GATA ELLER VÄG? FÖRSLAG PÅ UTVECKLING AV MÖLNDALSVÄGEN, SÖDRA VÄGEN OCH GÖTEBORGSVÄGEN
Jag har i mitt examensarbete undersöka om man kan skapa en trevligare gatumiljö
längs en väg med mycket trafik. Planområdet jag valt att arbeta med sträcker
sig mellan Göteborg och Mölndal. Dessa städer binds samman av flera olika
vägar. Den första förbindelsen mellan dessa städer gick längsmed Mölndalsån där
idag Södra vägen, Mölndalsvägen och Göteborgsvägen finns. Om man ska färdas
mellan Göteborg och Mölndal väljer många fortfarande att röra sig längs denna
sträckning då den är genast och för att spårvagnen färdas den sträckningen.
Det sociala verket
Internet har utvecklats till en ?Web 2.0? version, där nu användare är interaktiva med varandra. Nätverksajten Facebook, en av tjänsterna som ingår i begreppet sociala medier, har bara funnits på Internet i några år och har redan över 500 miljoner användare runt om i världen. Sociala medier är ett enkelt sätt för att skapa kontakt och tillgänglighet med sina vänner och kan bli ett verktyg för såväl privatpersoner, företag och organisationer att nå sina målgrupper. Även de statliga verksamheterna kan använda sociala medier för att kommunicera med sina kunder, intressenter och allmänheten.
Glappet mellan samhällets aktörer och individen - en fallstudie av hyrcykelsystemet Styr & Ställ
Detta kandidatarbete syftar till att studera glappet mellan samhällets aktörers
mål och de yttre förutsättningar och attityder som individens färdmedelsval
påverkas av. Fokus ligger på hur glappet mellan samhällets aktörer och
individens färdmedelsval avseende cykling kan förminskas genom förändringar av
ett befintligt hyrcykelsystem. Problematiken studeras utifrån en fallstudie av
hyrcykelsystem Styr & Ställ, som Göteborgs Stad inrättat för att individen ska
välja cykel i sitt färdmedelsval. Genom förbättringar på hyrcykelsystemet, med
fokus på de yttre förutsättningar och attityder som individen har, kan andelen
individer som väljer hyrcykel i deras färdmedelval öka och glappet mellan
samhällets aktörers mål och individens färdmedelsval minska.
En metodkombination av litteraturstudie, dokumentstudie och intervjuer har
genomförts för att besvara examensarbetets frågeställningar och på så sätt
belysa arbetets syfte. Utifrån studien kan flera utvecklingsmöjligheter av Styr
& Ställ utläsas för att förminska glappet mellan samhällets aktörers mål och
individens färdmedelsval.
Behovet alltid större än möjligheterna : En fallstudie av de drabbade kommunernas kriskommunikation i samband med branden i Västmanland
The tsunami in Thailand in 2004, 9/11 and hurricane Katrina in New Orleans 2005 are all reminders that no organization is immune to crises, which also means that all organizations should be prepared and know how to handle a crisis if one was to occur. A case study has been conducted, on a crisis regarding a fire that occurred on the 31st of July 2014 in Västmanland, Sweden. Through Qualitative interviews empirical data was gathered and then analyzed together with our theories and previous research. The purpose of the study is to analyze how the municipalities affected and the County Administrative Board of Sweden handled and communicated with/to the public during the fire that spread in Västmanland 2014. Our study shows that a risk analysis and analysis of surroundings is crucial in anticipating a crisis event and that it is essential for organizations to undergo training to prepare organization members on how to handle a crisis. Another conclusion is that the need for information is large during a crisis event and grows throughout the entire course of the crisis. The crisis that we studied had a lack of information, but at the same time the public?s need for information is a need that can?t be satisfied during a crisis.

New technology and urban sprawl have resulted in almost half of the population in Sweden being insufficiently physically active. The sedentary lifestyle causes heart- and vascular diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, stress etc. in the population. One of the biggest priorities in the society is to promote more physical activity. Through literature studies and a questionnaire this paper will examine how we can design the built environment in order to promote physical exercise and if we can change the sedentary lifestyle with a outdoor environment that invite physical exercise.
There are both internal and external factors that have importance for people?s physical activity.

The current legislation on marketing of tobacco products creates problems for Swedish Match, and obstruct its marketing communications. The purpose of this paper is to investigate Swedish Match's marketing strategy of product category snuff, through a special exposure. In store placement has a great affects on customer buying behavior and studies have shown that 70-80 percent of all purchasing decisions are made in the store, which in turn provides great opportunity for retailers to use their marketing tools for influencing customer buying decisions.Our thesis study is to test a double exposure of snuff with the help of three special exposure. These three special exposures are fridge, fridge with a sign and sign. The purpose of the study is to test which of these three special exposures that have the greatest impact on sales.

