ResuméCorporate governance och vidhängande problematik har i princip existerat sedan bolagsformer som innebar en separation mellan kapital och makt började användas. I synnerhet har problemen vidhängt aktiebolagen som är den bolagsform som främst representerar den organisationsmodell där makten över kapitalet inte enbart tillkommer dess ägare utan även andra, av kapitalplacerarna utsedda, förvaltare. Denna s.k. principal agent-problematik har flera olika tänkbara lösningar. Uppsatsen behandlar dessa olika sätt att hantera corporate governance.

Syfte: Att bolag inte alltid styrs av sina ägare har varit betydande för marknadsekonomins utveckling. Införandet av aktiebolag sänkte riskerna samtidigt som möjligheterna ökade. I börsnoterade bolag finns ofta ett brett ägande vilket innebär risker vid tillvaratagandet av intressen. Ägare och ledning är sällan den samma och deras intressen skiljer sig ofta åt. För att minska riskerna har många länder infört olika bolagsstyrningskoder.

The estate of Rydboholm is situated in the municipality of Österåker, north of Stockholm, Sweden, and has a long history dating back to the 14th century. Rydboholm was the home of several families of great national importance, such as the Finsta and Vasa clans. However, since the 1500s, the noble family Brahe was the most influential; leaving its mark on the castle and surroundings. The gardens of Rydboholm consist of two parts; The first is from the baroque era, dating back to the 1660s, and the second is an immense landscape park completed around the year 1800 by Magnus Fredrik Brahe. During his travels through Europe, Magnus Fredrik Brahe was influenced by the new English-style gardens and he brought a large collection of literature on the subject back to Sweden, still kept in the library of Rydboholm.

I Sverige står byggnader för nästan 40 procent av den totala energiförbrukningen och energibesparingspotentialen är enorm. Samtidigt dyker det upp mängder med aktörer som vill hjälpa fastighetsägare att energieffektivisera och allt fler energitjänster introduceras till marknaden. Möjligheterna för ett samarbete mellan fastighetsbolag och företag som erbjuder energitjänster har aldrig varit större, och en av dessa aktörer är energibolagen. Konkurrensen är dock hård och för att säkerställa sin konkurrenskraft på marknaden krävs effektiva samarbeten, där kundnöjdhet är i fokus, vilket i sin tur ökar behovet av kundkännedom hos energibolagen.Syftet med denna studie är att hjälpa energibolaget Elkraft Sverige att förstå olika fastighetsbolags energisituation och behov av energitjänster, samt rekommendera hur de bör utveckla sitt energitjänsteerbjudande för att kunna bistå dessa kunder på bästa sätt i framtiden.Detta gjordes genom att olika typer av svenska fastighetsbolag kartlades och analyserades med avseende på deras energisituation, beslutsfattande gällande energifrågor samt behov av energitjänster. För att samla in data genomfördes först en litteraturstudie, sedan semi-strukturerade intervjuer med högt uppsatta beslutsfattare samt en enkätundersökning.Slutsatsen blev att Elkraft Sverige bör finslipa sina befintliga energitjänster och komplettera sitt begränsade erbjudande genom att ingå externa allianser med kompetenta aktörer.

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a product in the form of a database that can be used for cost estimates of equipment within bio refineries. Through interviews and literature searches the key components and their costs were identified. The database was constructed in Microsoft Excel with different tabs for different categories of components; these tabs are further divided into three parts: one part with costs, one part with calculations and an information part. Most of the part with costs contains the expenses found in scientific papers during the literature study, the calculating part converts different capacities according to user preferences and the currency to euro (?) from 2010 and the information part consists of references and information about what is included in the cost.The database is a good tool for making cost estimates for bio refineries.

Efter revisionspliktens slopande år 2010 har fler förenklingar för småföretag blivit föreslagna angående revision och redovisning. En av dessa är slopandet av de jävsbestämmelser som är relaterade till revision för småföretag, nämligen redovisnings-, medelsförvaltnings- och byråjävet. Förslaget avsåg att förenkla för småföretag samt att öka möjligheterna för revisionsbyråers så kallade kombiuppdrag. Denna debatt har lett till ett lagförslag om ett slopande av dessa jävsregler vilket sedermera blivit avslaget med motiveringen att det skulle äventyra revisionens oberoende. Vi vill med denna studie undersöka vilka positiva och negativa aspekter som ett slopande av redovisningsjävsreglerna skulle resultera i samt vilka som skulle gagnas mest av en sådan förändring. De teorier som används som grund för denna kvalitativa studie är Principal-agent teorin, Oberoende, Legitimitetsteorin samt Intressentmodellen, inom Principal-agent teorin finns en delteori som heter Informationsasymmetrier.

