Slutsatser/Results: En organisationsförändring enligt agil projektledning innebar att de teoretiska rekommendationerna för hur en organisationsförändring ska genomföras följdes. Att personalen gjordes delaktig i förändringen gjorde att motståndet mot organisationsförändringen kunde minimeras vilket var den största fördelen.

The purpose of this study is to examine how women?s reading of the Harry Potter books can be understood on the basis of gender theory and reader-response criticism. The empirical data is gathered through qualitative interviews with six female Harry Potter readers between the age of 21 and 35, and is analyzed through several theories regarding gender and reading. The results show that the readers are critical towards many aspects of the books, especially when it comes to the stereotyped depiction of women and men. The books are said to reproduce the gender dichotomy, the gender hierarchy and the heteronormativity in society.

Background: Prediabetes is caused by relative insulin deficiency and insulin Resistance in the body tissue which leads to abnormal blood glucose levels. Prediabetes can over time lead to type 2 diabetes mellitus. To prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes and its complications, it is important to identify early elevated blood glucose levels and thereby prediabetes.Objective: To describe nurses' knowledge and experience regarding the management of patients with prediabetes.Methods: Qualitative descriptive design with individual interviews. Three nurses, three community health nurses and three diabetes nurses were interviewed.Results: The result can be understood from the nurses' experiences of encountering patients with prediabetes. An overarching theme in the analysis was that the nurses are working or aspiring to work preventively.

Bakgrund: Att ge egenvårdsråd är en del av distriktssköterskans/sjuksköterskansomvårdnadsarbete i telefonrådgivning på vårdcentral. Att arbeta med telefonrådgivningupplevs självständigt och stimulerande men också svårt då DSK/SSK känner sigutlämnade pga. det ansvar och den kompetens som krävs. DSK/SSK stöter ibland påmotstånd när de förmedlar egenvårdsråd. Patienterna vill inte alltid ta emot råd som gesvilket kan utgöra en belastning för DSK/SSK.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskrivaDSK/SSK erfarenheter av motstånd mot egenvårdsråd i samband medtelefonrådgivning.Metod: Studien genomfördes som en kvalitativ intervjustudie.
