SAMMANFATTNING Uppsatsens syfte är att analysera AssiDomäns affärsstrategier för att säkra framtida massavedtillgång genom en utvidgad etablering i Lettland. Undersökningen har genomförts genom semistandardiserade intervjuer i kombination med litteraturstudier och insamlande av relevant empiri. Författarna har efter genomförd studie och analys funnit att AssiDomän har goda förutsättningar för att lyckas säkra en framtida tillgång på massaved i Lettland. Den strategi vi funnit vara den mest gynnsamma är ett framtida samarbete med det statligt ägda företaget LVM. För att lyckas är det av stor vikt att AssiDomän ser på strategin i ett långsiktig perspektiv.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze youth community service in the Kalmar municipality. Our focus was on juvenile offenders and predecessor of public authorities. The juvenile offenders in our study have completed youth community service. A qualitative study was undertaken which include seven interviews. Our empirical data were compared and analyzed with previous research data.

Denna kvantitativa studie undersöker i vilken utsträckning svenska börsnoterade företag följer upplysningskraven om immateriella tillgångar fastställda av IAS 38. Dessutom analyseras sambanden mellan omfattningen av upplysningar och sju företagsspecifika faktorer som enligt tidigare forskning driver omfattningen av upplysningar. Upplysningar betraktas som ett sätt för företag att minska informationsasymmetrin som uppstår när kapitalmarknaden inte har relevant och fullständig information om vad beloppen i de finansiella rapporterna baseras på. Sambanden mellan variablerna analyserades med hjälp av regressionsanalys där omfattningen av upplysningar om immateriella tillgångar var den beroende variabeln och de sju företagsspecifika faktorerna var de oberoende variablerna. Resultaten visade att företagen i genomsnitt har hög nivå av standardefterlevnad och dessutom har utvecklat sin externa redovisning sedan införandet av IFRS.

Jag har utfört en studie där jag granskat vilka strategier och lekregler förskollärare använder sig av i verksamheten för att inkludera barn i lek. För att få svar på detta har jag använt mig av tidigare forskning och litteratur som jag anser vara relevant för min undersökning. Den innefattar främst vad lek är och vilka förutsättningar ett barn behöver behärska för att kunna leka samt lekteorier och strategier för att inkludera barn i lek. Metoden jag använt mig av för att besvara mina fråge-ställningar är kvalitativ intervju och jag har intervjuat fem verksamma förskollärare som arbetar med barn i åldern 1-5 år. I resultatet framkom att det är förskollärarnas ansvar att inkludera alla barnen i leken och att det är förskollärarnas deltagande i leken som främjar ett inkluderande.

CSR is a far reaching concept and practice, whose popularity and diffusion has increased rapidly in recent years. Research indicates that CSR has made an evolutionary journey from primarily being characterized by reactiveness to develop into a risk minimizing and proactive competitive advantage and should be looked upon as an answer to heightened societal pressure and awareness. Based on a review regarding different relevant theoretical perspectives, this master thesis discusses CSR as a concept and practical matter in relation to various strategically chosen representatives of a selection of professions.Moreover, the data were collected through in-depth semi structured interviews. The findings show that CSR is a contemporary and highly context dependent phenomenon whose inherent multiplicity brings a distinct aspect of uncertainty to it, in terms of both meaning and practice. And in some parts there is a reluctance to communicate CSR due to a fear of missing out of important aspects.

This thesis analyses the cost accounting system KPP and its use within the Swedish health care. KPP is designed to calculate and assign health care costs to individual patients. This would facilitate evaluations and comparisons of the costs for certain diagnosis, patient groups or clinics with a different mix of diagnosis. The study investigates the following questions: 1. Does the KPP-model theoretically work as a cost accounting tool for health care purposes? 2.

The aim of this study is to examine educationalists experiences of play as an educational toolin the work to promote the social development in children with autism.The relevant issue, for this study, is: In what way does an educationalist work with play withchildren with autism? What are the results of using play in the educational work? What arethe possibilities and what are the obstacles in using play in educational work?This study has been carried out as a study of literature in the field and qualitative interviewswith five educationalists that are working in a mid Swedish county.The result of the study shows that educationalists have a positive view of using play in theirwork and are using play in varying ways in their everyday work. Using play as a method intheir work always happens according to the ability and condition of the child. They (theeducationalists) think that play has great opportunity and advance as a method and gives thechildren joy, increase their sense of ability, the base for the social participation in play, andthe development of social skills.There is a certain hesitation among educationalists when it comes to using play as a methodfor children with autism , but the most of the educationalists consider play as promoting thesocial development although the development always will happen at the pace(rate)of thechild..

Bristande koncentration är ett vardagsproblem i skolan och eftersom det är av betydelse för lärande pratas det också allt mer om koncentrationssvårigheter. Läsfärdighet är ett av skolans främsta uppdrag då det tillsammans med skrivfärdigheten är nyckeln till, i stort sett allt, lärande i skolan. Mot bakgrunden av detta är det relevant att ifrågasätta koncentration vid läsning utifrån ett lärandeperspektiv. Syftet med studien var att undersöka några elevers uppfattningar om koncentration vid läsning. Ambitionen var också att få en förståelse för hur och vad som påverkar koncentration och därmed lärande.

