a standardization of it would be counterproductive.Also, the purpose of this report is to investigate how the ongoing internal development of the remoteconnection will affect the company's clients. Within this framework we have also verified a designsuggestion.We interpret, after the completion of the case study, that the internal development of the remoteconnection is marginally affected by legal perspectives.

The aim of this study is to explore if and how library managers market their competence in communication with local politicians. It is also our aim to find a definition of the competence of librarians. The report identifies and describes problems and possibilitieswith marketing of competence to politicians on the basis of one Swedish municipality's library managers. In order to fulfil this aim we have used a literature study on marketing, competence, the political process and the librarian profession. We have alsocarried out an empirical study where we interviewed ten library managers in onemunicipality, seven politicians in the same municipality and ten representatives for central professional organisations mainly in Sweden.The results are that most library managers don't market their competence because they don?t believe in marketing competence.
