Syftet med denna uppsats var att visa hur banker balanserar lönsamhetskrav med rollen som samhällsfunktion. För att uppfylla syftet formulerades tre forskningsfrågor om hur banker identifierar och hanterar olönsamma kunder samt behandlar samhällsansvar gällande finansiell uteslutning. En fallstudie baserades på intervjuer med kontorscheferna på tre lokala bankkontor i medelstor svensk stad. Det empiriska resultatet presenterades anonymt för att få härligare och mer uttömmande information. Resultatet visade att banker använder ögonblickligt värde för att analysera kunder värde och när det gäller hantering av olönsamma kunder finns risk för finansiell uteslutning främst på grund av kreditkrav och riktad marknadsföring.

Residential estates are created without any adaptation to the users who will use them. Clients wouldprofit on involving users in an early project stage to create housing estates adapted to the user?s needsand wishes. Clients of the housing estates that require missions from consultants should realize that noone exclusive can represent other people's needs, regardless of the theoretical expertise they possess. TheSwedish million programme in the 1970s is an example of how objective expertise gained control, whichled to the creation of outdoor environments where few wanted to stay and live.

The aim of this study is to examine Swedish public libraries preservation of rare book collections. In this study a rare book is rare when it become over a hundred years. I will investigate if libraries have any written policies or plans when it comes to preservation and also what the librarians? opinion about rare book collections are. This is of interest because public libraries have a lack of Responsibility when it comes to preservation.

Background: The Swedish retail trading company KappAhl has reorganized all the boutiques in Sweden. Before the reorganization many of the boutiques consisted of four levels: shop manager, assistant shop manager, department managers and regular personel. After the reorganization assistant shop managers and department managers have been replaced by a so called ?Responsibility group? consisting of some of the employees. The change is presented as a decentralisation.

Background: Health care is a strange place for the patient. To make this enviroment as good as possible, would the patient be well informed. The patient has right to know if it is a bad mews and often he/she needs caring after the information. Nurse´s basic Responsibility is caring, for her/him it´s important to prevent the shock for the patient that can appear. Aim: Describe the nursing staff responses to the patient, using the patient´s perspective in relation to bad news. Method: A litterture review has been made with nine articles. Current research materials that meet the study´s purpose has been applied in databases and analyzed.

When a child is hospitalized, it is usually more than one person who needs attention ? i.e. the child as well as its parents. The emergency ward environment and surgery rooms are unfamiliar and the parents feel anxious, insecure and uncertain about how to act. They are expected to participate in the child?s care, cope with their own anxiety and simultaneously convey a sense of security and stability to the child.

For the success of universities, it is very important that the personnel are well motivated through internal marketing. The purpose of this report was to identify which activities universities uses to motivate their teaching and researching personnel and how the activities are valued by this group of employees. The study was conducted in the form of a case study. One interview with the chief administrator at Luleå University of Technology was conducted, and a questionnaire was sent to all the teaching and researching personnel at the same university. The result indicates that Luleå University of Technology uses many internal marketing activities to motivate their employees.

In the world of today, crises and crisis situations are inevitable parts of an organization?s everyday life and it is important for the organization to be prepared for these crises. The organization and its employees have to be in a constant state of alert and they should also have an organized plan for what they will do when (not if) the crisis occurs. The charter tour industry has during a long period of time been active in the global market. They serve thousands of travellers every day and it is the Responsibility of the companies within the industry to make sure that their customers are safe and that crises can be prevented, or at least be handled.

The aim of this study is to examine the legal regulation regarding the psychosocial work environment for temporary agency workers. Furthermore, the aim of the study is to examine how temporary agency workers perceive their psychosocial work environment, and possible consequences of such perception. The methodology of the study consists of practical legal method and qualitative method in the form of interviews.The results show that the psychosocial work environment for temporary agency workers is regulated at both the EU legal level by Directive as well as at national level in Arbetsmiljölagen and regulations issued by Arbetsmiljöverket. The study finds that health and safety Responsibility for temporary agency workers is shared between the agency and the client company. The result of the study indicates that there are shortcomings in the introduction and training of temporary agency workers, which can contribute to an unsatisfactory work environment.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) är ett område som fått alltmer uppmärksamhet i dagens affärsmiljö, speciellt hos aktörer som är verksamma på den internationella marknaden. Företags sociala, miljömässiga och etiska ansvarstagande är betydande delar i ett hållbart globalt samhälle, varför CSR är ett viktigt ämne att öka uppmärksamheten kring och förståelsen för. Syftet med denna studie var att utveckla ett svenskt industriföretags leverantörsutvärdering med fokus på CSR-aspekter vid inköp på den kinesiska marknaden. Studien undersökte även vilka kulturella aspekter som bör tas hänsyn till vid utvärdering av en leverantör i Kina. Studien syftade därigenom till att öka insikten kring vilka CSR-områden som bör prioriteras på den kinesiska marknaden och ge en möjlighet till företag att praktiskt implementera CSR vid leverantörsutvärdering.

The aim of this study is to examine how the Swedish writer Aurora Ljungstedt describes relations and desire in her En jägares historier, and what political message she tries to send her audience through that description.I have applied Eve Kosofsky Sedgwick?s theory of erotic triangles to the relationships in En jägares historier and found that they are structured in the way Sedgwick describes. The structure works to uphold and, when needed, re-establish patriarchal order in the book. Most female characters in En jägares historier are ? also in line with Sedgwick?s theory ? no more than articles of trade between men.

Studien utgår från tidigare forskning i ämnet samt två teorier om globalisering och CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility Vi har i denna studie använt ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt. Vi har utfört två kortare intervjuer, en med ECPAT Sverige och en med Ving. Vi har även genomfört textanalyser på noga utvalt material från ECPAT Sverige, Apollo, Fritidsresor och Ving. Resultatet av studien visar på att det kan finnas en relation mellan globaliseringen och problemen med barnsexturism.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att skapa en djupare förståelse för ansvars- och säkerhetskulturen i Flygvapnet. Delfrågor som författaren ställer för att besvara problemformuleringen är: Hur ser ansvars- och säkerhetskulturen ut i Flygvapnet? Hur manifesteras den skriftligt i regler och policys? Hur upprätthålls och reproduceras den av medlemmarna? Det teoretiska ansatsen i uppsatsen utgörs av institutionell teori och ett sociokulturellt perspektiv.

The aim of this study was to reach an understanding of how young adults with permanent residence permit, who came to Sweden as unaccompanied asylum seeking minors, experience their confrontation with the Swedish society. Another purpose was to understand how these young adults view Sweden and its inhabitants, as well as the experience of starting a new life in Sweden. In order to investigate these questions, a qualitative method consisting of five interviews with five young men was conducted.The results showed that the respondents feared the meeting with the immigration board and that they feel that school is divided in two groups, Swedes and immigrants. People with nonethnic Swedish background who have lived in Sweden for a long time are seen as Swedes, and in that meaning assimilated. One important conclusion we made was that the division between Swedes and immigrants have a negative influence on the immigrants´ integration in the society.
