From an organizational standpoint social media has become a way for organizations to get closer to, and create a dialogue with, their environment. Swedish municipalities have began to use social media in their daily communication with the environment, but a problem has been raised about how public organizations should organize their social media when formal guidelines from the government are missing.Objective: The objective of this thesis is to examine how eight Swedish municipalities have organized their use of social media due to the lack of official guidance from the government, and also what difficulties that have occurred during this process.Method: The method used is qualitative with data collected through interviews with one Respondent from each municipality.Results: The result show that the organizational solutions varies through each municipality but also the choice of social media. It has been important for municipalities to have someone in charge of the new communication tool since social media is a fast and communicative channel. Seven out of eight municipalities have already developed or are in process of developing their own formal guidelines on how to use social media.

SammanfattningMitt syfte med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur ett alkoholmissbruk påverkar interaktionen mellan individer i ett partnerförhållande där mannen missbrukar. När en partner lever med en missbrukare utvecklas ofta ett medberoende. Fokus i uppsatsen är hur ett medberoende påverkar de anhöriga i sina relationer med missbrukaren och i det sociala livet med andra personer Uppsatsen är kvalitativ och den bygger på intervjuer med fyra Respondenter som lever eller har levt med en alkoholmissbrukare, och en Respondent som är behandlingsterapeut inom tolvstegsprogrammet De teorier jag använder mig av är symbolisk interaktionism och stämplingsteorin. Slutsatsen är att medberoendet utifrån mina Respondenter varierar från ett starkt medberoende till ett obefintligt medberoende. Vad som är den främsta orsaken till ett medberoende är hur den medberoende ändrar sitt beteende.

Syfte: Uppsatsen har till syfte att undersöka huruvida skillnader föreligger mellan den av granskade företag upplevda nyttan av revision och revisionsbyråernas åsikt om vad de tillför företag. Frågeställningen blir således vad företagen känner att de får ut av revision, kontra vad revisionsbyråerna känner att de tillför och om det finns en skillnad.Metod: En huvudsakligt kvalitativ studie har genomförts med intervjuer. Representanter från tre stora revisionsbyråer har intervjuats om sina åsikter, fyra mindre bolag har också tillfrågats.Teori: Materialet som insamlades under intervjuerna har analyserats utifrån främst förväntningsteori.Empiri: Materialet presenteras uppdelat på Respondent och ämnesområde.Slutsats: Den mest framträdande gemensamma nämnaren för nyttan av revision visar sig vara rådgivningen gällande skatte- och momsfrågor. Trots revisionsbyråernas framhållande av bredden på de tjänster de kan erbjuda och allt de kan hjälpa företagen med i dess dagliga verksamhet finner vi att de mindre bolagen vi har intervjuat mest är intresserade av rådgivningsdelen. För de mindre bolag som har stora externa intressenter, exempelvis statliga uppdragsgivare och finansiärer, var den påskrivna revisionsberättelsen även värdefull.Att revision är nödvändigt var de mindre bolagen ense om, dock upplevdes den vara alltför dyr.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med studien var att få en djup förståelse för en whiplashskadad individs livssituation, belysa dennes upplevelse av sin nuvarande hälsorelaterade livskvalitet samt hur denna tedde sig i jämförelse med andra whiplashskadade. De använda frågeställningarna belyste de fysiska, psykiska, sociala och ekonomiska aspekter samt dessas påverkan på den hälsorelaterade livskvaliteten hos Respondenten.MetodUtifrån studiens syfte valdes en fallstudie som metod. Studien genomfördes på en Respondent med en djupintervju som undersökningsmetod. I redovisningen av resultaten samt i den sammanfattande diskussionen har frågeställningarna besvarats med hjälp av citat samt relaterats till andra individers upplevelse av deras hälsorelaterade livskvalitet.ResultatDe skador som Respondenten ådrog hos sig vid olyckstillfället har resulterat i nedsatt hälsorelaterad livskvalitet. De fysiska besvären, speciellt smärtan, påverkar hennes psykiska välmående negativt.

Globalization is described as processes of economic, social and political character and a tendency in the field has been to study these aspects of the phenomenon separately. Another common feature of previous studies is to relate to the field at a high abstraction level and talk about the effects and changes in general terms. Such studies of quantitative and statistical nature in which people are constituted as homogeneous groups hides the fact that the relationship between social attributes and context creates unique positions where the effects of globalization are diverse (Sprague, 2005, pp. 16 - 18). The purpose of this bachelor thesis is therefore to break with this entrance to the field and instead focus on a micro level perspective.By conducting a qualitative interview study guided by the globalization theory of the Globalife research team, which shows how structures at the macro level can be understood to affect the micro level, the aim is to reveal potential knowledge gaps within the field.

