Studiens syfte var att undersöka om verksamhetstyp och de anställdas biologiska ålder påverkade den arbetsrelaterade identiteten och strävan. Studien genomfördes som en enkätundersökning på ett servicemanagement företag i en svensk mellanstor stad. Totalt deltog 56 personer, som bestod till 98.2% av kvinnor. Resultaten visade att ålder hade en tendens till signifikant effekt på organisationsidentitet och signifikant effekt med yrkesidentitet samt identifikation med kollegor, där äldre visades ha en starkare identitet än yngre. In order to answer these questions an idea analysis were used. Three ideal types concerning democracy, effectivity and professionalism were used in analysing official governmental documents. The conclusion is that all three ideal types dominated the debate concerning the responsibility distribution, but in different degrees, and they can also explain why a new responsibility distribution came up in 1991..

Information är en viktig del av sjuksköterskans arbete och hennes pedagogiska roll sätts här på prov. En operation är en stor händelse i en patients liv och det är välkänt att patienter ofta är missnöjda med den information de får. Syftet med denna uppsats var att få fördjupad kunskap om vilken information patienter vill ha inför en operation och hur de upplever den information de får. Detta har gjorts genom en litteraturstudie där vetenskapliga artiklar i ämnet sökts och kritiskt granskats. Därefter sammanställdes resultaten av tolv slutligen valda artiklar till ett gemensamt resultat.

An explorative study on the work motivation of employees at a retirement home. The three main factors are internal motivation, external motivation and control. A comparison between how important they estimate the different factors to be and how they experience them today reveals which factor is their key motivator and which areas that need improvement. Results indicat that internal and external motivation are slightly more important than control. And the amount of perceived control reflects the amount of creative and initiative behaviour of the individual.

The purpose of this development project is to create a model for working with a high school project in Electrical and Energy Program. It should be conducted in a form like companies do according to the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education. In order to fully perform this we use the concept of Young Entrepreneurship. The model is created according to the new conditions from The National Electrical Safety Board. There is now an exception saying that a student during education is released from the demand of employment that is the normal procedure where you are under supervision from a certified electrician. During the project there has been theoretical and practical examinations in order to clear out the advantages and disadvantages using this model, but also to examine whether it is useful in the future and to what extent it can be used. The result indicates that the model is useful and fulfills the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education but that the model has its limitations and difficulties.

Since storytelling is a growing form of teaching we wanted to interview teachers to see what their experiences and opinions were on the subject. Therefore the purpose of this study is to use interviews to examine teacher perceptions and experiences about storytelling and its effect on language development. I will investigate both the use when the teacher is telling a story but also when students are telling stories. With help from my supervisor I was able to come up with interview questions that would help me answer my research question. After the interviews I reviewed the answers and analyzed them.

This study investigates a Swedish educational project aimed to incorporate young people with intellectual disabilities into the labor market through internship. This qualitative interview study was conducted with six of the project student?s internship supervisors. The purpose of this study is thus to examine the motives behind the decision to take on a trainee from the program at the workplace. In addition, the study also aims to examine whether and how dif-ferent factors of the workplace affect the trainee?s opportunities for social inclusion in the workplace.

In order to answer these questions, two different methods were used. One was qualitative analysis of the available text and the other one case-study (qualitative including interviews)The conclusion is that the implementation has not been successful. The process of legislation has followed its traditional way, which in its turn did not leave so much space to the thorough implementation of the Directive. To achieve this purpose we have chosen to use a qualitative method with deliberation interviews. The interviews have been implemented with six different persons in authority who work in social welfare offices and as LSS - administrators.Ensured to our questions, (1) How does persons in authority do in the meeting with persons that has a disability and chooses to become parents? (2) Which possibilities respective difficulties see persons in authority within social service and LSS with parenthood where the parent has a disability? (3) What is done in order to facilitate the needs that are added when persons with disabilities chooses to become parents? we consider that they have been responded to.Through our empirical materials we can interpret and read out the replies that we searched for in connection with our survey.

Trioplanex International AB is a part of the group Trioplast Industrier AB, which produces packaging materials for the film and hygiene industry. The group is active throughout Europe, where most of the production is located in Sweden, with head office in Smålandsstenar. Operations in Landskrona consist of Trioplanex International AB and Trioplast Landskrona.Semi-finished articles consisting of paper cores, so called bobbins, give rise to a high amount of core waste in any form of core cutting. The objective of the report is to map out all core waste and illustrate the material flow with regard to present layout and equipment.In the beginning of the project an analysis of the current process was carried out with focus on the cutting equipment. A case study in the form of an improvement work took place in order to reduce the causes which had the biggest impact on existing machinery.Improvement proposals were discussed by the author together with supervisor, assigner and other parties involved.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka om det fanns en relation mellan arbetstrivsel och KASAM (känsla av sammanhang) inom en kommunal förvaltning i Sjuhäradsområdet. Utgångspunkterna var att ta reda på om det fanns skillnader i hur man trivdes på arbetsplatsen samt om det fanns könsskillnader eller åldersskillnader i arbetstrivseln. I studien användes en enkät för att ta reda på hur anställda ser på sitt arbete, och hur det påverkar arbetstrivseln. Mätinstrumenten som användes var Antonovskys livsfrågeformulär och en egen enkät om arbetstrivsel. 71 respondenter deltog i studien, 29 kvinnor och 40 män.
