Etiska aspekter av vårdyrket spelar inte en framträdande roll i sjuksköterskeutbildningen. Etik är den teoretiska referensramen för ett korrekt moraliskt handlande och sjukvård handlar om att ge rätt omvårdnad till en individ i behov av detta. När moraliska värderingar och verkligheten kolliderar kan en konflikt uppstå, vilket i sin tur kan leda till moralisk stress. Psykisk ohälsa har på senare tid ökat bland sjukvårdspersonal som en direkt följd av moralisk stress. Syftet med denna empiriska enkätstudie är att undersöka i vilken grad undersköterskor och sjuksköterskor upplever moralisk stress i det dagliga arbetet.

Syftet med denna studie är söka få en bild av hur lärare i år 1-6 reflekterar kring sin verksamhet, vad reflektionen leder till och dess betydelse för utveckling av lärandet. Studien utgår från en kvalitativ ansats, där synsättet är induktivt. Studien bygger på en fokusgrupp och enskilda intervjuer med nio lärare.Resultatet visar att:- reflektion är en process.- lärare gör en självanalys, där de ifrågasätter sig själva.- lärare anser att pedagogiska diskussioner är betydelsefulla för att reflektera påbästa möjliga sätt.- lärare efterlyser tid och strategier för sin reflektion.- reflektion mynnar ut i en utveckling av lärandet.De slutsatser som framkommer är att lärares reflektion kan ses utifrån fyra perspektiv med fokus på reflektion-grubblerier, utveckling, självanalys och utvärdering.Under perspektivet reflektion-grubblerier har jag funnit att lärare verkar reflektera oavbrutet och har ofta svårt att släppa tankarna. Detta upplevs som ett dilemma.Med fokus på utveckling har följande områden lyfts fram som betydelsefulla: lärares reflektion tillsammans med andra kollegor, lärares engagemang och att de saknar strategier och tid för reflektion.När det gäller självanalys ser jag att det handlar om att kunna spegla sig i någon annan, se sig själv utifrån och sedan revidera det som gjorts.I frågan om utvärdering finner jag att lärares och elevers reflektion gagnar elevers lärande..

The Swedish debate regarding chat control highlights a value conflict between protecting the safety of children and preserving democratic rights such as privacy and freedom of expression. This thesis examines key arguments for and against the proposed EU CSAM-regulation, analyzing them through a normative argumentation analysis method. The analysis is based on the Swedish constitution, representing the common values of Swedish society. The study reconstructs arguments from four debate articles and evaluate them according to their relevance and validity, which makes up the arguments? total evidential strength.

Isolering, bältning och tvångsmedicinering är exempel på tvångsåtgärder som förekommer inom psykiatrin världen över. Sjuksköterskor möter patienter som tvångsvårdas, och ansvarar för att skapa relationer med dem. Mötet innebär en komplexitet, eftersom sjuksköterskans uppgift är att individanpassa vården och att bevara patientens autonomi, samtidigt som hen är skyldig att väga patientens önskemål mot läkarens ordinationer, lagtexter och avdelningens säkerhet. Förutom detta etiska dilemma finns även risk för att sjuksköterskan utsätts för våld. Syftet med studien var att belysa sjuksköterskornas upplevelse av att arbeta med tvångsåtgärder.

Avsikten med vårt examensarbete var att undersöka sexåringarnas förutsättningar inför skolstarten och att ta reda på hur sexåringarna vägleds in i skolans värld, samt till vad pedagogerna vägleder eleverna till inför framtiden. Den bakomliggande orsaken var de pedagogiska olikheter barnen har inför skolstarten, några av sexåringarna går i förskola men den övervägande delen går i förskoleklass. Uppsatsen är en kvalitativ studie och vi strävade efter att bringa klarhet i hur pedagogerna hanterade mötet med barnen i de olika verksamheterna. Metod vi tog i anspråk för att få insikt i hur pedagogerna vägledde barnen var observationer samt intervjuer. I litteraturdelen har vi tagit upp vad som tidigare skrivits om förskolepedagogik och hur barn lär sig att lära.

The purpose of this thesis was to illustrate the connection between personal networks and entrepreneurial business in the music industry. It also aims to examine how and why entrepreneurs in the music industry use personal networks in their entrepreneurial business activities. In order to explore the extent to which entrepreneurs in the music industry obtain support through personal networks, a case study was conducted based on interviews with entrepreneurs in various areas of the music industry. The study has shown that entrepreneurs in the music industry clearly see distinct advantages through the use of their personal networks, especially in terms of an enhanced supply of resources and through an increased amount of business opportunities. Personal networks have also shown to constitute a considerable amount of moral support for the entrepreneurs in the development process of the entrepreneurial business.

