Denna rapport identifierar den könssegregering som förekommer inom ledningsgrupper i den svenska skogsbranschen. Detta görs genom en kvantitativ undersökning dÀr fokus ligger pÄ att numerÀrt beskriva fördelningen av kvinnor och mÀn inom ledningsgrupperna. Mer specifikt har kvinnlig dominans identifierats bland HR- och informationschefer och en jÀmlik fördelning mellan könen pÄ tjÀnsten ekonomi/finans-chef. PÄ resterande tjÀnster inom ledningsgrupperna finns en kraftig dominans av mÀn. Vidare fördjupas analysen genom en kvalitativ undersökning och litteraturstudie.

In Scandinavia today many old harbour areas are developed into residential and commercial areas. For example are both Helsingborg city and Malmoe city in south Sweden planning to restructure some of their harbour areas to accommodate shops, schools, offices, residences et cetera. In Copenhagen in Denmark new plans for Nordhavn is also underway. In almost every plan proposal to redevelope an old harbour area the harbour activities are set a side to give room for new development. In Reykjavik, however, this has not been the case.

NulÀgesanalysen omfattar tillstÄndsbedömning av ortar, utförda omförstÀrkningar samt utlastningsgrader. För att upprÀtthÄlla en sÀker arbetsmiljö för underjordspersonalen samt göra det möjligt att uppnÄ den planerade produktionskapaciteten krÀvs att det finns en fungerande bergförstÀrkning. Stabilitetsproblem i Printzsköld malmkropp har frÄn Är 2000 fram till dagslÀget orsakat ett förlorat tonnage pÄ 900kton. Trots att stabilitetsproblemen funnits ett antal Är sÄ saknas fortfarande information om uppkomsten till och omfattningen av dessa.

The aim of this study is to have a deeper understanding about the motivations and the obstacles of an immigrant?s language learning. I have studied the problem with focus on integration and language learning. The study is principally based on deep interviews with Turkish immigrants. I have studied the question by means of a socio-cultural perspective of learning; Mead?s conceptions I, Me and the generalised other; Scheff?s conception, the social bonds and Freire?s conception, dialog and Asplund?s conception social responsiveness.

This study was done regarding whether sealing or ventilation is the best solution to prevent moisture on cold attics. The authors of this report addressed the problem with moisture in attics when they started their cooperation with Peab.The methods included interviews with people, database research, and calculations of a project in Akersberga north of Stockholm. The conclusion is based on interviews and other information as they are analyzed in relation to the house of reference. The focus of this report is on problems with moisture in the attics known as cold attics.The background of the problem with moisture is that today?s slabs are usually insulated to save energy and that the attics nearly gives the climate as the outdoor climate.

För att undersöka om medstyrande grupper gÄr att införa i busstrafiken, hur en sÄdan organisation i sÄ fall skulle kunna se ut och vilka konsekvenser det skulle fÄ pÄ bland annat ekonomi, engagemang, arbetstrivsel och sjukfrÄnvaro analyserades organisationen och arbetsförhÄllandena pÄ LuleÄ lokaltrafik AB (LLT) hösten 2002. Informationen samlades frÀmst in med ostrukturerade intervjuer med personal frÄn alla avdelningar. Resultaten visade att förarna antingen har oregelbundna arbetstider eller lÄnga arbetsdagar och att det finns en kraftig segregation mellan de kollektivanstÀllda och tjÀnstemÀnnen. Det framkom ocksÄ att företaget prÀglas av ett strÀngt Taylorismiskt synsÀtt. Utredningen uppdagade ocksÄ problem med det nya linjenÀtet som ska införas inom kort.

Was the migration motive to reduce their environmental impact a part of the decision tomove, among migrants who had moved to housing with sustainability claims?? VÄr studie, som omfattar sex intervjuer, fokuserar pÄ genusmedvetenhet hos vÀgledare. PÄ vilket sÀtt de arbetar med genus i mötet med elever för att vidga perspektiv och pÄ vilket sÀtt de kan tÀnka sig att arbeta med att skapa en genusmedvetenhet hos elever i Är 4-6. VÄrt resultat visar att genusmedvetenhet Àr ett svÄrt begrepp som har olika betydelse för vÀgledarna. VÀgledarna menar att de inte arbetar pÄ ett planerat genusmedvetet arbetssÀtt idag men vi ser att de omedvetet arbetar med genusperspektivet genom olika aktiviteter. I arbetet med elever i Är 4-6, vill vÀgledarna bidra pÄ olika sÀtt med att vidga elevernas perspektiv gÀllande sjÀlvuppfattning, yrken och arbetsmarknad.

UtgÄngspunkten för den hÀr uppsatsen Àr att pedagoger idag stÄr inför nya utmaningar pÄ grund av ett allt mer mÄngkulturellt Sverige. Flera av skolans styrdokument har tagit det mÄngkulturella i beaktande genom att införliva ett interkulturellt perspektiv som ska genomsyra hela skolans verksamhet. Syftet med uppsatsen Àr att undersöka och analysera hur pedagoger reflekterar kring att arbeta i dagens mÄngkulturella samhÀlle och hur medvetna de Àr om de riktlinjer som finns. VÄrt syfte Àr Àven att se hur pedagoger förhÄller sig till elevernas religiösa tillhörighet samt om tillhörigheten integreras i undervisningen. Som underlag för undersökningen ligger en teoretisk litteraturorientering.
