Denna uppsats behandlar delat ledarskap. Syftet har varit att ur ledares synvinkel undersöka orsakerna till delat ledarskap samt de konsekvenser som uppkommer av delat ledarskap för ledarna, medarbetarna, familjerna och organisationerna. Vår metod för att lyckas med detta har varit intervjuer och vårt tillvägagångssätt vid insamling av teori och empiri har varit abduktivt. Analysen visade att orsakerna till att intervjupersonerna ville dela sitt ledarskap var att det skulle bli roligt samt möjligheten att alltid ha ett bollplank. De flesta menar att de tack vare sin arbetspartner har möjlighet att utnyttja sina styrkor och att arbetet därigenom blir mer effektivt vilket gynnar organisationen.

Sammanfattning: Det här är en empirisk studie om fritidgårdens samarbete med sex olika högstadieskolor i en medelstor kommun. Vi valde endast en fritidsgård för att det är den enda som finns i kommunen. Eftersom att det finns stor kriminalitet bland ungdomarna i den här kommunen undersöker vi vilka åtgärder skolan och fritidsgården tar tillsammans för att hjälpa ungdomarna ifråga.Syftet med den här studien är att beskriva och analysera samarbetet mellan fritidsgården och högstadieskolorna ur ett ledarperspektiv. Undersökningen genomfördes som en kvalitativ studie.En av de största hinder är att struktur och mål är oklara i samarbetena. Fritidsledarna och skolans ledning har stor flexibilitet i utbildningsbakgrunden och olika erfarenheter och därför kunde de ge mycket mer i de här samarbetena om mål och struktur var tydligare.

This thesis is an investigation of Iranian immigrants and their use of libraries in Sweden. It isbased on a combination of a qualitative and a·quantitative method.Using a qualitative method, I give an outline of the history of lran from ancient times up to the present, as well as the different ethnological groups in Iran and their cultures. The main objective of this part is to clarify the contrasts between Iranian and Swedish cultural, social, linguistic and family structures, and also the characteristics of the crisis that most immigrants go through on their arrival in the new country. The qualitative method also involves structured telephone interviews with eight highly educated Iranians.This method was supplemented by a quantitative study through questionnaires of the attitudes· of lranian immigrants to libraries and reading. Iranians in Sweden turned out to be frequent Iibrary users.

Title: Music teachers' practising of music - thoughts and values from a few music teachers. This study is about music teachers' valuation of practising music. The study is focused on the music that these teachers are devoted to but is not a part of their teaching in music. The papershows how the relation between music teachers and their ability to be devoted to practising music of their own choice, affects them as individuals. The study is carried out at a Swedish upper secondary school which has an educational programme that is focused on music.

This essay explores the intertextual qualities in and between Kristian Lundberg?s works Yarden, Mörkret skulle vara som ljuset and Och allt skall vara kärlek. Read as a trilogy, it bears a thematic resemblance to Dante Alighieri?s Divine Comedy; an autofictional depiction of emancipation from alienation by grace. To reach this conclusion, I use Julia Kristeva?s theory of intertextuality and Roland Barthes? post-structuralist differention of Work and Text together with his notion of the Paper-Author.

It is based not only on audio but also on the visual performance. The tablature matches exactly with Montgomery's playing. The study analyzes the way he moved on the fingerboard and presents a theory why he moved in that particular way. English title: Is a literary canon necessary? A comparative study based on seven senior high school teachers´ different approaches towards the place of canon in the education of Swedish. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze how seven senior high school teachers relate to a literary canon in Swedish while teaching literature in senior high school, identifying similarities and differences among the teachers? view and opinions about an outspoken formal literary canon and a silent, informal canon.The earlier research opens the door slightly to the American debate and gives insight about the complexity of the concept of canon. The study continues with exploring possible relations to postcolonial theory and didactics.    The study reveals that the majority of the concerns against canon are that too much centrally governed education may decrease the motivation and commitment of the teacher. In addition, the dominant canon passivizes a certain variety of literature, thus various points of views. On the other hand, views on the equalizing effect of canon on the level of education and its benefits in increased knowledge of the history of the literature are salient. .

The aim of this study is to describe ideas put forward by Sweden Democrats (Swedish: Sverigedemokraterna) about Christianity in Sweden and the Church of Sweden as a Folk Church, a church for a whole people, and how the political party uses Christianity as a part of constructing a Swedish identity. The investigation is based on official documents, newspaper articles, statements and political motions which are analysed using a form of text analysis called idea analysis. The theoretical frame of the investigation is founded on Claire Mitchell?s theory about religious content in ethnic identities and Einar Billing?s and Johan Alfred Eklund?s thoughts about what makes the Church of Sweden a Folk Church.The investigation shows, among other things, that the Sweden Democrats? view of the Church of Sweden is similar to the thoughts of Eklund but they differ in their lack of references to theology. The investigation also shows that Christianity serves as an important marker for the Sweden Democrats in creating a Swedish identity. .