In a database environment, when you create or alter tables you often want to have a basic interface for standard operations such as insert, delete and update. This thesis report covers an analysis of what programs there are on the market for generating such interfaces and compares them against the demands of a real company. The analysis showed that none of the programs were completely meeting the requirements and therefore an own implementation of an interface generating program was created. The result is a PL/SQL program capable of generating files, storing them in a version handling system and executing the files into the database..

This study is focused on the caseworkers of the Swedish Migration board and their experiences of ethical dilemmas in their daily work with asylum seekers. Our research question is aimed at examining the ethical dilemmas that the caseworker as a social agent is experiencing in the meeting with the asylum seeker. The empirical material in this study is based on interviews with five caseworkers of the Swedish Migration board. The material has been collected through semi-structured interviews and has then been analyzed through professional ethics as a theoretical framework. The results of this study show that ethical dilemmas are constantly being present in the work of the caseworkers. Ethical dilemmas are in different ways occurring in the meeting with the asylum seeker. The law that regulates the caseworkers work is functioning as a limiting aspect, which leads to a feeling of contradiction between the caseworker?s personal ethics and the professional ethics..

Network RTK is a real-time technique for accurate positioning with Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS). The technology means the use of correction data from a network of GNSS receivers with known positions (reference stations) to reduce the uncertainty in position for the user´s GNSS receiver (rover). However, this requires that the correction data can be transferred seamlessly to the user in real time. Commonly the corrections are transferred via mobile phones. The Swedish National Land Survey operates a nationwide Network RTK service, where users can receive correction data via GSM or mobile Internet (GPRS).

The aim of this master-thesis is to investigate the emergence of bureaucratic drift in connection with implementation of EU-legislation in Sweden. To narrow it down I have chosen to look at the Swedish implementation of the Working Time Directive, directive 93/104/EG. To be able to fulfil the purpose of this master-thesis I have used two research questions; [1] How did Sweden implement the Working Time Directive into Swedish law? and [2] Why did Sweden omit to correct implement the Working Time Directive? To be able to understand and explain the situation I have used the principal-agent perspective as a theoretical framework. An analysis of motives has been used as analytical method.The results from the analysis show that Sweden, in order to keep the contractual model used on the labour market, which is a part of the well known Swedish model, shirked while implementing the directive and implemented as to be able to fulfil its own agenda.

A property is owned with ownership which in turn may be granted limited rights to acquire the use of land or space in another's property. Tenancies and easements are the most common limited rights. Trafikverket has a range of different rights that are linked to its properties. There are rights that work in favour of Trafikverket?s property as well as against them.

Genom en undersökning skulle information tas fram om hur tillämpningen blivit de första 2,5 åren, samt även få en bild av hur den fortsatta utvecklingen skulle bli. Frågeställningarna var om detaljplaner hade anpassats för tredimensionell fastighetsindelning, vilka ändamål som fanns representerade och hur rättigheter tillförsäkrats. Vidare skulle undersökningen behandla skillnader i tillämpningen beroende på geografisk spridning i landet, och vilken påverkan fastigheternas läge i en tätort hade.Informationsinsamlingen gjordes genom att gå igenom data från fastighetsregistret, genomföra fallstudier, intervjua myndigheter och delta vid ett seminarium. De kommuner som valdes ut för myndighetsintervjuerna representerade en spridning i folkmängd och huruvida de hade en hög eller låg andel bildade fastigheter med tredimensionellt utrymme.Totalt hade det bildats 89 stycken fastigheter.

This essay seeks to analyze the consequences of modern information and communication technology for collective action within the framework of social movements. With references to the protests in Seattle 1999, the essay argues that the emergence of distributed collective action is closely related to the use of technology, for example cell phones and Internet. This distributed collective action can be characterized by its decentralized and self-organizing features, forming a global pattern emerging from local interactions. Whereas contemporary theories of collective action can be ´stretched´ to fit these aspects, they lack analytical tools to describe and analyze such systems. Further, their rejection of classical crowd theory is problematic, since it contains valuable insights.