Norske Skog Jämtland AB is like many other companies in a situation where it has to increase its purchases to provide its industries with raw material. To increase the available amount of raw materials, many companies employ purchasers to cover larger areas. This study aims to find out how to handle the increasing competition for timber suppliers. An important input for defining such a strategy is to examine how the suppliers view their relation to the company today. For a company it is extremely important to have a good relation with the suppliers to secure long term supplies.
Rekryteringsstrategier inom marknadsföring och kommunikation : En kvalitativ studie avhur individer och organisationer hanterar sökandet efter medarbetare/arbetsgivare och hur rekryterare skapar matchning
This paper describes and analyzes how individuals and organizations that operate in careers in communications and marketing deal with the search for employees / employers, and how recruiting managers and recruitment consultants are working to create a match between the parties. The study was conducted on behalf of a recruitment agency that offers services in recruiting and staffing for organizations in communication and marketing. The empirical material consists of ten qualitative interviews from three different perspectives on the labor market, recruitment consultants, managers and employees. The interviews were analyzed from sociological and social psychological theories of organizations and individuals opportunities and strategies in today's western labor market. Conclusions that emerged are that organizations need for decreased amount of tied assets provides increased need for temporary employments.
The impacts on Indian farmers when converting to organic cotton production : an organisation theory perspective
Changes in the environment are affecting the world market, and pressures from several stakeholders? are forcing different enterprises to adjust to the current situation. Farmers? difficult working conditions and environmental impacts of the conventional cotton production in India have been highlighted. The small-scale production that is characterising India?s cotton farmers implies an insufficient competition power.

Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to describe the social media usage of five European official national tourism organizations (NTO). The essay proceeds to discuss and evaluate the findings, whilst reflecting on the advantages of social media usage from the point of view of an official national tourism organization.Method: The authors used three different methods of research: one structured observation to study the national tourism organizations? everyday work in social media, one field stimulation to study if and how different NTO respond if a prospective visitor makes them a direct question via social media and finally an email interview to gain insight into NTO?s underlying strategies and policies about social media usage.Theoretical framework: The theories that have been used in this paper include the Uses and gratifications model, theories of one-way and multi-way communication, theories of social media and relationship marketing.Conclusion: By making use of social media the company releases some of its control to the customers as the latter can express their opinions freely in this type of media. One of the advantages of social media is that the platform favors dialogue and feedback. Social media can be used for traditional one-way communication, but works best as a supplement to the regular marketing activities, allowing the activities on social media platforms to focus on branding and building long-term customer relationships.

Den stolte bilbyggaren : En studie om lönearbetets betydelse för delaktighet och identitet
The purpose of this study is to find, understand and discuss the experiences of former employees at SAAB, and present how this can be understood according to my core theoretical concepts, which are participation and identity. The questions asked in the study are based on how the labor is described, characterized and what comes forth as valuable, which is compared to absence of labor work.First, labor is described in an historical and social context, and at the same time related to the core theoretical concept. Second, the methodology chapter is presented, which mainly consists of 11 observations and 10 interviews. Third, the chapter regarding former theory leads to an analysis model, which is used on the empirical material of the study.The result shows that labor work at SAAB primarily is described as important for socializing, security and the possibility to be independent. The tasks at SAAB are described as backbreaking and monotonous, while the lack of labor work influences the physical and mental wellbeing.
En riktig professor: Om forskarideal och dess påverkan på några individers relation till forskaryrket
Although women have had access to colleges and universities in Sweden for quite some timeand the share of women at the undergraduate level has been high for many years (40% by thelate 1950:s, nowadays women are a majority at that level), still the share of women professorsis low. This paper will study some researchers? view on how a professor should be, and alsohow they relate themselves to that ideal. The method used is qualitative interviews, whichhave then been analysed by discourse analysis. The paper also contains a discussion on thehistory of the universities from the Middle Ages and forward, to show how the impact of thathistorical legacy affects universities today.Eight respondents were interviewed, four women and four men.
Komplexiteten i ett event : Kommunikationskanalen som leder till relationer
Events are a growing channel for companies and organizations to reach out to their customers. The com-munication channel opens up to satisfy all human senses. Which are required for a message to go into the receiver and be memorized. The research gap we decided to contribute to we made a case study of an event that is not sport related and looking at both the transmitter perspective and receiver perspective. Thus, the purpose of our study is to increase the understanding of how the transmitter should be able to convey the purpose and goal of the event to the receiver.