Denna studie syftar till att, ur ett multimodalt perspektiv, få kännedom om hur digitala verktyg används av lärare i undervisningssyfte på Södertörns högskola, samt studenters inställning till de medietekniska hjälpmedlen. Detta har gjorts med hjälp av observationer, intervjuer och enkätundersökningar som genomfördes med lärare och studenter.Det resultat som observationerna gav stämde överens med resultatet från intervjuer och enkätundersökningar. Studien visar att digitala verktyg används sparsamt av lärare på högskolan. Föreläsningar med PowerPoint-presentationer som i stort sett enbart innehöll text och bilder var i särklass det vanligaste undervisningsredskapet. Lärarna har generellt en positiv inställning till digitala verktyg men på grund av tidsbrist och begränsningar i hur och vilka digitala hjälpmedel som får användas i undervisningen hämmas de.

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis in religious history, is to examine how religion reflects in the artwork and in the architecture in old and new kingdom in ancient Egypt, also to explore how book of the death reflects in the artwork. By means of using the visual culture theory, I have analyzing the selected pice of art with myths and texts from the ancient religion, to been able to come the the results of this study. It was know that religion had a major part in the artwork of ancient Egypt, especially in the new kingdom. In the old kingdom pharaoh generally was in the centre of the art, but also the gods. In new kingdom they started to illustrate texts and myths from book of the death, and the life after death was of great matter.

Målet är att införa ett icke heteronormativt perspektiv i ungdomslitteraturforskningen kring genus och queer. Detta görs utifrån teorier av Judith Butler, Tiina Rosenberg och R. W.

Denna uppsats berör barnets lärande i skilda museala miljöer, sett ur museipedagogens perspektiv. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vad museiansvariga och museipedagoger anser deras verksamhet kan erbjuda i form av lärande och lek. Samt analysera kontextens och lekens betydelse för lärande i de olika museala miljöerna.Tidsresan/rollspelet, som får stort utrymme i min uppsats, är uppbyggd och består av lek och upplevelse. Uppsatsens problemformulering är tematiskt utformad eftersom de är skilda företeelser och tendenser jag önskar vaska fram ur empirin, inte specifika frågor. I min strävan att uppfylla syftet har jag utgått ifrån en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi.För genererande av empirisk data har jag genomfört intervjuer med företrädare för skilda museala verksamheter samt gjort observationer av skolklasser på Vikingatiders upplevelseanläggning.Studiens resultat visar att leken har stor betydelse i de olika museala verksamheterna men den är inte uttalad.

The conflict in Aceh had been going on for 30 years time, but ended after a tsunami hit the area in 2004. The impact the natural catastrophe had on the conflict was that both GAM and the Indonesian government was brought together with the intent of reaching a peace agreement. The authors to this thesis paper ask the question of why it became peace after such long time of war, but also if rational choice theory can explain this event. The answer to the first question is that the tsunami was the main reason to why it became peace. As to the second question, the conclusion would be that, depending on which view of human nature one has, rational choice theory can only answer the question if cultural, religious and emotional factors are disregarded.

Denna uppsats syftar till att göra en religionsvetenskaplig analys av filmen Thor från 2011.De grundläggande metoderna som använts i arbetet är en diskursanalysmetod som är influerad av Simon Lindgrens populärkulturella arbetsfält, och en komparativ studie av Joseph Campbells teoriom monomyten.Våra tolkningar och arbetet kommer fram till att Thor passar in i Campbells teori om monomyten.This essay aims to make a religious scientific based analysis of the movie Thor from 2011.The basic methods used in this work are a discourse analysis, influenced by Simon Lindgren?s popular culture field of expertise, and a comparative study of Joseph Campbell's theory of the monomyth.Our interpretations and this work concludes that Thor fits into Campbell's theory of the monomyth. The results imply that Campbell's theory proves to be applicable in modern times narration on film. Events and actors in the film fit with several elementary parts in a hero-myth according to Campbell..

The aim of this exam is about possibility to position a didactical theory of Curriculum for compulsory school, preschool class and the leisure-time centre 2011 (Lgr11). I use Michael Foucault?s discourse analysis to study the syllabuses for social sciences subjects History and Religion. The main theme is to seek what kind of world does these two social study subjects construct for students in high school. The point of using Foucault?s discourse is to seek specific knowledge and words which is used for power positioning.
