Bakgrund Under de senaste ?rtiondena har diagnoser av ADHD ?kat bland barn och ungdomar, troligtvis p? grund av ?kad kunskap och medvetenhet samt utvidgade diagnoskriterier. Vanliga symptom inkluderar bristande uppm?rksamhet och/eller hyperaktivitet impulsivitet. Uppskattningar fr?n Socialstyrelsen placerar f?rekomsten av ADHD bland pojkar i Sverige mellan tio och sex procent, medan f?r ungdomar generellt ?r siffran mellan fem och sju procent.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att utforska hur resocialiserings- och uppfostrans-ideal av sinnesslöa fungerade vid Västmanlands sinnesslöanstalt å Sofielund. Studien är en fallstudie med individfokus, som följer 18 intagna skolhemsele-ver vid sinnesslöanstalten i Sofielund. Det material som har använts är bland annat intagningslistor, journaler och personliga akter för de 18 undersöknings-personerna, som finns tillgängliga hos Landstingsarkivet Västmanland. Av denna undersökning framkommer bland annat att de 18 undersökningsperso-nerna kom från relativt normala familjer och hemförhållanden, som i de flesta fallen tillhörde arbetarklassen. Samtliga undersökningspersoner ansågs vara bildbara vid intagningen till Sofielund och den största delen av dem ansågs före intagningen lida av lättare sinnesslöhet (idioti).

År 2007 projekterade Uddeholm Machining AB inför stora investeringar som en del i ett led att öka produktionen. En grupp bestående av personal från företaget tillsattes för att ta fram förslag på en omplacering av maskiner i befintliga lokaler samt förslag på utbyggnader, då begränsningen i lokalyta krävde en förändring för att möjliggöra att få in fler och större maskiner i verkstaden. Dock glömdes plats för kontroll och packning/avsändning att tas med i ritningarna samt i ansökan om investeringskapital från ägarna. Syftet med detta examensarbete var att skapa en detaljutformad huvudlayout över verkstaden samt en detaljutformning av arbetsplatserna i samråd med personalen. Målet var att utforma en huvudlayout och arbetsplatser som är produktionseffektiva samt skapar en bra och säker arbetsmiljö för personalen.

Syftet med vår studie är att lyfta fram ämnesintegreringens positiva möjligheter för att få ele-verna mer motiverade i kärnämnena. Med hjälp av intervjuer med kärnämneslärare, karaktärs-ämneslärare, resurslärare och skolledare samt enkätundersökningar med elever på gymnasie-skolor som har yrkesförberedande program har vi försökt att komma fram till gemensamma metoder som skulle kunna öka ämnesintegrering och därigenom ge eleverna ökad motivation och förståelse för att kärnämnena är lika viktiga som karaktärsämnena. Vi har delat in resulta-tet i fyra olika delar: samtal och intervjuer med lärare som undervisar på yrkesförberedande program, en djupintervju med en skolledare på en skola som har yrkesförberedande program, enkätundersökningar med elever på yrkesförberedande program samt egna observationer un-der kurser med ämnesintegrering. Sammanfattningsvis tycker vi att lärare på dessa skolor är i stort intresserade av att arbeta mer ämnesintegrerat. Kärnämneslärarna tycker att det vore önskvärt att karaktärsämneslärarna försöker finna sammankopplingar från karaktärsämnet till deras kärnämne så att eleverna ser sambandet mellan praktiken och teorin.

Mitt syfte är att studera Leonard Rääfs nedskrivna sägner och kyrkliga kommentarer. Med detta arbete vill jag visa att många av sägner och seder har en kyrklig anknytning. The aim of the study was to investigate how four pupils in sixth grade use language when writing narrative texts, examined in relation to the typical structure and linguistic features of a narrative text. Another aim was to explore the similarities and differences between texts which received an A or B grade and texts with a D or E grade. The pupils? texts are analysed from a systemic-functional perspective on language and on the basis of the typical structure and language of a narrative text, with the focus on expressions of time, processes, descriptions and nominal groups (cf. Johansson & Sandell Ring 2012).

Field studies combined with studies of relevant literature and studies of other companies operations have given us the knowledge and the understanding of the packing operations needed.

The logistic business Svenska Retursystem AB was founded by the Swedish retail sector in the year 2000, and their introduction of a grey plastic crate to the supply chain for perishable goods changed the situation for the swedish horticultural sector. The new system revealed several challenges to be tackled by all actors, from the small family firm to the bigger organisations. Whereas the initiative comes from the customer himself, from the horticultural sector ?s point of view, a refusal of the new packing is a hard decision to take. It is however interesting that a comparison between the two systems, shows in favour of the corrugated board boxes, not only concerning environmental aspects but also for economical and ergonomical reasons.

Det som undersöktes var användarnas beteenden, vanor och åsikter kring företags användning av applikationen.Undersökningen utfördes med hjälp av kvantitativ metod för att samla in data kring användarna, en enkät skickades ut via Facebook riktad till människor i åldern 15 till 30 år.

The companyhas also supplied tire racks for a number of tire companies. The company's CEO Gunnar Berglund hasfor some time had an idea to improve the working situation of the workers on tire firms by allowingthe wheels to be handled by a counterbalance truck. The current situation poses numerous heavy liftswhen the tires are handled and therefore is hurting the workers.This thesis has been aiming at helping the GBD-Storage Systems by developing a concept of howan accessory to counterbalanced trucks can be designed to cope with the wheels. This concept willthen be produced as prototype by the company.

The purpose with my essay was to investigate how genre pedagogy works in a practical manor? I wanted to reach a deeper understanding for the genre pedagogy and to find out if it fits all students. To investigate this issue I have asked following questions:What is genre pedagogy?How do teachers work with different genres in the genre pedagogy?For whom is the genre pedagogy?Is the critic right that Frøydis Hertzberg is proposing about the genre pedagogy formalism? I have been using qualitative methods, to gather my empirical data. I have been using two unstructured interviews and one unsystematically observation, in a third grade class in a school south of Stockholm, with 30% second language students.

This essay, called Motivation and reading comprehension, is a study of the correlation between the motivation to read and the reading comprehension of Swedish students in their final year of school before university level, meaning that they are eighteen or nineteen years old, sometimes more.The relation between the identity of the individual and the learning process has been a matter of scientific interest for some time, and this essay works in that tradition by investigating the connection between how pupils regard reading and how well developed their ability to decode text is.The reading comprehension is measured through a test that consists of a text from the Swedish epic by Vilhelm Moberg, Invandrarna, where the reader at certain intervals throughout the text is asked to mark the correct word from a choice of three. This test has been used and evaluated extensively by Per Fröjd, who has found that the results are reliable and useful.To measure the motivation to read I?ve constructed a survey to be answered before taking the reading test. It focuses on three different parts of reading motivation that are noted as the most important ones by Ivar Bråten. These are the feeling of joy and interest for reading, the goal to acquire knowledge of a specific subject, and the expectations that you have on yourself as a reader.Results show a weak or non-existent correlation between the two factors for the whole of the subjects, but once those who have a first language other than Swedish are removed the correlation becomes significant.
