Abstract Over the years the consciousness of risk has grown. It?s hard to influence risks, therefore there are guidelines stating that significant risk must be included in the annual report. This paper is a case study; the purpose was to examine how four Swedish listed companies chose to disclose their internal and external risks. Samtalsmöten Àr en viktig del i mÀnniskors kontakter med myndigheter. De sÀtt som dessa samtalsmöten sker pÄ kan pÄverka den enskildes medverkan, kunskaper och utfall frÄn dessa möten, pÄ olika sÀtt.Studiens syfte Àr att analysera och beskriva hur asymmetrier mellan handlÀggare och klient konstrueras i samtalsmöten om bistÄnd för Àldre och ekonomiskt bistÄnd samt handlÀggarens hantering av dessa.Genom att anvÀnda diskursiv analysmetod analyseras tio audio-inspelade samtalsmöten och den samtalsinteraktion som sker i dessa nÀr det gÀller handlÀggarnas bistÄndsbedömning av sÄ vÀl bistÄnd för Àldre som ekonomiskt bistÄnd.Resultatet visar att det Àr av vikt att handlÀggarna Àr medvetna om de inneboende asymmetrierna i dessa samtalsmöten som kommer av deras institutionella karaktÀr. Detta, dÄ handlÀggaren genom sin hantering av dessa har en stor möjlighet att pÄverka huruvida asymmetrierna förstÀrks i samtalsmötet och hur det i sin tur pÄverkar klienten och deras relation. Resultatet tyder ocksÄ pÄ att handlÀggarens hantering av de olika asymmetrierna som framtrÀdde kan Àventyra rÀttssÀkerheten för klienten.Resultatet lyfter fram betydelsen av att det Àr handlÀggarens medvetenhet eller omedvetenhet om dessa asymmetrier som Àr avgörande för hur de hanteras och vad det fÄr för effekter för klienten. Studien kan anvÀndas för vidare förstÄelse i praktiska sammanhang om vilka kommunikativa asymmetrier som finns mellan handlÀggare och klient och hur handlÀggarens hantering av dessa pÄverkar interaktionen och relationen dem emellan, samt det utfall som det kan ha för klienten..

Virtualization has increasingly been adopted in the last decade and the usages of virtualized environments are going to be an important part of how computers are used in the nearby future. There are a lot of advantages with virtualization and different methods have been developed to make it as efficient as possible.Forsmarks Kraftgrupp were interested in the possibility of taking advantage of virtualization in their testing environment.In this report, hypervisors of type 1 and type 2 and containers have been evaluated to determine which method and what program is preferable on a server cluster of four HP ProLiant DL380 Generation 4. Because of the hardware specifications of the DL380, focus has been on virtualization programs that do not require hardware assisted virtualization.The results show that it is possible to use some of the type 2 hypervisors on the HP ProLiant DL380 Generation 4. The suggested virtualization programs are VMware Workstation or Oracle VirtualBox. .

The last years? financial situation has contributed to an increased willingness from the banks to handle risks. The most important risk to cope with is a risk that is related to a customer?s ability to repay loans. Forecasts indicate that in the future, Swedish farmers will be facing profitability challenges, which points to a need to reconsider the banks procedures considering risk management in credit granting for agricultural businesses.Today?s risk management will be given two complements in this study.

Denna uppsats handlar om riskanalyser i projekt. Riskanalyser har lÀnge funnits inom olycksutredningar och i processen att förebygga olyckor. Riskhanteringen anvÀnds numera ocksÄ i projekt. Bakgrund: Palliativ vÄrd syftar till att lindra symtom vid livshotande sjukdom och innefattar en helhetsvÄrd av patienten och dess familj samt en tydlig vÄrdfilosofi. DÄ arbetet rymmer en hög komplexitet och sjuksköterskan utsÀtts för emotionell pÄfrestning i mötet med sorg och död kan motivationen att stanna kvar i yrket komma att ifrÄgasÀttas.Syfte: Syftet Àr att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser och hantering av svÄrigheter inom palliativ vÄrd. Metod: En litteraturöversikt med analys av tio vetenskapliga artiklar har gjorts. UtifrÄn detta har tvÄ teman, upplevelser av svÄrigheter vid vÄrd i livets slutskede samt hantering av svÄrigheter vid vÄrd i livets slutskede framtrÀtt med tre respektive fyra Ätföljande kategorier.Resultat: SvÄrigheter blev framtrÀdande i möten med patientlidande, död och sorg samt i anslutning till grÀnssÀttande. Meningsskapande var ett starkt motiv i sjuksköterskors val att stanna inom yrket och hantera de svÄrigheter som uppstod.

Ett exempel Àr flygbranschen, vars intÀkter kan minska betydligt om kunderna inte lÀngre vill besöka ett resemÄl pga. att det skett nÄgot obehagligt i omrÄdet. Om företag, i sina Ärsredovisningar, inte informerar om vilka risker de utsÀtts för, blir investerarnas prognoser av framtida kassaflöden osÀkra. Investerarna kommer dÄ att krÀva en högre riskpremie, vilket förstÄs Àr negativt för företaget.

This thesis investigates the underlying factors behind sexual risk-taking and non-risk-taking behavior with regard to Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) among adolescents in Lusaka, Zambia. The Qualitative Approach was used for data collection and analysis and using the theory of Social Construction, the author explains how different contexts and aspects in the Zambian Society, that is Traditional, Socio-economic, Political, etc., influence the sexuality or sexual behavior of young people in Zambia. Hermeneutics was used to interpret the meanings in the texts/transcripts acquired through data collection and from the author?s knowledge and understanding of the Zambian historical and cultural contexts within which the participants of the research were constructed. Max Weber?s Ideal Type concept was also used to explain that each young individual?s sexual behavior is uniquely constructed by societal aspects.

Stress and time pressure is more present in todays labor markets. In financial markets a securities broker is forced to take decisions on investments under high cognitive load and under extreme time pressure. The research of decision under risk gained new ground with the development of the prospect theory and gave us new insights to the decision making of men. Prospect theory has shown that people are risk seekers when dealing with loss decisions and risk avert when dealing with profit decisions. The value function are defined over gains and losses.

A great number of empirical researches show that hedging is associated with higher firm value, particularly hedging interest rate and exchange rate. However, there is no clear support for value-added risk management hypothesis in the case of producers of commodities. Moreover, according to Shrand and Unal (1997), there are two types of risks, core business risks (or core risk) and homogeneous risks (or non core risks), which are based on a firm's comparative advantages with respects to the source of risk. Firm can earn economic profits for bearing core risks in which it has a comparative information advantage. Firm earn a zero economic rents for bearing non-core risks, where it has no advantage information than its competitors.
