Detta examensarbete behandlar undervisningsmetoden infärgning. Infärgning kan beskrivas som en metod att öka intresse, motivation och förståelse för kärnämnen på yrkesförberedande gymnasieprogram. Rent konkret består metoden i att man använder kunskaper och annat som anknyter till elevernas karaktärsämnen som en del av sin kärnämnesundervisning. Nödvändigheten av detta visar litteratur, skolverksutredning samt styrdokument på. Syftet är att undersöka huruvida infärgning av ämnet samhällskunskap i en klass på ett yrkesförberedande program kan leda till ökat intresse, motivation och förståelse för ämnet.

The main question in this thesis has been to see how the brand strategy of Linköpings Hockey Club has changed during the years in the Swedish elite league. We will also look at the content of the brand, as well as the association as the city of Linköping. This thesis will also see the sponsorship view of the development of the brand, because of the sponsorship power to help the association to build and strengthen the brand.We have been interviewing important persons at the association Linköpings Hockey Club and also done interviews with a few sponsorship partners to get important information to analyze.As an association it is of outmost importance to disseminate the association?s image in the right way, which Linköpings Hockey Club has according to their sponsorship partners. The association has during the last years been working hard to take care of and strengthen the brand, which can be seen among the sponsorship partners.

The purpose of this thesis is to explore how the internal information processing and management is carried out within a unit of Viskafors municipality. Furthermore, to explore and make recommendations of how the organisation can improve its internal information management. To get a full picture I have interviewed people at diffeRent levels of the organisation. The main findings showed that there was a dysfunction in the internal information processing and management. For example the study showed that the internal information did not reach out to the different parts of the organisation due to insufficient information processing.

Den här studien använder Agency-teorin och Stewardship-teorin för att undersöka hur motiverande ett Resultatandelssystem (RS) är för de anställda på en mindre svensk bank. Mer specifikt så undersöks hur påtagliga så kallade Free rider-problem är och vilka bakomliggande orsaker som påverkar vikten av sådana problem. Detta bygger på en rent kvalitativ undersökning baserat på intervjuer med anställda på Leksand Sparbank. Resultaten visar att förekomsten av Free rider-problem inte är så vanlig som Agency-teorin antyder och att detta beror främst på att monetära belöningar inte är den primära motivatorn på banken. Resultaten visar också att RSet inte motiverar på det sätt som det är tänkt, RSet har dock en del andra positiva egenskaper..

A variety of conditions makes it beneficial for libraries to understand the strengths as well as the weaknesses of the underlying culture. The aim of this Master´s thesis in Art History and Visual Studies is to examine the existence and theexpressions of openness and interior space in the contemporary Swedish architecture of singlefamilyhouses. Research has focused on open-plan housing with open connections between kitchenand living areas, large windows, walls of glass, high ceiling heights and entresol or loft levels, usingtwo case studies and analyses of seven reference objects. Interpretation is based onphenomenological theoretical perspectives.Houses that are more or less transparent permit views from both the inside and the outside. Syftet var att undersöka hur (elever och lärare på ?mellanstadiet? kan resonera kring elevinflytande) åtta elever i två fyror och deras klasslärare resonerar kring elevinflytande. Vi avsåg att undersöka om eleverna efterfrågar ökat inflytande över undervisningen som bedrivs samt hur deras lärare rent praktiskt arbetar med elevinflytande. Vi avsåg också att undersöka om det fria skrivandet skulle kunna vara ett sätt för pedagogen att främja ett utökat elevinflytandet. I de två klasserna valdes fyra elever samt deras klasslärare ut och intervjuades.

Purpose: To evaluate the management development course held at FöreningsSparbanken in Ronneby during 2000. The evaluation aims to map and describe what effects the course has had on the participants. We will assess to what degree the effects meets the objectives of the course set by the manager of the bank (future management recruitment, leadership, change catalyst, aligning the strive towards a shared organisational objective). Above mentioned also implies that the organisation should be influenced in some regards. Conclusion: Our conclusion is that all of the participants have as a result of the course increased their emotional intelligence in varying levels.