Inledning: En vanlig missuppfattning är att feta individer är lata och inte vill försöka uppnå viktkontroll, eller gå ner i vikt. Syfte: Identifiera faktorer, vilka Respondenterna uppfattar påverkar viktuppgång som upphov till övervikt och fetma hos sig själva samt hos andra individer. Urval: Fyra kvinnor och två män i åldrarna 39-50. Ingen Respondent har varit överviktig som barn, men har någon gång efter 18 års ålder upplevt fetma. Metod: Studien har en kvalitativ forskningsansats där semistrukturerade intervjuer har använts för att ta reda på Respondenternas uppfattningar kring fenomenet viktuppgång.

The overarching purpose of the study was to examine the effects of infant massage and to put these effects incontext with mother ? child attachment. The intention was also to study whether these effects have any relevancefor social work. This was accomplished by studying earlier research, theory and laws but also through interviewswith mothers who have followed through a course in infant massage. The main questions of the study was: Afterthe completion of the course and after using the massage technique at home, does the mother experience that thebond with their child is influenced by the technique and are the mothers more apprehensive of their child?ssignals? Has the mothers observed any signals from their infants during the massage and if so what has beentheir reaction? Does the mothers experience that the massage has provided any physiological effects? Has thecompletion of the course provided the mothers with knowledge that?s had an effect in their ways of parenting? Inwhat way does the earlier research, reports and laws deal with the benefits and risks of a secure or insecureattachment, and can the quality of the attachment have any meaning in the social work? The aim of this study was to understand how social workers perceive and understand violence and threats of violence from clients, and how it effect their working environment. It seems that the Respondents understand the violence and threats of violence from clients as a result of the clients background problems, vulnerability, dependency and from ?the reason" that the client is currently in the contact with the organization. How Respondents interpret the client´s behaviour based on the above-mentioned factors, seem to determine how the Respondents perceive and define the violence and threats of violence by clients directed against them. Interestingly enough, although all Respondents in the study experienced violence and threats of violence from clients, none of them perceived themselves as exposed at work. The answer to this is consensual.

Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka vilka skillnader som föreligger i grad av användande av ekologiskt hållbara IT-lösningar i den interna verksamheten hos svenska kommuner utifrån förekomst av styrdokument inom området samt kommunstorlek i antal invånare. Med ekologiskt hållbara IT-lösningar åsyftas ageranden, beteenden, infrastruktur och system som kan kopplas till miljöarbete inom IT-­verksamhet eller där IT används som miljöåtgärd i övrig verksamhet. Datainsamling har skett via en utfärdad enkät riktad till Sveriges kommuner. Respondent för respektive kommun har bestått av en enskild individ med insikt i dels kommunens IT­-verksamhet men även i hur kommunens miljöarbete inom IT fungerar på en organisatorisk nivå. Datainsamlingen har genererat kvantitativ data om i vilken utsträckning olika ekologiskt hållbara IT-lösningar används i respektive kommun.

Previous research has shown that internal communication can be linked with how motivated a project team is, but research that shows examples of how this works is missing. This paper therefore aims to study how two different IT projects are working with internal communication. By analyzing its strengths and weaknesses, we wanted to study how these could be linked to the project team's motivation. In doing so, we wanted to be able to give examples of how projects could work with internal communication to motivate their project teams. Essay questions of the study are:? How does the internal communication occur in the projects?? Which strengths and weaknesses are to be found in the internal communication?? How does the internal communication influence the project members' motivation? To fulfill the purpose of the study it was needed informants interviews with the project manager for each project to access the facts, and Respondent interviews with the project members from each project for accessing opinions.The results from the interviews show that both projects have effective communication, even if it looked different, and doesn't quite agree with what previous research recommends.

In the theoretical framework we discuss theories such as practical leadership, motivation and commitment, service quality and communication which are all important components for succeeding with an effective leadership according to O'Reilly et al. (2010).Methodology:                   We have conducted a qualitative study with an intensive format and a deductive approach. The empirical data were collected through six interviews in which we interviewed three managers and a member of each managers? staff within property management companies.Results:                             In our research we have reached the conclusion that all our Respondent managers are working to motivate their employees and communicate with them in order to guide them towards the company goals.

Aim: The aim of this study was to analyse how corporations can learn from past issues and corporate crises and to see how they use this knowledge in the management of subsequent issues and corporate crises. Furthermore, the influence of media on the possible intensification of the issue or corporate crisis, but also its impact on the company?s usage of knowledge management, was to be analysed.Method: The study was carried out through a case study method, in the hope of being able to analyze how a company makes use of knowledge management in the communication that occurs during issues and corporate crises. A semi-structured interview was conducted, with the head of public relations of the chosen company as a Respondent. The purpose of the interview was to analyze the underlying factors behind a specific way of communicating.

Globalization has lead to evolvement of teamwork between companies and their customers. One reason for this change is the growth of the IT community and the propagation of the Internet. This in turn has lead to faster communication within business networks and also a higher degree of integration between companies.The purpose of this thesis is to describe IT can be used to develop and support networks formed around IT corporations. IT also aim at describing what impact usage of IT within personal networks has on usage of IT within business networks. The thesis is limited to IT-companies using IT artifacts, not only for communication within its organization, but also communicating with its customers and other IT-companies.