Rapporten behandlar ajax-tekniken, en teknik som används för att skicka och hämta data diskret i dagens webbapplikationer samtidigt som användarupplevelsen och prestandan förbättras. Fokus ligger på två primära varianter av ajax vid namn push, pull och syftet är att undersöka varför, när man bör använda teknikerna och hur de mäter sig emot varandra.Med intresset för hur dagens mer interaktiva webbapplikationer så som twitter, google hanterar tekniken så kändes det relevant att undersöka push respektive pull-tekniken inom javascript.För att kunna undersöka teknikerna har en webbapplikation i form av en communitysida skapats med fokus på korrekt implementation av funktioner för både push och pull-teknik. Applikationen utvecklades med hjälp av ett ramverk vid namn Websync för att kunna demonstrera när push-tekniken på webben kan vara lämplig.Resultatet visar att det är viktigt att tänka på var man implementerar de olika teknikerna och varför. En prestandamätning från en tidigare undersökning togs med och skärmdumpar illustrerar några funktionerna i applikationen..

Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study was to illuminate and compare how teachers and parents are describing the homework. The study will also attempt to answer these issues; How is the purpose of the homework described from teachers and parents? How are the effects of the homework described by teachers and parents? How do teachers and parents describe the responsibility for the implementation of the homework?Methods: Qualitative study, a comparison between teachers and parents description of the homework phenomenon. The material that forms the discussion are fetched from blog forums.Summary of conclusions: The Swedish school system is based on democratic values. This means that the students are supposed to gain equal opportunity for qualified education independent of their socioeconomic backgrounds.

This study aims to describe the influence of natural law on the common concept of justiceamongst Swedish officers around 1700. Through this study I intend to establish that therewere discrepancies and expressions of other norms in 17th and 18th century military culture.Both from natural law but also from Christian belief. A secondary aim is to establish howsuch variances were manifested and how they can be explained.A few theoretical starting-points have been used as a guide in developing the purpose andrelevant questions for this study. I intend to describe the key features of the concept of naturallaw as thoroughly as needed, through relevant legal literature. The next step will be to mapthese outlines against texts from the time, through a qualitative close reading.This study has investigated, at least, seven diaries from the time.

Purpose: The purpose with our study is to accomplish a quantitative research of all municipalities in Sweden and see why they apply Balanced Scorecard. The study will also investigate the spread of Balanced Scorecard, even the benefits and how they use it. Method: In our study we have chosen a quantitative research. The study has been accomplished with a questionnaire survey which we sent to all of the Swedish municipalities. We have also done a literature study to get more knowledge about relevant theories. Finally we have compiled the questionnaire in Netigate and Excel, and analysed the result from the questionnaire. Results: Balanced Scorecard is well-known in the Swedish municipalities and 36 percent of the municipalities use this scorecard in whole or in parts of the organisation.

The aim of this masters thesis is to study the reliability of the URL as the link between a bibliographic record and a web resource. The Swedish catalogue services LIBRIS and NetSök have been evaluated on three different occasions, to study how these services have succeeded in giving access to web resources by using URLs. Because URLs are changeable, we have tried to find out common characteristics of the URLs in broken links. To accomplish this study we have used a quantitative approach and evaluated five percent of the web resources in the catalogues using a random selection. We have also used documentation relevant for our study, among other things to illustrate previous studies of the nature of web resources and alternative solutions to URLs as access points to web resources.

Syftet med vårt examensarbete var att undersöka vilka möjligheter och hinder lärare ser med utomhusundervisning och vilka aktiviteter de gör. Vi har inriktat oss på lärare i årkurs 1-3, eftersom att vi har den inriktningen på vår utbildning. Dessutom är det relevant eftersom vi har upptäckt att det finns en lucka i den forskning, som vi har tagit del av, då dessa årskurser endast finns representerade i ett fåtal studier. I tidigare forskning har vi kunnat utläsa att det finns både möjligheter och hinder för utomhuspedagogik. Det framkom bland annat att det kan leda till en ökad förmåga att tänka kreativt och kritiskt hos eleverna men även att lärare är rädda för att förlora kontrollen då de ska undervisa utomhus.

Test bench for air bearingsThis thesis work consisted of bringing forward and defining the test parameters relevant for a test bench and constructing a test bench that can test and verify the largest existing air bearings that are of use in Micronic Laser Systems AB machines. Because the knowledge about air bearings is limited it is thought that with the help of the test bench the knowledge would increase and in that way improve the air bearings.After learning more about air bearings and their purpose at Micronic Laser Systems AB, I started the concept phase for the test bench. For each part in the test bench I consulted my two tutors, Torbjörn Hedevärn and Johan Bergqvist, at Micronic Laser Systems AB. The final concepts where documented as 3D-modells in Solidworks and some of them have been tested in Solidworks FEM-program.The test bench is designed so that, with the help of a pneumatic cylinder, 25 kilo weights are placed on the air bearing to test its stiffness, damping and the pressure performance under its surface area. To test these parameters the test bench has to have a pressure meter, accelerometer and a microcator.