The purpose of this essay was to research the level of condition and requirements of democracy which faces states applying for a membership in the European Union. The focal point was to research the levels of democracy requirements on two set enlargements which are the cases of the 1981 and 1986 enlargements together with the 2004 and 2007. The states that did reach the goal of becoming member states had similar political backgrounds that made them suitable for a most- similar system study. By using my theoretical framework which consists of democracy theories, together with the chosen method was I able to find answers to my research questions when examining the material. The result of the study is that even though the condition might have been quite similar but the reality of them was different.

Om sjukhuskuratorns yrkesroll och funktion råder det en generell osäkerhet och oklarhet. Det finns således ett påtagligt behov av att klarlägga och definiera detta arbete. Denna uppsats avser därför att beskriva kuratorns arbete inom inriktningen för reumatologi samt att undersöka den metodiska aspekten av denna verksamhet. Uppsatsens syftar också till att påvisa kuratorns teoretiska grunder för det psykosociala arbetet. Studien tar sin utgångspunkt i följande frågeställningar:? Hur kan en problemsituation se ut för en reumatiskt sjuk patient?? Finns det några tydliga och beskrivbara tillvägagångssätt som kuratorn använder sig av i arbete med reumatologiskt sjuka?? Kan dessa tillvägagångssätt i så fall formuleras till en metodbeskrivning för kuratorns arbete?? Finns det några särskilda teorier som kuratorn anser vara behjälpliga i arbetet? Vilka är i så fall dessa?Studien har genomförts med hjälp av en kvalitativ metod där jag intervjuat fyra kuratorer vid två av Västra Götaland regionens reumatologiska kliniker.

This study was performed to investigate how the Japanese sect Aum Shinrikyo was legitimating its violence and killing acts. By analyzing the leader and members of the sect, and applying this information on two theoretical models, this paper tries to give an explanation of both single acts of violence and killing, and two terrorattacks.The result shows that Aum Shinrikyo was able to legitimate violence and killing acts through its ideology. In their opinion, cosmos was a place with several levels and everyone wanted to get as high as possible. Those who were killed by the sect would never be able to get to a higher level by living, since they would do too many bad actions. The murderers also got better karma since they helped the person to a better place.The legitimating of violence and killing acts in Aum Shinrikyo can be explained as a duty that is holy, which agrees with the theorists about religious terrorism..

Uppsatsen studerar hur arbetsmiljön på barn- och familjeenheten (BoF) på socialtjänsten i en kommun i mellersta Sverige, en enhet som har både hög arbetsbelastning och personalomsättning, ser ut. Studien utgår från fyra stycken intervjuer med socialsekreterare som har lång erfarenhet inom barn- och familjeenheten (BoF) i kommunen. Resultatet visar att arbetsbelastningen och stressen har ökat med tiden genom att personalen har fått förhålla sig till nya krav på arbetsplatsen och därför har tidspressen blivit större. Den höga personalomsättningen leder till rekrytering av ny personal, vilket påverkar den befintliga personalen. Den befintliga personalen introducerar de nya och får ta de tyngre ärendena, vilket slutligen ger mindre tid åt klientmöten.

The thesis explores an ongoing dialectical process between diffeRent levels of employees including top management to workers of Scandinavian Airline Service (SAS) regarding a new change program and to find out the possible social construction among them. In particular, it searches for the constructed reality of SAS ground service employees at Malmö Airport with regard to the preparatory stage of SAS Strategy 2011. A possible ambiguity in dialectical process is explored as it relates to an organization?s ability to effectively influence the understanding and identity of its employees through discourse.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att hitta och analysera argumenten som användes i debatten angående den regionala försöksverksamheten i Sverige samt undersöka deras validitet rent rationellt. Den har även som syfte att hitta och jämföra argumenten i debatten om Skåne som region och Västra Götaland som region. I bakgrunden redovisas begreppet region och även hur de regionala frågorna växte fram i Sverige och Skåne. Teorin som används för att undersöka om argumentationen är rationell är modellen The Rational Actor. Undersökningen bygger på en argumentationsanalys där argumenten är strukturerade i Pro- respektive Contra-argument.