With the end of the cold war as a major revolution in matters of international security, a major overhaul has taken place to transform the static total defense plan of the nation to a less rigid operational system.Following an analysis of the budgets total amount from the governments of 2002 until 2015 it is clear that while the amount of resources has never directly been lowered, it has shrunk in relation to the countries total GDP. The possible futures for the defense of Sweden bring three possibilities forward in correlation three unique perspectives on military and political policy.Out of the three possibilities the focus on military strength as a political resource seems to be garnering the most support with the latest incursions made my foreign submersibles and the ever growing presence of 5th generation of warfare.

I den här undersökningen studerar jag vilka sociala innebörder som husdjursägare tilldelar sina husdjur, och hur husdjursrelationen på så sätt kan bli möjlig som en meningsfull relation mellan människa och djur. Jag har utfört fem semistrukturerade intervjuer med personer som har olika husdjur eller sällskapsdjur, och analyserat intervjuerna med Michael Billigs diskurspsykologiska, dilemmatiska ansats. Husdjursägarna tilldelar sina husdjur tvetydiga innebörder utifrån vilken syn de har på husdjurets medvetande, dess plats i kulturen, dess förhållande till tid, samt des förmåga till kommunikation. Husdjuret behandlas omväxlande som ett djur och som en varelse med mänsklig karaktär. Jag har kunnat finna samma tvetydiga förhållande till husdjur i välkända filosofiska texter, och drar därmed slutsatsen att vårt förhållningssätt till husdjur är en del av vårt samhälles sunda förnuft och har formen av ett dilemma mellan mänskligt och djuriskt.

Har den förändringen skapat en uppfattning i USA att Kina kan ses som ett hot?Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur den officiella hotbilden av Kina skildrats i USAunder åren 1991-2006. Detta med fokus på att se på vilka förändringar som eventuellt skettunder den perioden. Problemformuleringen lyder: Vilka likheter och olikheter kanidentifieras genom att jämföra hur den officiella hotbilden av Kina har skildrats under detre olika presidentadministrationerna åren 1991-2006.

Mezzanine is a collective term for hybrid instruments on the leverage finance market, offered as an alternative to traditional debt. As a hybrid, mezzanine combines elements of debt and equity financing. Mezzanine appears, in its most common shape, as subordinated to the senior debt, but ranks higher than pure equity. Reminiscent of security interests, the main importance of subordination is upon the default of the borrower. Therefore, the aim of the thesis is partly to investigate the legal prerequisites for a solid subordination of mezzanine financing, and partly to explain the consequences of subordination in a default.

I?ve chosen a subject that's close to my heart, as a student who has experiences the need of a change in the traditional student living.I've focused my theses on ?nding the key ingredients for improving an individuals time as a student. In a time when students are struggling to ?nd accommodation that ful?lls the need of being close to university, close to social places, adequate size and affordable. This is close to impossible! This is not just a problem in Stockholm but an international dilemma.The heart of my thesis is, how can we create clever ways of student accommodation with emphasis on community and a more sustainable way of living?Only when we start embracing change and by breaking out of our traditional individual living, can we then start to realise and recognise the bene?ts of working, studying and living together.

Title: The nurse's dilemma in psychiatric inpatient care - a balancing act between good and evil Objective: To describe the nurse's experience of relieving patient suffering caused by coercive measures on a closed psychiatric ward . Frame of reference : The results are discussed in light of Eriksson´s theory of suffering and caring relationships Method: A qualitative analysis based on focus group discussions Results: The analysis resulted in six categories, to protect the patient , to involve the patient , not to lose control , to remain , to justify compulsion , and to be touched . The results showed that nurses had the experience of being able to relieve the suffering of patients caused by coercive measures. It was also found that the nurses had a tendency to justify coercive measures , the more experience they had of performing these . Conclusion: The results describe that nurses have the experience and knowledge of how to relieve patients' suffering caused by coercion but also their experiences of performing these .

The aim of the study was to investigate social workers and managers experiences of ending child welfare investigations within the statutory period of four months. We also investigated their experience of investigation time is used in practice. To get answers for our purpose, we conducted a qualitative study. We strategic selected three social workers and four managers to our interviews.The results showed that both social workers and managers have experience with child welfare investigations that are not completed within the statutory time. A township that departed had no experience.

Today patients are more aware of their rights regarding their own care. They are more informed, more engaged and have more and individual requirements, which leads to increased demands for information and participation increases. The Health Act sets out the patients´ right to participation. Participation increases patient satisfaction with care, promotes healing and increases adherence to health care advise. The patient doesn´t always experience participation in their own care to the extent they wish, which suggests that nurse?s does not always succeed in getting the patient involved.

Using neorealistc theory one part conlusion is the fact that the new Syrian leader, Bashar al-Hasad, in the early 21th century determined to set higher goals for the Syrian power ambition in the Middle East, threatened to destabilize the region and leave the US and its allies in a caotic situation.In the US, however, the new administration after 11/9 sharpened its tone towards states that did not cooperate in the new ?war on terrorism? or/and were likely to harbour terrorists. Syria was accused of doing both.
